I don't often write reviews, but this experience was my worst fear about hiring a moving company. This is one of the most dishonest companies I have ever encountered and I have never felt more taken advantage of.

We engaged them for a short notice move after conversations with "Ron" regarding inventory. We advised them that their estimate for boxes, weight and space were low, and they adjusted their estimate up accordingly. They were still lower than our next quote by about $1,000, and Ron assured us he would "be with us every step of the way to ensure a great experience".

When the movers arrived we discovered that many of the changes to the inventory we discussed were never reflected in the inventory they showed up with. They advised the quote was wrong, and a new cost that was more than double the prior estimate was presented. Because we were in a vulnerable position and working on a short timeline, we met them in the middle and agreed to pay $3k more for a "flat rate" move which included a guaranteed delivery date. When we signed the adjusted contract we noted and initialed this amendment on the delivery form, and the foreman crossed out the additional potential charges listed on multiple forms, noting that these would not apply due to the negotiated flat rate. We discovered later that this was not reflected the same way on the main contract despite being discussed verbally for hours and reflected on multiple supporting documents signed by us.

On our scheduled delivery date we were demanded for an additional $2k for a "shuttle" (which was listed on their itemized form as a potential cost of $750, but was explicitly crossed out by their foreman as not applicable under the flat rate). They required this last payment in cash or postal money order so it can not be disputed or traced. We ultimately agreed to the demand as it seemed we had no choice in order to get our belongings back. They never showed up to deliver, however, and we were left wondering if our belongings would ever be returned to us, or, if they would arrive damaged (many did).

In addition to demanding additional funds and threatening to sue us at multiple points, they also appear to have replaced the form of contract that was sent with their quote (which we reviewed in detail) with new forms for the "adjusted quote" on-site. Similar to other reviews I have seen, they rushed us through the signing process once we came to an agreement. At every point we reached out to them we were pointed in a different direction - from "Ron" to "Kim" to the Foreman to the driver who has refused to give his name and hung up on us. With every inquiry each of them said they were not responsible and could not give us an update or make decisions. They each pointed the finger at one another as the accountable party or the one who could give us information and/ or solve our concern. The driver at one point called and told us he would be here in 20 minutes to deliver, then 20 minutes later called to tell us he was downstairs (our house doesn't have a downstairs entrance). He then said "oops this was for a different customer" and laughed at me as he told me he wouldn't be delivering our goods as agreed at all.

I am a professional who should have known better than to engage after the first adjustment to the quote, but I set my apprehension aside because I was in a difficult position and on a tight timeline-- shame on me. We made mistakes throughout this process, but this company took advantage of us at every turn. They are now threatening to sue me for posting truthful reviews- calling me a liar and saying they never committed to the delivery date or the fixed rate.

Consumers must have access to this info, and I refuse to be threatened into silence. This has cost us greatly, both in monetary and emotional terms, and I hope that my review will prevent others from being taken advantage of the way we have been.

Hey I usually not write review but this time I must do this! Cause of my job I move a lot and all the time and its not easy !!

This time I was surprised how easy and fun it was !!

I got a service from a guy by name Aron and he was amazing!

Helped me with raping and even that I was so massy he gave me the time and helped with everything!!

Thank you for making my moving nice and easy!! Will recommend to friends for sure!!

I was never told it takes up to 22 days to receive my things. I was asked when do you need your things by i said the 15th of August and they said no problem. I can’t get a location on my things no one answers the phone NEVER. This. Company is unprofessional they lie about everything that has to do with their business. I was told by several dispatcher after leaving really angry voicemails that i would have my things by August 20th-22nd on the 22nd i called and got a call back say 23 or the 24th i will have my things today is the 25th and i haven’t received a phone call to give me the whereabouts of my things and when will

It get to me. I called all the numbers they’ve given me no one never answers them. I will put this in writing here if i receive any of my things and they are damage in any way i will file a claim sue them and get all my money back because they are ripping people off left and right. Just because they write up this very unprofessional paper that say up to 22days after telling us they’ll have it there by your expected date. PLEASE KEEP YOUR MONEY AND RESEARCH OTHER MOVING COMPANY THEY ARE NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.
