I've used Expert Movers a couple times for my business before using them to move my home. We had Expert Movers pack our home and bring everything to a storage facility. They struggled to fit everything in the storage space despite my assurances we could get a bigger storage space if needed - they continued to decline. Some time later we had them move the items from the storage space and unpack at our new home. While they were unpacking it became clear there were many damaged and broken pieces. They assured me all I needed to do was contact the office to file a claim as they would tell them of the damage too. I called and they eventually (had to call many times) and they sent me a damage itemization form. I filled it out that included thousands of dollars of damage to furniture, art pieces and rare artifacts. After a couple months they finally got back to me saying they would only offer $500 to cover the thousands of dollars of damage. The $500 didn't even cover one of the furniture pieces they smashed let alone the rare art pieces and artifacts they destroyed. Be warned, Expert Movers is not honorable or trustworthy.

Was ready to move to the south from up north.  Needed a moving company, my best friend reccomended Jet Moving Systems, so I said great thanks for the review will go with someone that us referred.  I filled out moving calculator on here, total price came in even less than I caluclated on here, was overjoyed at the price, and the salesman I spoke too, the when the movers came, They were super friendly, and went above and beyond their job duties.  Friendly, courteous, prompt, safe, and extremely professional, would highly reccomend to anyone.  They also unpacked and helped us to set heavy furniture.  Thank you for prompt and excellent service, We don't plan on moving again anytime iin the near future, but I have your cards, and will definetly pass them on to anyone I know who is in need of a moving service.  Thanks again :).

This was my first move and I have to admit I was pretty much scared about it. I've heard a lot of stories about broken things, lost items, time wasted, bad service, etc. I am a newly wed and my wife (just like any other woman) has a gigantic collection of shoes, also has jewelry and fragile stuff. I was worried about my computer, my furniture and some electronic items. We also have three beds, two 42” LCD tv’s, a big refrigerator, a washing machine, a dryer, lots of dishes and pots, tables, a big multimedia rack (which had to be disarmed and armed back), a few chairs and many more. The experience was nothing but wonderful. The truck arrived on time; guys worked so fine, they were extremely delicate with my stuff but still did the job very fast. We’ve got absolutely no broken items, nothing got lost, the workers were nice and educated, so we are nothing but thankful. So, “Moving virginity” lost, they did it nice and gently. I definitely recommend this service. Thank you guys, I hope I don't have to move again, but if I have to, you’ll do the job.

Jet Moving company quoted me a price, and I put down a deposit. After that, I was not able to reach them, and no return phone calls were made when I left messages. The day before the move, I got a call to confirm the move. I asked to speak to someone regarding price, and the caller said someone would call me back. They never did. The movers arrived late on the pick up date. They broke my aquarium and asked if that was 'ok.' When my items were almost completely loaded to the truck, I was informed that the cost was over double the quote. 
I attempted to speak to customer service and was treated rudely and without regard. 
Upon delivery of my items, which was a full day late, the movers found two random people on the street and paid them 20.00 each to move my items into my home. 
I had lost and damaged items, and cannot get this company to respond to me regarding replacing my items. I have attempted numerous times.
I would suggest not using this company for your move. This experience was and continues to be a nightmare.

When I had to move from Florida to Pennsylvania, I was so confused about how to do this because I had to make it as fast as possible. I had to do another thing after moving on the next day. Fortunately, my friend told me to take this company. And everything was great. My stuffs were complete and all of them were in their condition especially my diecast collections. Overall, I was so satisfied about the service especially for on time delivery, the safety, and the good price given. .

What a fantastic experience. 
I've never had to move across state before so I was both cautious and careful about chosing which company to use.
After a long search I decided to us Expert Movers Inc, and boy did I make the right choice.
The price they quoted me was by far the best, and the service was above excellent.
All of my stuff arrive on time and there was no damage whatsoever.
I couldn't recommend them high enough.
The customer service was superb, the service itself fantastic and overall, a fantastic experience.
While I intend to stay here for some time to come, if I ever need to move again then this will be the way I do it.

