All Purpose Removals

Thought that paying more and using a recommended professional company would be better than local cowboys. The men were on time and efficient. Only after did I notice scratches along the side and dents on front of stainless steel fridge. Also moved into a freshly painted unit and paint chipped off the corner in hall where turn to bedroom. Installed frontload washer and dryer on top. Failed to turn on the taps behind. Most annoying and difficult for a female senior citizento do.

The move started 1.5 hours late and wasn’t completed properly.

After signing the agreement, everything was awful. They just don’t care about customers, we heard this from the mouth of the owner who said he is a millionaire and doesn’t matter if it is a 5k job, he just doesn’t need more money!

Employees were lazy and talking on Te phone in a foreign language all the time. The guys were visible tired and not ready for hardworking. Their attitude was disappointing because they know would be protected by the owner, as they are getting paid by hour!

They offer their boxes with the condition to be refunded if the boxes are returned however I still waiting my money, with great chances they lied about that, as I still have a long discussion to get my money back.

Next time I will push my own stuff along Te roads if I can’t find someone else to move but I will never use their service again. Absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $550

These guys were booked to move furniture from my old to my new house.
One of the removalists dropped my dryer, didn't mention anything to me and it was only that someone else witnessed it that I later found out.  Of course the dryer didn't work after this.
Chased APR for 4 weeks now to get some type of compensation, in the end they'll give me $150 (cost $330 to replace dryer..)
Even now, a week after they said they'll pay this, they still haven't made the transfer.  Will make on friday apparently, will wait and see.
Not once through the complaint process have they called me, I had to phone them 6 times in total to get some type of action, never get a call back, no communication of progress.  Only get to speak to Harry who seems like a nervous pawn in the whole thing.  Feel a bit sorry for him but I've not had a dryer for a month now so my sympathy is waning somewhat.
 
End verdict is, wouldn't use these guys again.  Dishonest and poor communicators
