I was forced to pay and had virtually no other choice, as I lived on the 5th floor without a lift. Quote: “If you don't pay now, we'll load everything onto the street and we're gone.”

This helplessness was mercilessly exploited.
Furniture was damaged, but I didn't get a cent for it.

This company should be shut down as soon as possible and the managing director straight to jail for running such a criminal business and ripping off helpless people. (And doesn't even pay money for damaged furniture).

Last year I commissioned a transport within Vienna.
It worked out great. No damage, it was priced right.
I had to move to Zurich in a short period of time because the job offers there are attractive. For this I decided to hire the company Mein Umzugsprofi, first sent everything by email, then viewed it and moved it within a week.
Actually went very quickly. We agreed a fixed salary of € 2,000.00 and concluded it very well. I had no problem with this company and can only recommend it.

This company should be abolished! No wonder that nobody has had good experiences here. We moved from Vienna to Berlin and of 900 € we would suddenly have to pay 2700, and that right before they had to admit. So practically we would not have paid that our furniture would have remained on the street or in the old apartment. Should rats. Not to say that our furniture arrived damaged. And the two employees who drove from Vienna to Berlin and back and helped with the lapping (we pulled almost everything ourselves because the two were already so finished) were paid 150 € by the company, but they paid their fuel themselves have to. Really vulgar.
I took photos of the damaged furniture and sent numerous emails to this scammer. Unfortunately, I couldn't prove it wasn't damaged before, so they won again. Very annoying.

I too fell for these criminals! Obtained several quotes and decided for the moving professionals even though they weren't the cheapest. Professional contact on the phone, a quick quote and a good gut feeling prompted me to do so. In advance, I have given a detailed list of all the items to be moved with their bulkiness, size, number of boxes and greater weight because the moving professionals saw no need for a viewing appointment. Package deal over € 1,450.00 even came with a discount (for whatever reason). My question as to whether there would be any further costs was answered in the negative because it was a package deal. So the order was placed. Less than a week before the relocation date, I made sure by phone whether my appointment was going well and my question about additional and / or additional costs was again answered in the negative. Two days before the move, the company called and confirmed the appointment. Questions about additional and / or additional costs were answered in the negative for the third time. The agreed payment method was 50% in cash at the invitation, the rest after the unloading in Germany.
Then came the day X !! Brief inspection of the apartment and the cellar, a harsh request to fill in an order form in good Viennese (a Kaszettl) and now it comes: € 2,300 in cash and immediately. My statement that I had a valid cost estimate to which the order was placed was denied. Statement of the workers: We only workers, nothing money, nothing driving. Then the managing director was put on the phone for me: a babble of heavy load surcharges, international insurance and, last but not least, he wasn't stupid to drive to Germany for the price, nobody does that. The reference to the binding contract price of his company was not binding for him. Either I pay immediately or they would leave without having achieved anything. Since I already had professional obligations in Germany and there was no further time to find another company, I let myself be compelled. It was invited and driven to a garage where other items, also listed in my first letter, were waiting to be picked up. Next way to the bank to withdraw the additional € 850. I refused to sign the order and just wanted to receive a confirmation of payment for the price that was under pressure. No chance. Either I sign or they would load all of my things on the street in the middle of town.
The urge to finally get an invoice a month after the move was unsuccessful to this day.

I have purposely omitted the names of the two secretaries as a lawsuit is pending.

Definitely keep your hands off the company. I experienced exactly what the other reviewers write here. The agreed price had nothing to do with the actual price. Unfortunately, this was only communicated to you after all the furniture had already been loaded. Also for me the reference to the managing director, who was unfriendly and aggressive as his employees. It was argued absurdly and lied to the point. MUST FINGER AWAY, even if they seem inexpensive at first glance!

I organized an apartment clearing for my mother in Waging am See. According to the price information sent, I came to a price of 600 € including VAT. When the gentlemen arrived 1.5 hours late, they wanted € 1700. They put my mother under enormous pressure when, after an hour on the phone with the office and the two moving people, I quoted their own prices. Then they got aggressive and now offered 1200 €, so my mother lost her nerve and paid the amount.
People are put under pressure and ripped off in a forced situation. Why can't the craft of such scammers be stopped?

In spite of exact agreements and KV, we ended up paying more than double the amount. We had taken time off, packed everything up, everything just to be carried down. We were forced to pay a hardship allowance, insurance and a parking fee, even though this was available in both places. The insurance refused any damage caused. When I pointed out that the basic amount was much too high, the two gentlemen reacted very annoyed and threatened to drive again. We had to pay in advance, which wasn't agreed. The promise that the invoice would be sent was never kept despite a number of requests. I expressly warn you to do business with this company.

