Full Value Van Lines

They said they would drop off my girlfriend’s belongings the following day. The following day instead of being in Western Washington, they were in southern Idaho. The day after that, they showed up and demanded a money order and will not accept credit card or checks. This company is the worst. Do yourself a favor and do not allow them to broker your load. They will do nothing to represent you. The final bill is more than double the initial quote from all the hidden fees and extortion. It will be taken to court.

I am filing a complaint regarding deceptive business practices, misrepresentation of delivery timelines, and failure to communicate by both the broker, Full Value Can Line, and the carrier, Gutz Relocation Corp.

When scheduling my move, I spoke with Alexandra from Full Value Can Line. I made it clear that I needed my belongings delivered over the weekend due to work, and she repeatedly assured me that delivery would occur no later than July 25th. This promise was the deciding factor in booking with them. Had I been told the truth about delivery timeframes, I would have never agreed to their services.

On the morning of pickup, drivers from Gutz Relocation Corp performed a walkthrough. One driver took notes on a clipboard, and when I asked whether I had too many items, the English‑speaking driver told me everything was fine. Moments later, they claimed I had “more than expected” and attempted to charge an additional $1,300. I refused the charge, yet the driver began loading the items anyway.

Throughout the process, I received conflicting information from Derrick and Jessica, and communication became unreliable. On July 24th, Alexandra again confirmed that my delivery would arrive by July 25th. As of July 25th, I still have no delivery, no updated timeframe, and neither Full Value Can Line nor Gutz Relocation Corp are practically ignoring my calls now, I called every number I could find, Derrick ph# +1 (941) 203-6197, he answered surprisingly, Jessica no answer, I called number left in text messages from dispatch 904-528-2239 & 833-385-8258, Alexandra 941-263-3890 and gutz relocation corp which is the carrier who is now ignoring me completely 347-503-0438. Both parties have begun avoiding communication.

I was never offered express delivery options, and the company failed to honor the delivery date they used to secure my contract. Their representatives misled me, drivers attempted to add additional charges, and have refused to communicate after pickup.

This situation has caused significant stress, inconvenience, and disruption to my work schedule. I will be reporting to the BBB as well no one should ever have to go through this. I need answers, I feel scammed.

We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Full Value Van Lines for our recent move. It was a complex relocation involving our primary items and a secondary drop-off location. Sarah was terrific to work with and even found us a perfect solution for a two-week hold until our new home was ready. The packers did an incredible job with absolutely zero breakage! Our driver, James, was hands down the best we have ever had. The loading and unloading teams he selected were careful, easy to work with, and even pushed through a holiday weekend. Sarah coordinated everything beautifully. I cannot recommend this company enough.

After reading a lot of horror stories about moving brokers, I wanted to leave an honest review because our experience with Full Value Van Lines was very different than what you typically hear.

First, understand what you’re hiring. Full Value Van Lines is a licensed moving broker, not the company that actually loads and transports your belongings. They coordinate your move and assign a carrier.

Our account representative, Nick Hall, did an excellent job from start to finish. He stayed in communication with us throughout the process, answered our questions, kept us updated, and never disappeared after we booked the move like you hear happens with some companies. When problems came up, Nick continued to respond and help however he could.

The carrier that was assigned to us was Relocation Moves Inc., and unfortunately, that’s where our experience went downhill. They arrived behind schedule, damaged several of our belongings—including completely destroying our 65” Samsung TV, damaging furniture, chipping our glass table, and other items—and have been extremely difficult to deal with regarding our damage claim. Communication from the carrier after delivery has been very poor.

To Full Value Van Lines’ credit, when the carrier caused us to lose money on a hotel reservation because of scheduling issues, the broker stepped up and reimbursed us, even though that responsibility should have fallen on the carrier. That spoke volumes about their willingness to help their customers.

My advice to anyone using Full Value Van Lines is simple: ask which carrier will be assigned to your move before you commit. If they mention Relocation Moves Inc., I would personally request a different carrier. Full Value works with independent moving companies, and based on our experience, the quality of your move depends heavily on which carrier is selected.

