Konami Moving and Storage

Runnnn away... do not spend your money here.. they will lie, cheat and don't give two f about you.. I cant tell you how much I have tried to contact them to get nothing. Let me first start off by saying they are contracted by North American Movers. When I called and talked to Jenny, it was great. She helped me out and got it done. However the day of my request for pick up, they called and said they weren't not able to come due to flat or something along those lines so they wouldn't get any body to grab my things. Keep in mind, I was flying out to the new state I would be needing my things to get to. So how do I have to do it. I request my roommates and I did get charged to keep my things longer than my last day. So I LOST MONEY. So I had to get my sister to be my person of authorization. Signed and everything. Come 4 days later of so, they finally arrive only to be signed off on someone else ! Why did you ask for person of authorization if it was not going to be used? Then I wait over a month and half (maybe my fault for not asking when arrival will be) but that long!!! To TOP IT OFF. no one told me that if the truck (commercial) could not fit in tight areas of neighborhood I needed to call and informed them to find another way to get to me. How would I have know? He said when I signed the forms during pickup it states it there. I told him situation that I wasn't there because you guys were late and no one told me plus you guys had someone else sign that sheet apparently. So what did I have to do? Drive my truck to where they were and have them load my truck twice! Just to bring it home because I was not going to spend more money for them to unload the truck and bring it to my house! How fair was that? Lastly!!!!! When I did receive my things I noticed I was missing my TV stand glasses. We called back and the gentleman said I have to call the company because HE TOO DID NOT RECEIVE THE ITEM! how the F does that happen. So when I called back in mid Dec about the situation, she said to email them with the number and color tag and they will try and locate. Now it's Feb and I have yet to heard from them. Called them back. They said they just relocate and will have someone call back today. No call. Called back. They said someone will reach me. Someone did. Wasnt helpful. Rude as hell. Told me I needed to file a claim. So now I'm down money because you guys were late. And only credited $100!! I had to receive my items with my truck and unload it to my house because you guys made the mistake of signing off to someone who wasn't my authorization and never notified me to call for change of truck. And I'm lost with my items. NO ONE SHOULD HIRE YOU GUYS BECAUSE IT SEEMS LIKE YOU GUYS HAVE AWFUL RATINGS AND POOOR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. NOT TO MENTION LOST OF ITEMS AND NEVER CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMERS. IF I COULD REVIEW FOR 0 STARS I WOULD. WILL NEVER HIRE YOU GUYS BACK NOR WILL I EVER REFER YOU GUYS. I hope you guys do better. Thanks for nothing