I would like to share my moved experience with Jet Moving Systems and honestly it was a good experience by using their service.Jet Moving System guys are friendly and they are very careful persons who take care all my stuff because I have alot of glass item. They handled all my stuff very carefully and had skilled workers. The communication in the over all process of the move was outstanding. This is by far the best moving company I have ever used. When I want to move again I will using again the service from Jet Moving Systems I highly recommend their service for who want to moved.Get their excellent service to moved all of your thing.

I had to move from USA to Australia because of my job.I was transfered to the agency in Australia.
So I had to move all of my furniture,cloths,electricals and everything to Australia.With the reference of one of my friend I decided to get help from "Expert Mover".
I think it is the best decision I ever got.They were very quick and friendly.I had to move all the things including my pets,but they asked me for fair cost.I am not a very rich man.So it was very helpful for me.
The delivery was express.I estimated that l have to wait one and half month,because there were lot of things,but I only had to wait one month!!
The delivery was very express as well as very protective.I did not see any damag or dust on my furniture and cloths.I also worried about my pets before moving,because I love my pets very much.But I am saying now that you should not worry about any thing if you get the service from "Expert Mover
Finally I should say some thing about their customer support.It was awesome.All days when I went to their office I got a wormth welcome.The officers were very friendly and kindful.I could get the support any time from their hotline.
So I think there is no risk with dealing them.I am reccomending highly!!

Worst experience ever. They over charge you with twice the cost and get you by giving a very underrated estimate. The operator coordinating the transport is dishonest and was of no benefit in to expediting transport. They are currently 3 weeks late with their delivery and they are very inflexible. NEVER get them to move your furniture because they will just cheat you and leave you out to dry without any care or compassion. They are always busy and their promises to return phone calls never materialized.

I Moved from Connecticut New Britain to East Moline ,IL. They sent me a quote for 898$. I have not increase any of my stuff. They charged me 1700 Including Tips and when they came to delivery at East Moline. They are not ready to put my stuff inside the apartment with out the tip of 75$, Service sucks, The guy who promised me the quote is clearly told me that he is not responsible for the increase of price and Really Service Sucks. Please do not book this one for MOVING.

I have traveled and moved a number of times within 2years  as well as my son.  I had experienced a local mover in NJ that I had used once and reused again because I experienced an excellent move with them and also referred my son when he needed to move again.  He also said the movers were experienced and very polite, likeable, and have competiive rates.  I found myself moving once again and this time, the movers that we have used and were comfortable with were unavailable and all booked up towards the end of the month when I needed their services.  I went online and submitted my name and information that I needed a mover and had myself bombarded with calls and emails.  Some of these companies were rude, pushey and unreputable.  Jet Moving Systems was thorough and walked me through my move and explained everything that was included in the cost.  I appreciated the time, effort and professionalism over the phone as well as the move.  I had more items than I informed them and was charged a little more as explained by them but there were no surprises.  I was very happy with the move from start to finish.  The movers did not request tips and were fast, friendly and experienced.  They deserved and appreciated the pizza I paid and gave to them for lunch as well as a tip that the movers deserved.  Well done Jet Moving I was very pleased amd impressed with your company. Thank you!

This whole trip started out bad until these guys showed up!!  They saved me so much headache it is not even funny!! I actually had to have them drop off 1/2 of the items at my Mother in- laws house in Sumter, SC and then bring the rest to me. Since we did not have a lot to move (after dropping off the things at the in-laws) they were able to pick up another small load on the way and save me money!  Otherwise it would of been a lot more expensive.  The guys doing the driving kept in contact with me the entire trip and took extra care in dropping off the stuff at the in-law, and helping them to put everything into their garage! I was not able to be there and help so it was a total relief knowing that this company would go that extra mile!  I do not understand the reason behind the bad reviews as my experience was Top Notch! 5 Star!! All The Way!  Everything arrived on the date expected and there were no problems. When they arrived, The guys helped me to get the items into my home as my Husband was at work and not available to lend a hand. I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future should I need another moving company!  I also want to mention that the items were all intact and there were no damages!!  Even with having to unload 1/2 the truck and drive to another location.  They made sure that my items did not shift and get damaged!!   I hope this review is helpful in your decision to use these guys.  You will not be disappointed.

