Second time using the service. Both experiences were excellent. Second time moving from toronto to pickering 2 bedroom apartment to a townhouse. booked in advance. all charges disclosed in advance with prompt replies to any questions. List of itmes was requested with photos for valuables. On day of the move showed up on time. Professional and courteous, Efficient with no delays. All items deliveredi n same condition, packed well in to the truck, Wrapped in blankets. Excellent service would reccomend t hem and use them again.

Service cost: $350

I used this service for my daughter. Excellent customer service from arranging move arrangements to the completion of move.Adaptable, flexible, courteous and helpful customer service and movers. Would use them again and recommend to anyone. Initial move took place from Bathurst and St. Clair to Warden and Lawrence.  Another relocation from Scarborough to the heart of the city of Toronto. Movers were extremely pleasant and good natured and dealt well with the condo move in rules!      .

Service cost: $300

Wasn't impressed with them at all. I booked 3 weeks in advance, and was confirmed for moving Saturday at 2pm. - That Saturday at 2:05pm they called and said they weren't going to be able to make it until Sunday!! They didn't give any reason, until I called back upset. Then they promised to be there Sunday at 9am, and arrived at 9:30am. When I was frustrated and asked for a discount, the moving guy didn't even know why I was upset. According to him, the company only called him Saturday night and said it was a last minute move.   They made it stressful and extremely unpleasant. - Stay away! The price you save isn't worth the stress!

Service cost: $350

When my family had to move, I tried to do everything by myself. Started packing our stuff, even found a moving truck that was ready to transport our cargo from Winnipeg to Toronto. But after a small calculation I found out, that the price quotes at Miracle Movers were not much bigger, then the ones I had to pay to the self employed trucker. So I decided to trust the experts, and didn’t regret it one bit. They were everything that you could ask for but usually can’t find. And they were working like robots, I saw no singes of fatigue - truly steel people! I recommend them to anyone, who needs a smooth and fast relocation.

Service cost: $2170

We had to move on 25 of November, so we called Miracle Movers on 19th of November, to receive our quote and clear out all questions. We settled our move on 25 of November, and were preparing for it.  But we received a phone call on 22 in the evening, and we were offered to perform the move on 23 of November! It was 2 days ahead of our initial plan, but we had no problems with it, so we agreed. Movers came in the morning and transported all our belongings to the truck, wrapped up all the load thoroughly, like their own. Our flight tickets were for 26th of November, so we spent 3 days at our friend’s house, but it was even for the better, since we didn’t spend any money for the hotel, as we planned earlier. So we arrived from Quebec city to Toronto on 26th, and in 2 hours after our plane landed we received a phone call, saying that our furniture shall be on place tomorrow! Can you imagine that! We didn’t even feel any discomfort, we had no time to. As four extremely pleased clients, we want to say “Thank you, Miracle Movers”!

Service cost: $1720

Some good things:
- our belongings arrived in pretty good shape
- the cost did not increase from what we expected

Some bad things:
- they were very rude to us on the phone
- the demanded payment before our shipment arrived (we had no idea where our stuff as or what kind of condition it was in. It felt like ransom)
- they called us liars and yelled at us
- they picked our stuff up a day late
- our stuff sat in a warehouse, not moving, for a week due to maintenance required on a truck
- they said it would be just our stuff in the truck, but there was other people's stuff too, when it arrived (though, once I asked, they did give us a discount for this)
- they said two people would be there to load but only one showed up

My advice is to get EVERYTHING in writing. At two different times, we spoke with them on the phone and they made promises that we didn't get in writing. But later, if something wasn't in the original contract, they said we were making it up. James Rybak from the long-distance shipping department said, "you're making this up and you think I'm stupid."

The Toronto branch doing local moves was way better than the long-distance branch. They were polite on the phone and gave us a discount when they erred. I would avoid the long-distance department at all costs, though.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4400

I used Miracle Movers for a cross town move with a lot of stairs and a few unexpected obstacles on a very wet cold day. Everything arrived in a perfect shape and was till completed within the time frame and price estimated. Great crew who took their job very seriously. I had some family heirlooms that they really looked after. it was like they were taking care of their own stuff. I can't say enough good things about miracle movers and due to their diligence and flawless execution will be recommending at anytime.

I would recommend Miracle movers for any long distance relocations. I cannot praise them enough for the service. The operatives were more than pleasant, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The office staff was the same. Nothing was too much trouble for them. May I extend my sincere thanks to all your company during our Calgary to Toronto move. Moving is never easy or an exact science as I am sure your all aware, however the detail and work ethic that you operate really impressed me very much.

So I stumbled upon Miracle Movers as I saw their trucks in Scarborough and I believe they were carrying out a project with the City Council for a local festival. So I thought I would give them a go. Alisha was my sales agent and we built a good rapport from the very start. I can see why the council would use these guys as they are the real deal. On-time, polite and professional, they handled my possessions with due care.. This company has plenty of longevity in the industry if they can maintain the standards they have set. Brilliant work and gratitude to you.

Excellent service at Miracle Movers. Gary listened to all my information and then issued me a fairly accurate quote to the real costings. On the day of the move cheerful men arrived punctually and full of energy to carry out my assignment. Strong and efficient to the very end as there were two flights of stairs at my destination. They were most pleased with the gratuity that I gave them. All in all a smooth relocation was carried out. So I will definitely be recommending Miracle Movers to anybody who requires a relocation service. Thanks again.

We had a very smooth relocation with great communication from your staff. The call center gave us some great advice on the preparation for moving day. The movers were more than happy to listen to all our requirements of where the furniture should be situated at the drop-off address. We experienced no loss or damage of our items due to the care and attention shown by the movers. All boxes were placed in an orderly fashion and in a manner that allowed us complete accessibility. Great customer service and relocation skills shown by miracle movers.

Amazing team! The 2 gentlemen who moved my belongings were very polite, courteous, patient, swift and took care of my worldly possessions with respect and with the utmost care.
Those two mover gentlemen were simply amazing!
Absolutely nothing was damaged and not a single dish or glass broken or chipped. Perfect!
I am so impressed.
The price was fantastic and I highly recommend this company.

One of the best services I ever had the pleasure to deal with. We had the movers for about six hours. Very happy with the way they treated our furniture. There was no complaining and they showed good organizational skills. Our large canvas painting which required particular care and they were able to move it with no damage, seems they know all the tricks to get furniture through tight angles. I don’t have one single bad word to say about this company. Completely satisfied with the excellent service provided.
