Stay away from this company!! This has been the most stressful move I have ever had. It started off with no communication with the guy my husband had been talking to AFTER the company got their deposit. It then escalated when they did not show up on the either of the 2 days they were scheduled. We were closing on our house on Friday and we get a call Thursday morning that they would not be to our house until Friday. The truck was not loaded until 45 minutes AFTER the closing started!! We were moving to an area that a semi could not come in and turn around (this was communicated to this company from the very first call and each subsequent communication) so it needed to be a small 26-28 ft truck, which is what they picked us up in. They arrived in the same size truck but told us that our stuff was put on a semi, transported to Minneapolis along with another persons stuff and then moved back onto a smaller truck (which was a lie based on the order of how the stuff was in the truck and the company refused to provide us with a bill of lading). When they arrived, they held our belongings hostage until we paid them another $600.00. Just a side note, we received a text message the day BEFORE our stuff arrived telling us what the balance was. So sometime between Sunday and Monday, they decided they needed to gouge us for an additional $600.00. Also, it’s cash only so you don’t have much recourse!! I wish I could give this company zero stars! Just fair warning, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!

This company is a complete bait and switch. I called and they emphasized their amazing customer service and how they would update my inventory 24-48 hours before they arrived. THIS DID NOT HAPPEN. They led me to believe that they were the moving company that would come but alas they contracted out to a different company, ID NOBLE MOVERS, who were terrible - they dented my wall in 10 places that I had to fix, did not bring enough supplies, left left all of the packing supplies all over the house, did not attempt to remove a couch which other movers got into my house because they "thought it was a liability" and left it standing up on its edge for me to deal with. Once Main Moving got my deposit they stopped caring about my experience - I called several times to get the time/day the movers would come and kept getting a run around. Additionally they never contacted me to update my inventory and the ID NOBLE MOVERS charged me DOUBLE what was quote and did not even take all of my belongings!! THEY ARE BOTH SCAMS AND NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THESE TWO COMPANIES.

Thanks for doing a good job with my recent move down to South Carolina for my Relocation for my new job. This was a really stressful process picking a company to have move me and my family. There is good and bad on all of the moving companies online.. so it is quite hard to know what to expect. The one thing I liked about speaking with Anthony with Main Moving was he was very detailed and also showed me and DOT site no other companies had seem to mention. The day of the move the guys did a great job and had a up to date truck. The only thing that changed price wise was because I needed extra packing service.

This company is a total rip off! By looking at their overall reviews you’d think “Hey, these guys might not be bad”, DON’T BE FOOLED!! If you look down through the reviews you will see either 5 stars (totally fake reviews!) or 1 Star (the REAL people that have had the misfortune to use them). I reviewed them a couple days ago, giving them 1 Star and poof, like magic, there was immediately a 5 Star review. Nice try folks. I will continue to bombard this site with 1 Star ratings, you’ve poked the bear. The sad part is they demand cash so you have no recourse, while they hold your belongings hostage until you pay more more. Their account has also been suspended in mymovingreviews.com, big surprise! I guarantee there will be a 5 star rating posted immediately after this one. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
