Pain free and enjoyable!

Felix and his partner were worth every penny. Both were attentive, personable, friendly, and efficient! Moving is stressful, and they made sure everything went smoothly and quickly. Both of them definitely knew exactly what to do with each piece (including some very fragile cacti!). They helped arrange some of my larger items in my new space—if I could have had them over for drinks to celebrate the move, I would! Will definitely use this team again.

Moving Sofa Bed

The men from Flat Rate arrived earlier than start time. They worked quickly and efficiently taking care of what needed to be done. They also anticipated door removal to take couch up to destination. The couch legs were put on after it was placed in apartment. They had previously put couch in storage and had all screws and legs organized so they were easily findable . A job well done.

Unparalleled IMHO

I have moved 4 times in 5 years. It is always hard and it is always stressful, but FlatRate makes it as seamless as possible. Ask for Lawrence because he is the best! The crew showed up on time- and I received text message updates letting me know their location. They were professional, courteous- and friendly! I’m very pleased.

Flatrateis excellent

Everything from start to finish was seamless! Mingwas incredibly helpful throughout the process. I was nervous since I was moving into my first apartment on my own but Ming was helpful, kind, and compassionate.

Our movers were on-time (actually early) and very respectful of our space and items. They were also very kind and attentive.

I will definitely use Flatrate again for our next move.

Perfect transaction.  Came on time.  wprked from 9-4 non-stop.  Pleasant and professional.  Next day delieved by 10 am to destination 4 hours from pick up location.  Delivered to 3 separate locations.  Furniture all in good condition.  Price quoted was price charge - no add-ons or extras.  highly recommended.

Hideous experience.

Awful experience! Do not hire this company!
The name should not be FlatRate, they bring new fees and charges during the whole process after you paid the agreed amount. They are incompetent, terrible employees, incredibly dismissive and unprepared. And of course, we had a big part of our belongings broken.
Seriously, stay away from them!!