Overall, Full Value Van Lines was affordable, professional, and communicated well throughout the process. Nick Hall earned our trust with his honesty and responsiveness. I would consider using Full Value Van Lines again, but I would absolutely insist on a different carrier next time.

I would not recommend Full Value Van Lines based on my experience.

I booked my interstate move through Full Value Van Lines, trusting that they would dispatch a professional and reputable moving company. Unfortunately, the carrier they sent, Sunbelt Movers, provided a very disappointing experience.

Several of my boxes arrived damaged, particularly my wardrobe boxes. The bottoms had opened, exposing clothing that had been packed inside. I also had decorative items, including artificial plants, arrive with broken or missing leaves due to careless handling.

The delivery process felt rushed from the start. Before the job was fully completed, I was asked to pay the remaining balance and sign paperwork. At that point, my TVs had not yet been unboxed, and my entertainment center had not been completely assembled. Customers should not feel pressured to finalize payment or sign off before the agreed-upon work is finished.

I was also disappointed by the professionalism of the delivery crew. While my best friend and I were upstairs inventorying our belongings, one mover sat in my expensive office chair without asking. Another used my bathroom without requesting permission. Respect for a customer’s home and belongings should be a basic expectation.

To make matters worse, the crew left behind a large amount of packing debris, including their own empty water bottles. I was told they do not remove trash, leaving me to dispose of everything myself.

Overall, I paid a $600 deposit through Full Value Van Lines, approximately $800 at pickup, and another $800 at delivery. After spending thousands of dollars, I expected much better communication, professionalism, and care for my belongings.

My advice to anyone considering Full Value Van Lines is to ask exactly which carrier will be handling your move and research that company thoroughly before agreeing to the service. Unfortunately, my experience was stressful and disappointing, and I would not use Full Value Van Lines again.

Full Value Van Lines provided an excellent moving experience from beginning to end. After booking, they even provided complimentary moving boxes, which made the packing process much easier. Their team stayed in touch leading up to the move and helped coordinate important details to make everything go smoothly. On moving day, the crew was professional, efficient, and very easy to work with. They handled everything carefully and stayed organized throughout the entire process. What stood out most was their willingness to go above and beyond whenever unexpected situations came up. The movers remained helpful, proactive, and solution-oriented the entire time. The whole experience was smooth, stress-free, and handled with a high level of professionalism. I would definitely recommend Full Value Van Lines to anyone looking for dependable and hardworking movers.

I’ve used Full Value Van Lines more than once and would gladly use them again. Every experience has been professional and stress-free. One of my moves involved multiple stops with furniture and boxes being picked up and delivered to different locations, and the crew handled everything perfectly. Despite the complexity and number of items involved, they stayed organized, efficient, and accommodating throughout the entire process. The movers worked hard, communicated well, and made sure everything was handled carefully. I was very impressed with how smoothly everything came together and would definitely recommend Full Value Van Lines to others.

We had a long‑distance, last‑minute move from San Antonio to Dallas and a tight budget. Full Value Van Lines offered the most affordable quote to begin with. They built the initial estimate over the phone while I walked through the house and listed our items as best as I could. They then followed up with several calls and a final video walk‑through to confirm everything. The price did increase after the video review, mainly because of the size of our couch and a few items we hadn’t fully accounted for. The team contracted for the physical move — Blue Line Movers — was excellent. They arrived earlier than expected, worked efficiently, and handled everything with care. The only surprise was learning that our delivery wouldn’t arrive in Dallas the same day, so we had to get a hotel overnight. They showed up right at 9 a.m. the next morning as agreed, finished unloading by early afternoon, and were on their way. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience.

They make promises they don’t keep and I put problems weren’t resolved.. they had us set up with a very shady delivery company and it’s now been a week with no resolution… beware if you value your items and your sanity.. we are now being ignored when trying to pursue what they promised which was a full refund!!! Can’t find them now nor will they return our calls… previously I wrote a good review because we signed a waiver as they asked and to remove our original bad review so we could settle the matter but here we are And nothing
