Do not use this company! Stole my money! Broke my stuff! Four Links Logistics told me my move from NY to FL cost $2664.30. Jeff’s Express Moving Storage & Trucking were the movers they hired to move all my personal belongings. After they loaded my stuff in the truck which was exactly all the same stuff I told them I was moving nothing extra, they drove away and had someone call me to tell me my move cost $4504.30. I asked them to bring my belongings back because that was not my agreement. They refused to bring back my stuff and said the driver is already on his way to Florida and will arrive in 3-5 days. I did not hear back from them and called them 5 days later to find out where my stuff was and they told me it’s in a warehouse in Brooklyn and never left NY! Then they said they were reloading my stuff back in the truck and arrived a week later. They requested the money upfront before unloading. When I looked through all my stuff two of my flat screen 4K LED 65in TV’s were broken! Along with other items such as the leg from my nightstand, the back of my bookshelf, the dressers were damaged. Not to mention since they arrived so late my daughters pet fishes all died! I showed the movers they took pictures of the TV’s. I filed a “claim” for the two TV’s only because they are very expensive and I cannot afford to replace them and it’s been over two months. Every time I call no one has a response as to when I will be getting back my refund for this horrible experience! There are other companies with better prices and reviews!

I was moving from Manhattan to NJ and I was unwilling to move myself. I moved in the past is was a very stressful experience. My husband wanted to hire the guys looking for work that were usually near the local supermarket. I didn't feel comfortable doing that and therefore performed a Google search and found Four Links Logistics on the BBB. Which was a plus. I did receive quite a few quotes but decided to hire Four Links Logistics because the customer service was great but most importantly the rates were reasonable. I must say they provided exceptional service and their customer service staff was warm and friendly. They provided me with a timely estimate, and made the whole process easy and stress free. When their movers arrived, they were professional and patient. I had some large items that I was concerned would be damaged during transportation. The movers did not damage a thing. I highly recommend them.

Didn't know moving could be such a hassle so I decided to look into moving companies and other than TV I also didn't know full service moving existed. Anywho, to make a long story short choosing to have go with this company was the best decision I made. They were fast, easy, efficient and very careful. They also worked with me on the cost and got me to charged me a reasonable price. They packed and unpacked with ease. Yeah, for peace of mind and less stress I'd hire them again.

Un Away! This is a broker that deals exclusively with the moving company Jeff's Express and they are liars and scam artists. All of them. Over the phone you might get Amber who will tell you about how you have 100k insurance and how awesome and professional the movers are. It's all bullshit. The charge by the space in the truck they tried to scam me out of almost 5 thousand dollars by packing it in a very clever way and hiding empty space in the truck. If you ever use this company (DONT). I would climb in the truck and verify they are not pulling the same scam. After my items were delivered some were damaged and now I have been told I can get 30 cents per pound lol. After I was told about how I have 100k insurance. The contract if you can call it that is also extremely misleading. Unfortunately it's not worth the time to pursue.