I booked this moving company by phone 5 weeks in advance. I gave exact information on the size and weight of the furniture (incl. 1 heavy transport box) and even had it confirmed again 1 week before the appointment. The lady on the phone guaranteed me a price of € 150 (€ 30 / h, € 80 heavy load, € 10 mileage allowance). When the 3 men arrived last week 1 hour late instead of 2 men as booked, he said it would cost about 600 € instead of 150 €! But we can agree on a flat rate of 550 €. When I told him that we had fixed a price in advance, he only said that the lady on the phone had no idea, she's just a secretary.
But in my opinion that is exactly her job !?
A visit was not possible in advance, as only from 80 square meters.
When I said that I would not pay this under any circumstances, they became even more "unfriendly". Only when I wanted to call the police did they slowly walk to the door. He also said that they would send me an invoice for the cancellation amount - they have my address.
We "argued" a little more, then he said I would leave the fee and "you can buy a coffee from it"

Conclusion: very dubious, hands off !!

During the transport, one of the men called a thousand times! What working time is that we also have to pay!

We ordered a truck with 2 helpers at 1 p.m. Already at 10 o'clock we received a call that the helpers were on their way, I asked them to show up for the appointment. The two men finally came at 1:15 p.m., looked around and said that it would cost a total of € 650 - instead of the agreed € 120. Said that was not okay. The helper said we could also make a flat rate and asked me what I was willing to pay. Refused and wanted to call the office to investigate. The lady on the phone referred me to the manager, who of course could not be reached. I sent the two gentlemen away, one of them referred me to the cancellation fee rather unkindly, which he would like to have in cash. He couldn't issue an invoice, it would be sent on Monday. Didn't pay, which made him even madder and said that the price for the cancellation would now triple if I didn't pay directly. I sent the two of them away and never heard from the company again (either by phone, email or post).

Chose this moving company because the offer looked very good.
Was a serious mistake.
We booked 4 men without a truck by phone because we ourselves came with a moving bus.
When we arrived at our new address there were 2 men on site. They also cleared all the furniture for us on the sidewalk. When almost everything was unloaded, he wanted to settle the money.
Initially very friendly and courteous, but when it came to the money, the "boss" would be rude and tried to intimidate and blackmail us.
We had agreed on an amount of 180 € on the phone and suddenly he wanted a flat rate of 444 €.
Unfortunately we had no choice and we counted an advance so that the furniture could be brought to our apartment (3rd floor without elevator).
But when the "boss" got the advance, he got into the car and said we should move the furniture up together with his two employees. Probably a joke .. And of course we would be loud because we don't hire a furniture company so that you can carry the furniture up yourself.
The two movers got the instruction from the boss to carry everything upstairs and then he drove up.

The bottom line was that we only got 2 movers instead of 4 and were supposed to help out ourselves .. And that for 444 €.

I advise everyone against renting such a cheap offer .. Better to count a little more and hire a reputable moving company ..

Threw the repackagers - who were friendly themselves - out of my apartment without having done anything. It said 25 EUR per hour on the website. That is the net price, at least 2 hours would have to be booked, with arrival and departure we would get 90 EUR, one employee explained to me on the phone when booking.

When I got to my apartment, one of the two charged me an amount of around EUR 400 while the other took the furniture outside. Insurance, parking costs, floor allowance, etc. I then asked people to leave because no contract was concluded on these terms.

On the phone, an employee explained that I would have to pay a cancellation fee.

Of course I didn't. As a lawyer, I am now looking into further action against misleading business practices.

Same experience as everyone here. Arrived hour too late with a truck that was much too small, instead of 1000, - suddenly 1800, -, then threatened with cancellation if not 1000, -. Two Turks who could hardly speak German threatened and in the end settled one eighth of the apartment and then just ran away in the afternoon. Furthermore, we suddenly lack a Playstation. The gentlemen are sued by us for theft, coercion and fraud for damages, the company is reported to the WKO as an agent for fraud and a claim for damages is made through our lawyer.

FINGER AWAY, THIS "COMPANY" SHOULD NOT EXIST.

It ran like everyone else: Arrived way too late, asked too much (due to alleged heavy load transport - which was not the case, the load checked our washing machine) and threatened to leave again if we didn't pay and sign. Basically, we paid 200 euros for a 30 m 2 for half an hour of your work (since we have already cleared everything down ourselves and then up with the new apartment). A bottomless cheek. Calls were reacted badly, threatened with charges (damage to reputation) and finally no longer answered.

Not recommendable.
