Long-distance move from Victoria to Queensland

Move from Melb to Sunshine Coast.

I recently moved from Melbourne to the Sunshine coast and used Movingagain as I had used them some years before when I relocated to Brisbane and was very happy with that move..Things have changed!
i would never ever use them or recommend them to anybody again!
There was not a piece of furniture that didn't suffer at the hands of these retards! They turned up late to pickup the furniture and I had to help them to load as the guys were not experienced ,then on the other end they were 4 days late so I had to find other accommodation..there were dents all over my new fridge, every stick of furniture was scratched or dented, my leather sofa was scarred on a very conspicuous place, my art deco mirror smashed and the list goes on!
im very disappointed and angry as im many thousands of dollars out of pocket and have had no positive feedback from them.
BEWARE!.. never use MOVING AGAIN!

Worse experience of my life.
Communication = zero
Reliability = zero
Customer Service = zero
Don’t bother with this people. Pay a bit more and get quality.

Moving Again: NSW to Queensland.

Atrocious. Complete lack of communication as I waited for my removalists on the confirmed day, followed by communication from the company they had initially subcontracted that they had informed Moving Again a week ago that they couldn't do the job. I have nothing complimentary to say about Moving Again.

Careless efforts.

I wouldn't recommened this company very poorless efforts have scratched our furniture and wouldn't take responsibility for it. Such a poorless and careless effort and to be honest rude when confronted.. they delievered wrong peoples stuff to us.. wrecked scratched damaged put holes in our furniture. Just don't do it such bad experience I will never use this company again. Nothing but bad words for this company and careless efforts.. very unprofessional.

Long-distance move from Victoria to Queensland

Avoid at all costs.

Utterly terrible company. Booked a move, paid in full, I made several phone calls and emails the day before our collection date to confirm details and told everything was in order. On the day no-one showed up. I called several times and finally told "yeah we can't make it, sorry we'll give you a refund". Don't even try.