These movers were simply amazing. Hiring a good moving company makes everything easier. No headaches, no stress, and no mess.
Overall, I felt my belongings were in good hands at every stage of the move. Everyone was professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend working with Jet moving systems. It's simply the perfect moving company, everyone's professional with not only their moving techniques but they're very punctual and honest. They were perfect with their timing and were quick to get on the job and get it done. I would recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future, if I ever move again. Jet moving system has got to be the best, most professional company I have ever used and I have used many. Very fast and professional, and they have got some really great moving prices. When they arrived they were very calm down to earth people, very easy to get along. Awesome crew, awesome workers, everyone should definitely give them a call because they will surely get the job done and get you moved in efficiently and very quick.

I have moved a few times in my life and have had both good and not so good movers. Jet Moving Systems is a wonderful company to do business with because they LISTEN to their customers so that they understand what their customers need. This is the key to success for any business because they then can tap in and deliver to you what you actually need and then go above and beyond to give you what you wants. I only expect that if Jet continues to cater to their customers that they will be a household name very soon. Our society has gotten far away from excellent customer service and I am just so happy that Jet Moving Systems is committed to that as their number one goal. I give them my highest recommendation!

We decided to go with Jet Movers since the quote was the most reasonable at 1,100 for a one bedroom apartment. However, when they came to pick up suddenly the quote went up to 2,800. With some negotiation the price came down to 1,600. Then the men asked for a tip and offered to follow me to an ATM to get the money! Not very professional. They were supposed to deliver on the 4th of August but the load did not actually get there until the 14th of August. There were many phone calls and messages left but very few messages returned. When we finally did get ahold of them on the 10th of August we were told it would cost 500 to 800 dollars in addition due to extra delivery charges. This sounded very much like holding my goods hostage. When the goods were finally delivered on the 14th, the futon mattress was covered with dirt and oil and the mattress for the bed, which had been covered at pick up, was uncovered and dirty. There were several pieces broken including a dresser and several dishes. This entire experience was frustrating and difficult not to mention more expensive. This moving company was not professional and certainly difficult to work with. I never had a more difficult move and I have moved several times with different movers. I would suggest not hiring this company.

Well I decided to you Jet Moving and it was great service!! I mean how is it possible that I move from PA to Miami and they get there ontime just like they said!? Most companies don't do that they always end up being like 2 hours late and give you an excuse such as, "We're sorry there was traffic" or something like " We needed gas " no that's supposed to be done before hand. But not this company what they say is what you get! The movers were very polite, handle all my things with care, and worked very fast loading everything. The delivery was great, arrived when they said. off loaded also fast and set up all my beds and tables. Overall I am very satisfied with service.

These folks are truly experts movers. Before the move they answered my questions promptly. During the move they were clearly prepared and hustled, but it was very clear that they are experienced professionals - somehow craftsmen of moving.

Luis and crew did just great, including interfacing with the building staff at the origin and destination.

The move was completed promptly and my property was handled with care

It shouldn't be that difficult to realize that this company is fake. There is no address or local phone number associated with them, and the WHOIS information for their domain name is private and absent: http://www.networksolutions.com/whois-search/jetmovingsystems.com . You'll also notice that the creation date for that domain name is April of 2012. Their website says they've been in business for 50 years. The rep on the phone said 10 years.
There are no legitimate positive reviews of this company online.
In addition, their DOT record is practically non-existant: http://safer.fmcsa.dot.gov/query.asp?searchtype=ANY&query_type=queryCarrierSnapshot&query_param=USDOT&query_string=2302659&Go.x=13&Go.y=8
In business for 10 years (or was it 50?), but just filed with the DOT a month ago? That's interesting. They have no inspection data, and are listed as having one driver.
