Thumbs up!

Customer service was pretty impressive from movers. I called them couple of times and every time they were polite and constructive. They were always answering happily of my question and inquiry. They arrived on time, and started working immediately. They disassembled and reassembled everything quickly. I am extremely happy that I use their service and also, I recommend their service.

Terrible Lack of Customer Service

AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!! I'll echo somebody else who said they would leave zero stars if they could! Pickup on Oct 31 with items to be delivered in 3 days. Many phone calls, emails, and even when I talk to someone they promise to call back and don't.4 weeks later and items still not delivered and confirmation and no communication. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!!

Crew was very polite and respectful. They treated our home and household effects as if they were their own. Everything was packed to a very high standard. They worked efficiently as a team and asked questions to make sure what was to be packed and what was not. They far exceeded our expectations. I would unhesitatingly recommend them highly to anyone who desires this level of service and professionalism.

Tremendous job by the whole staff!!

They were right on time and called ahead to double check if I was ready for them. Movers were very respectful and made sure to wipe their feet before they got in my place. My move was in a high rise so it was a process of moving things into an elevator and then down to the truck. They worked very quick and came prepared with water bottles. The movers never stopped until I was all moved out. They were especially good about making sure not to bump anything against the walls. For oversized things like my couch they wrapped the corner legs just to make sure nothing would get broken. The move was done in a day. The truck driver called me once he reached. This was one of the very few moves I've enjoyed.

Well done!

This is our second time using this company and we couldn't recommend them highly enough. We gave them very little notice and required a fast move and they were very kindly to fit it in - we were very grateful. The service from start to finish was brilliant, the staff are extremely efficient, professional and very friendly. This wasn't an easy move as it was from a higher level flat, but our belongings were moved smoothly with great care. Thank you very much for your wonderful service yet again!

Very happy with the service!

I highly recommend this company. Great reliable helpful friendly and professional service. They arrived in good time and drove with this item well wrapped and well placed in the large white van (with one other item he was transporting for another customer). He was super helpful getting this bed into my house. He was at all times good-natured and calm. Highly recommended- I would definitely use this company again plus recommend to family and friends!

The whole day went so well!

Many thanks to the movers for their hard work. This was a very difficult move, moving an old man and many thousands of items! But everything was wrapped very carefully, everything arrived safely, and the four guys were great company too. They were constantly polite and careful despite the huge task they were faced with. I could not recommend this company more highly, really the best of the best. We're so grateful for your efforts, and so pleased we trusted you with this move.

"1. There were three glass items broken, totaling less than $100. 2 A large rug clearly marked "do not transport" was transported. The driver and the crew were specifically told about the items that were to remain. I had to ship the item back to it..."
