Am 13. und 14. Juli 2017 hat unser Umzug von Darmstadt nach Lübeck stattgefunden.
Dieser Umzug war eine Katastrophe.
Im ersten Gespräch mit ihrem Sachbearbeiter wurden bereits zu wenig Kisten veranschlagt. Wir hatten zuvor drei lokale Unternehmen zu Besuch, die alle 90-110 Kisten angeboten hatten. Ihr Mitarbeiter argumentierte, sie hätten viel Erfahrung, machten 1000 Umzüge pro Monat und Umzugsunternehmen übertreiben mit Kisten und Kubikmetern um die Preise in die Höhe zu treiben. Erst am 30.6. erhielt ich die Umzugsliste zur Kontrolle aller Gegenstände per Mail auf Nachfrage.
Es wurde „vom System“ vergessen, uns die Liste vorher zu schicken. Wir hatten bis dato 90 Kisten – so auch dem Sachbearbeiter mitgeteilt – das sei kein Problem, die Liste werde aktualisiert. Dem Sachbearbeiter wurde mitgeteilt, dass wir mit 3 Kleinkindern am Umzugstag nach Lübeck fahren müssen und das Einladen schnell von Statten gehen soll.
Das Abbauen der Möbel hatten wir im Vorfeld noch selbst erledigt, da wir noch Zeit hatten und der Umzug eben schnell gehen musste.
Umzugstag:
Der erste LKW kommt nicht wie angekündigt zwischen 7 und 9, sondern um 10:15. 2 Mann und ein 3,5-Tonner.
Um 10:45 wurde angefangen mit dem Beladen. Um 12:30 waren geladen: 2 Regale, 4 Kisten, ein bisschen Kleinkram. Dazwischen Rauchen, Pause, Rauchen, Pause. Das Einladen mit „der Liste“ entpuppte sich als sehr nervig. Auf der Liste waren 60(!) Kisten vermerkt und die Änderungen nicht weitergeleitet. „Ist bei Movinga normal“ sagt der Spediteur. Ich habe mit dem Umzugsunternehmen alle Details durchgesprochen, was vor Ort bleibt und was mitkommen soll. Die Dinge vor Ort waren auf kleine Haufen zusammengestellt, mit weißem Klebeband gekennzeichnet mit der Aufschrift „bleibt hier“. ALLES andere sollte eingepackt werden – dazu später mehr. Zu zweit unmöglich – also schlugen die Herren vor, in die Garage damit und “ihr kümmert euch selbst oder ihr packt mit an”. Also haben wir selbst mit angepackt und das Sofa in die erste Etage getragen. Möbel Aufbauen ging nicht mehr, sie mussten schnell weiter zum nächsten Umzug. Herzlichen Dank.

Mit der ganzen Familie sind wir von Frankfurt am Main nach Hamburg gezogen, was nicht ganz ohne war, vor allem auch für die Kinder.
