Miracle Movers

I am a real estate agent who has seen many moves and have moved many times myself. I would definitely hire Miracle Movers again and refer them to my clients.

My move was in the coldest month of Jan 2019, after a few big snow storms and many gas stations ran out of gas that morning.

The movers were experienced, friendly, professional and most importantly very efficient, which is very important when you are paying by the hour. They carefully wrapped the mattress and sofas for us (so that they don't get ruined by snow and dirt); they update and communicate with us every step of the way.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $600

Mike and his fellow worker showed up at my apartment 15 mins early. They carefully packed and loaded all of my furniture in an hour and a half. they would not let me get involved at all. I am not the best a t preparation, but they took care of everything in a polite manner. They unloaded the truck in quick time. Job done in just under three hours. I could tell they did not want to waste time just to overcharge. I hope this is my last move for a while, but I will use you again someday!

Hi, I just wanted to thank you for an excellent service provided. I
also wanted to take the time to specifically acknowledge both the
movers you sent to move us on the 22nd of December. I know one mover
was named Alex but I didn’t catch the other ones name. They were both
so nice and so professional. They handled everything with care and
they were very quick with the move. These guys did a wonderful job and
they had a very good nature about them too which made us feel
comfortable during a stressful time since moving doesn’t always go
smoothly. Please let them know, and also their managers know, of what
a good job they did.

Was super impressed with Miracle movers handling of our move. They sent us some crates that made packing so much easier than the cardboard box option. All our belongings
handled with maximum care throughout the move. Delivery was not so straightforward as they had to park on street and go down a massive ramp and the up an elevator, however
movers took it as if it was just another normal day. No damages or issues. They gave me confidence and trust because they genuinely care about their reputation and are doing the job well and it just reduces the stress of a trying task!! Highly recommend.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $620

Miracle Movers just handled 2 moves for us - from 2 houses into one. The process was smooth & the office staff very helpful. But the real magic happened on our 2 moving days. Andrew, Alex, and Ivis arrived early on both days, and were incredibly fast, careful and professional. We were truly amazed at how quickly they packed up, moved us and got us settled. Not a thing was broken - they were very careful with our precious things. And the price was very reasonable - especially as the moves were very fast. I've moved a number of times in my life and Miracle Movers were the best- hands down. If you're moving, choose Miracle Movers- you won't be sorry!

I used MM last week for a move, and I was very pleased with the level of service I had received.

They showed up slightly after the scheduled arrival time, however, called us in advance to notify us and keep us in the loop.

They worked VERY hard, and rarely took any breaks (maybe 2-3 5 minute breaks in total) - not even a break for lunch.

Everything went as planned, and no items were damaged/missing.

As for people mentioning they "demanded" a tip - one of the workers had brought it up and asked for a tip as the fee goes to the company and the workers only get paid an hourly wage. I would say this is completely fair for a service such as the one provided by MM - a 15-20% tip is not at all egregious, especially how hard and fast they worked. Had they slacked off - it would've cost us at least the tip we gave them in additional hourly charges.

All in all - a very pleasant experience.

Would use them again !

A very good moving company to deal with. From my online estimate request to final delivery. A seamless experience. All communication on pricing, timing and overall details worked well. The actual crew on the day were truly phenomenal workers. Really put themselves about for the entire day. Even went the extra mile by helping me apply the finishing touches where necessary. Very careful with our wooden flooring and freshly painted wlls. Really committed to total customer satisfaction. Oh don't you worry, I will be recommending from now on.

This was a very well orchestrated move provided by this company. Their professionalism showed in their approach towards securing my belongings and by not going back on the original agreement. I am very satisfied with their level of customer service and ability to follow through with their initial promises. None of my valuables were lost, stolen, or broken. According to my many friends who have hired moving companies, there has always been one thing they didn’t approve of or was changed without their agreeing to it. This didn’t happen during my move, so for that I am satisfied and would recommend Miracle Movers to others!

Miracle Movers did a fantastic job in helping us. Planning and executing our Toronto move to a larger office. Miracle movers staff were responsive and adept at handling all challenges. Their customer support was superior at all times. Considering our office was split between two levels, the movers did a great job in juggling between various freight elevators along the way. Instant packing and unpacking and disposal of debris, making the move both coat and time efficient. We were indeed impressed with your company. We highly recommend Miracle Movers.

The whole process of moving is a really difficult experience for me. Unknown people handling your beloved possessions etc. But Miracle movers really knew how to allay my fears. the office staff were extremely helpful and efficient and the movers themselves Mike and Alex were vigilant to make sure nothing ending up being damaged. Even the end price I paid was lower than expected and lower than the other quotes I had received. Do yourself a favor. Go with these guys, they will not let you down.

Miracle movers and its team were the best!! Really cannot say enough great things regarding our relocation with them. they arrived a few minutes early and worked incredibly fast. Conscientious about wrapping our furniture and expensive artwork and dealt with our difficult access at move in successfully. Last but not least, all of them were extremely positive and did their work with a smile, so fantastic to work with. I don't know why anybody would go with another company. Huge thanks from us.

WE ARE SO IMPRESSED. This was our first office move and have never hired a moving company before, so we did not know what to expect, I had heard from friends and associates that they have not had the greatest of experiences with movers they have used. Miracle Movers made the experience effortless. The initial on-site estimate was conducted professionally and efficiently and the quote submitted seemed very fair. From the moment they started working to the very end, they were professional, fast, efficient and respectful. There was not a wasted moment from the time they arrived, until the time they delivered our furniture and equipment. We had heavy desks, but Martin, Mike and Hani never complained and were very committed to getting them there unscathed. They knew exactly what to do in every situation and got the job done with a smile! We will definitely use Miracle if and when we relocate again, and I will share with all my friends they do not need to venture further than Miracle on their next move. I just finished a move on Saturday with Miracle Movers and am delighted with the service. Three gents did the move — round trip — in under 5 hours and could not have been more polite, fast and efficient. They were careful with all of my belongings, took my bed apart as it didn’t fit, then put it back together, took entrance doors off and put them back on again. The movers were efficient and helpful above and beyond. I absolutely recommend this company — exceptional service. Many many thanks to the whole team and Gary who arranged everything for me. I would just like to tell you what a pleasure it was working with your company on the relocation of our offices. We had a storage unit full of very heavy and dusty bins of records and your crews moved everything within 2 days – I could not believe how much they accomplished in that time! The move to our new office was up two flights of stairs as sadly there is no elevator in that building. Your fellows showed on each day full of energy and motivation and they made an extremely daunting move look like an everyday event! It wasn’t an easy move by any account and they worked so hard and I never heard one of them complain! They just kept working steady and taking very few, much deserved, breaks! Mike and Drago! They were so polite, they were professional and they are great leaders as well hard workers! They would hear what was required and they planned and organised and made it happen! Even when the “plan” changed time and again, they just got down to it and directed the next steps to complete the task. Never showed any frustration or complained that we were adding or changing things – he just got on with the job! I would highly recommend Miracle Movers and have already been telling all what a great company you are to work with!
