Movers of Houston

Please do not use this company! They are not part of Movers of San Antonio. They moved me on Saturday and since then it has been a nightmare. They damaged my friends vehicle, they charged me for time when they were not working including when they sat down to eat (which I fed them), and driving time when it was already included in the advance payment I gave them and supposedly there truck was messing up en route from point A to Point B; I caught one of them going into my refrigerator a couple of times, they didn't pack everything in the truck, when there was plenty of space, which in turn caused me to have to do 2 additional trips. It took them 5 hours to load a 1 bedroom apartment and it was brought to my attention that they were smoking weed on the job. When I spoke to the supervisor Gerard on Saturday he began to argue with me and then started wheeling and dealing with me, and one of the drivers called me the next day to see if he could go and pick up some of the items that I left at the old apartment if he could have them. When I called and finally spoke with Gia the supervisor and told her everything she wanted to hold me responsible and has since blocked my number even though she is supposed to be investigating the situation. Please, please, do not put yourself in this position, they seem very dangerous unprofessional moving company especially for women. Please do not use them. This situation has taught me that there really isn't any protection for customers using professional movers. Please share.
