Miracle Movers

From the moment I hit their website and "Layla" popped in through chat to answer my questions (which she did thoroughly) to the subsequent follow-up by her and her colleagues, Anna and Valerie to the very respectful, prompt, thorough and quick (but careful) move by Daniel and Slava, I have been extremely impressed by this company. And, over the several moves I've made for which I have hired movers, this is the first time nothing was damaged in any way.

Honestly, I was skeptical at first because I didn't believe I could get such great service at the price they quoted me given it was about half of a quote from another company, but they really impressed me. Though I hope not to move much more, Miracle Movers are now my movers for life, and I will be very comfortable referring them to others.

Move size: 3 Bedroom Home Service cost: $600

My whole experience with Miracle Movers was an exceptional one. Alisha answered all my questions thoroughly and followed up on all my emails quickly and efficiently. I was most impressed with the price as it was half of what another well known moving company quoted. I received a call the night before the move to review and confirm that all was set for the following day. Alex and his helper did an amazing job. Alex was very organized and the move went quickly and cleanly without any hiccups. I am extremely impressed with Miracle Movers and would not hesitate to recommend them or to use them again myself.

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $350

I would highly recommend this company for your moving needs. The two gents that did our move were amazing. Both Vladislav and Martin were extremely polite and helpful and completed the move timely - actually in under the estimated time allowed. They arrived shortly before the scheduled move time, looked over the areas and items to be moved and started promptly at the agreed upon time.

The initial interaction with the company for the delivery of the bins did not go as planned which made me nervous about the move itself. The bin situation was more than rectified and my concerns addressed.

Move size: Office Move Service cost: $400

This moving company is a fraud. They have fraudulently charged me a much higher amount for transportation of my goods from Calgary to Toronto. They told me that I would be provided with a scale receipt to prove that the weight of my shipment is actually what they claim it to be, but when I asked them to provide it to me I was told 'we don't keep the receipts as it is too much paper for us to keep around'.
They had informed me that the weight of my shipment was around 6,000 lbs; whereas an in person estimate of the same items by another well reputed moving company was 3,800 lbs. When I found out from miracle movers about the weight of my shipment I was concerned and raised this concern With the sales person that I was dealing with. This person, at the time, seemed more interested in arranging payment methods etc with me and told me that the weight I was told is accurate and to prove it they will provide me with a scale receipt. After our items were shipped I asked them to provide me with a scale receipt showing the weight of my shipment and at that time they told me they didn't have it as they don't keep the receipts. I didn't believe the weight of my shipment can be nearly 2,000 lbs more than what the other company quoted me and after going through the process of asking them to prove it, it is confirmed that this company has lied to me and have fraudulently charged me a much higher amount. I am going to make an official complaint with the consumer court and BBB, but I wanted to leave this review here as well so that others don't go through what I have had to deal with.

Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: $4300

This company is a scum.When they get your staff they start charging you so the total amount becomes double. They late to pickup my staff five days , they didn't give me receipt from a government scale but from the company's scale,they told me that the truck doesn't fit on my building so they charged me more money for a shuttle service. They send me my kitchen table without the legs, which table and four chairs were weighed.The whole experience with this company was awful and I don't recommend to anyone the miracle movers.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $2000

I was really tensed with our move from Markham, Canada house to New York, USA. After lots of research selected Miracle Movers. In their quote, they confirmed an independent truck and provided a very reasonable breakdown of costs ( truck rental, Labour for loading and Unloading including materials). After a physical inspection of the house, they provided a revised tentative quote, confirming a 26 feet truck for the move. I must say despite my suspicion( had previous bad experience with mover) I really had a wonderful experience with these professional movers. The only issue was with the pickup timing, where the movers were late in their arrival in Toronto. I must say the guys are professionals who did the loading and unloading of my staff very well. Though it was planned for 5 hours each for loading / unloading the 26 feet truck they completed the loading in 3.5 hours and unloading in 3 hours. Overall, an Excellent Job. Both Daniel at Toronto and Philip had been courteous and professionals. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family..
