Trotz unterschiedlicher Bewertungen habe ich mich dafür entschieden, für unseren Umzug Movinga zu beauftragen.

Es ging um einen Umzug innerhalb der Stadt Helmstedt, ca. 7 Kilometer, Wohungsgröße 68 qm. Trotz detailierter Auflistung aller Gegenstände, die transportiert werden sollten, kam ein viel zu kleiner Transporter den langen Weg aus Bremen nach Helmstedt.
Bereits bei der Ankunft wirkten die 3 Umzugshelfer müde, unmotiviert und gestresst. Hinzu kam, dass niemand von denen auch nur ein Wort deutsch oder englisch gesprochen hat. Somit war Kommunikation nur per Zeichensprache möglich.

Ich und meine Familie sind von Traunstein nach Alfeld umgezogen (700km)
Die Kontaktaufnahme war freundlich die ersten Absprachen wurden zügig umgesetzt. Umzugsgutliste und erstes Angebot ging auch zügig.
Dann schickte ich eine Änderung diese kam leider nicht beim Spediteur an.
Kommen wir nun zum Umzug. Abgesprochen war das der Umzug um 7 Uhr morgens ( schriftlich zugesichert) beginnt und noch abends abgeschloßen werden sollte. Es waren telefonisch 4 Helfer 1 Fahrer zugesagt durch Movinga.
Am Tag des Umzuges bin ich um 6 Uhr aufgestanden damit alles bereit ist wenn das Umzugsunternehmen ankommt.
als um 7.30 immer noch niemand da rief ich das erste mal bei Movinga an hier wurde mir mitgeteilt das der LKW eine Panne hat und das Unternehmen um ca. 9 Uhr da sein wird.
um 9.30 rief ich wieder an um nachzufragen diesmal wurde mir mitgeteilt das der LKW im Stau stehen würde und es noch eine Verzögerung geben würde. von ca. 1-2 Stunden.

Um 17.20 Uhr sah ich dann einen Sixt-LKW der augenscheinlich etwas suchte. Ich dachte mir im ersten Moment das er mich nicht meinen kann. Da ich 1 Woche vorher dem Spediteur telefonisch und schriftlich mitgeteilt habe das ein 7,5 t LKW nicht reichen wird.
Um 17.30 Uhr dann die Erkenntnis der LKW ist doch für mich.
10,5 Stunden zu spät mittlerweile hatte ich auch fast alles was man alleine tragen konnte herruntergetragen.

Ich habe dem Transportleiter daraufhingewiesen das ich ja für die Dienstleistugn bezahle und im gesagt das er jetzt seinen Mitarbeiter zu wecken hat. Danach habe ich mich dann in meine Auto gelegt um zu schlafen.
Morgens um 6.30 Uhr bin ich aufgewacht als der LKW losfuhr die 700 km bis zu meiner neuen Wohnung.
