I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the service I received through your platform. I am shocked and disappointed by the unprofessional and unethical behavior of the company registered on your portal – Florence (or whichever is the name of the moving company).
Despite full payment and mutual agreement over the phone, I was later asked to pay an additional 4,800 AED once my shipment arrived in the UAE. I had no prior notice of this charge and no choice but to pay under pressure to receive my belongings.
To make matters worse, several of my items arrived damaged, including:
TV cabinet – broken
Shoe rack – broken
Washing Machine – broken
Fridge – dented
This is completely unacceptable.
I am demanding:
A full refund of the 4,800 AED I was forced to pay unexpectedly.
Compensation or reimbursement for the damaged items (Insurance has already taken by them)
Move size: 2 Bedroom Home Service cost: 300000INR
