DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

This company was VERY attentive - until I signed the contract. From that time on, I NEVER received a callback -- when I was able to leave a voicemail. Several times, there was just no answer and/or "this voice mailbox is full." No one that I had texted, returned texts, except the last man. This was for moving a piano. That was stated up front. There were specific people to call for pickup and for delivery. That was botched every single time! When the piano was picked up, I was contacted (I was 180 miles away) for payment. I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE $250 EXTRA FOR PACKING/CRATING! THEY KNEW IT WAS A PIANO WHEN I SIGNED THE CONTRACT! THAT IS EXTORTION! But you're kind of over a barrel when you want your item moved! When the piano was delivered, there was no 'call ahead one day,' as promised. No. My daughter, the recipient of the piano, was called 20 MINUTES prior to delivery. I was called at the same time and told I needed to pay. I said "When you are in front of my daughter's house, I'll pay you." When they arrived, I paid. And my daughter told them she was recording the entire thing, which she did. She made sure they delivered it safely and uncrated it. This entire process took a month. It was traumatic. Seriously! How can a reputable company not even answer their phone??? I actually think they blocked my number! Any legitimate company answers the phones!

HORRIBLE!

Move size: Partial Move Service cost: $2000

They relocated my unit in a timely, cautious, and environment friendly manner. They took unique care with every of my packing containers and portions of furniture. They dispatched two movers who have been each expert and friendly. They even wiped their ft at the door to keep away from monitoring filth into the place I had simply cleaned. To maintain my stuff clean, they supplied complimentary mattress luggage and bubble wrapped it in plastic. I will surely utilize them again.

Movers were amazing. When the team arrived, they assessed the room and got straight to work, wrapping items, taping items, and moving everything carefully. They even disassembled the bed and reassembled it for us! Once they got to the new apartment, they asked where each item should be placed and they were incredibly careful not to damage the new flooring. Overall, incredibly satisfied and will be using them again for future moves and will come highly recommended to friends and family.

I was more than pleased with the services of this company. I chose them because of the thoroughness with me in all aspects of the move and pricing. The communicator spent a significant amount of time with me on the phone which I found reassuring, but never pressured me to place a deposit. I received a confirmation email the week prior to the move and a phone call one day prior. The actual move was just as satisfying. They did a wonderful and efficient job with moving me out and in. They were very pleasant. Nothing was broken. My belongings arrived at the earliest estimated day of arrival.

I can't recommend this company enough. They spent hours answering all my questions before I even accepted their offer. They were supportive and helpful throughout the move calling us beforehand to confirm arrival time as well as on each day during the move to check whether everything was going fine. They handled everything. I could stop worrying and let them do it. They are so quick and professional. I'm so glad I chose them. It's so worth it! The men were friendly and optimistic. Nothing was a problem. Nothing too much to ask. The packers were careful with everything and packed all very quickly and well. I'm grateful! Thanks so much!

All Movers were just so brilliant! They were polite when we made contact and answered all my questions patiently. Their rates were very good. They picked up and delivered the furniture items on time with no problems without me having to meet them at the pickup point, and handled delicate items made of glass with a lot of care. They even helped me by asking the person giving the furniture away how to assemble the furniture, thereby saving me an hour+. When they delivered the furniture into my apartment, they were really kind and helpful especially with the heavier items. As a young single woman, the kindness and respect were just so nice and refreshing. I really valued that. I 100% recommend them to anyone who wants items moved.
