First of all, I am very impressed by the speed at which my stuff arrived in a container from USA to UK. IT took less than a month and with the help and encourangement of Daniela, I was able to ask for my Transfer of Residence (ToR) on time to avoid paying the tax or fines for storage! This is because we filed a request too late! The guys from J.A.Coles were very nice and the foreman was very nice and professional. Our stuff were very well handled - very gently lifted and placed in the right place despite I was the only one at home at the time. No confusion or chaos! Every furniture was put back (reassembled) professionally and well. Very happy with J.A.Coles.

We've used Coles for a number of moves and storage requirements over the past 10 years both within the UK and abroad and they've always been fantastic. Great customer service from the start and really reliable, careful packers. Our possessions have always been taken care of..never any damages. We've been able to totally rely on them and that takes so much of the stress away from an otherwise stressful time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone.

We moved from London to California, the third time we have made a trans Atlantic move. This last move was complicated by the fact that our new home build was over 14 months late, and storage time grew from a month to fifteen months.

From start to finish, Cole staff were professional, efficient, supportive and knowledgeable. It was reassuring to know they were always on top of things, and available in our moments of panic! Our furniture arrived intact and the staff at this end did a wonderful job offloading our possessions into our new home. After almost two years en route and in storage, we had only one cracked photo frame!
I would highly recommend JA Cole to those of you who need professional help during a move.

Amazing service from start to finish. Geoff visited my flat initially for the estimate and immediately put me at ease. He handed over to Daniela in the office who was friendly, understanding and so accommodating when I was having a moving wobble!
On the day of the move , George turned up and couldn't get the van into the car park but this was not an issue, he called back to the office and they sent another smaller van. I had George, Conrad, Darren and Ali loading all my stuff and they were nothing short of amazing! Nothing was too much effort, it was all handled with ease and professionalism. They even dealt with me having a little cry and made a joke which diffused my anxiety.
George and Tony moved me into my new home the next day and were in and out in an hour! They were speedy but very respectful and nothing got broken or damaged.
I am delighted with the service I received from Ja Coles and would not hesitate to use them again.

I have to say, what a great service and a pleasure to use J A Coles. I had to move very last minute as we all know when selling a property its very much touch and go. The team were ready to take my call and with date/time and were prepared for it. The removal guys were fabulous, they made it look all so easy. Very comfortable to be around and they were so lovely.

They arrived at my new property and the sofa could not get through door. Without no panic, they had the situation in control and dealt with it swiftly. I am so grateful.

Will be moving again to my permanent new home and there is no doubt I will be coming back to J A Coles and have also recommended to all my friends and family.

JA Coles were the company in the UK chosen to collect our container at Felixstowe arriving from the USA and deliver it to the Midlands.

From our first email and telephone conversation with Daniela it was clear that she new exactly what was needed to be done and who the relevant contacts were to complete all the documentation and to get this delivery organized.

All credit to Daniela an the team at JA Coles for taking all the stress out of this side of the move.

Under extremely difficult conditions with the current pandemic they were able to get all procedures cleared and the container delivered and unloaded in a very tight time frame.

JA Coles should certainly be a consideration for anyone relocating within the UK or Internationally.
