Miracle Movers

This was my first time using Miracle Movers and I will definitely be using them for any future moves and would gladly recommend their services to anyone. My move was a 1+ den condo in downtown Toronto to a condo in a nearby location.

I investigated quite a few Toronto area moving company's and Miracle Movers offered me the best quote. They also assigned a consultant to my move and when I had questions I had a direct number to call. This consultant was very courteous and professional.

On the day of the move the two moving staff arrived promptly and had already positioned their truck in the moving loading dock area. I was especially nervous as I'm an artist and had quite a few valuable art canvas' that needed extra care. The movers put my fears to rest in saying that ALL my belongings were important and not to worry.

I've moved quite a few times and this is the best experience I've had. The move was completed during the time estimated (4 hrs) and after unpacking there was not one broken item or a scratch on anything.

It was the PERFECT move and I would highly recommend this company!!

It was a great experience we had with Miracle Movers,
Their service is excellent, their moving staff were very particular about our needs and arrangements.
We would certainly recommend our family/friends to avail the services provided by Miracle Movers.
Their staff are very accurate in the timings, and their equipments used for moving the stuff and arranging it at our destinated place was perfect, we did'nt have to be with them, during the course, as they understand the move in and move out, places very well, and as per our instructions, they arrange the stuff.
In some cases, were our packed stuff was not packed according to their requirement, they helped us in fixing it , so that during the transit it would not get opened, or damaged.
They take care of our packages in a special way, and treated it very gently, to make sure that, the stuff reaches to the destination, intact, and in proper condition.
It is a appreciable move from the Miracle Movers, to get the details of the items, well in advance from their customers, so that they can arrange for the vehicle accordingly, so at the time of pick up, the stuff could be kept properly in the vehicle.
They are perfect in their timings, and due to which the Elevators booked for Move In & Move Out, were within the time frame, and we did not have make additional payment to the corporation for Elevator booking.

Miracle Movers were the best movers I came across so far. The customer service was really good, they addressed all of my concerns and provided tips on how to get organised to decrease the moving time. Movers were great. Strong, pleasant guys, were really careful and made sure that the stuff goes to the rooms it was supposed to go. They had a great attitude and Daniel was the most polite and caring guy among the movers I hired before. Definitely recommend these guys. The quality/price ratio surprisingly good and satisfying.

Everything was great. From the initial booking to the move itself. I had a lot of questions during the process, as I have never used movers before. Everything was answered in a timely manner and there were no surprises. The only very small hiccup was that I ordered plastic bins and when delivered there were 2 missing. But, they immediately credited the amount to my account.
I had Daniel and Vlad as my movers, who were great. Showed up early and worked until everything was moved and beds set up. Could not have been happier with the experience. Highly recommend Miracle Movers!!

My wife and I live in a old pre war building (walk up 5 flights; not to mention she is pregnant!) so we moved into a bigger apartment to accommodate the new member of our family that will be joining us at any moment. Well, as many of us do. I work extremely long hours and travel often for business and my wife has been working between the office and home these days so it has been difficult finding the time to even start packing boxes. Thankfully after doing some research online I found Miracle Movers. And let me say, their reputation speaks for itself. Not are they only extremely knowledgeable but super friendly and great people period.
I spoke with James who went over everything for me and presented all of my options. I told him we wanted them to pack everything, as we had no time to really take care of this ourselves and getting my pregnant wife to do this was not going to be the easiest task at hand. He took his time and explained and discussed everything right over the phone in terms of how long it would take, and a full price breakdown. We even agreed that after scheduling the move that they could send a representative by to double check our stuff to make sure we had accounted for everything. For the most part we were on point except a few items I thought we would not be taking that my wife decided she still wanted to keep. Long story short. 4 guys came on the day of with all the materials needed and did the entire move for us. Packing of all the boxes, wrapping of the furniture. You name it these guys were top notch! We didn't lift a finger! Needless to say we are now in our new apartment and couldn't be happier. These guys are great and would recommend to any member of my family or close friends. MM gave me the best deal and were fully upfront with all the extra fees that could apply based on my info.
I heard lots of horror storyes when price went twice higher then it was estimated. And didn't want any surprises.
So that was was one of many factors that made my choice.
The move itself went smooth and reasonably fast. Our quote was really close to the final bill.
Movers were polite and professional. More than that they took all of our instructions and did exactly what we asked.
I will use Miracle Movers for my upcomming move for sure.
