It was a very easy phone call arranging the move with Evergreen Van Lines team leader. We had a hiccup with the original move date but he made it easy to reschedule. On moving date, the group showed up on time ready to work. We had four workers who were very friendly and professional. They worked a full entire day, which included carrying a Sherman Clay upright piano. The best part of the whole process was they were very honest with the recording of time and always checked in with me regarding the accuracy of the time. I would highly recommend this company, which I already did for a friend moving next month.

Recently did a move from my small little house to a bigger house 100 + miles away. I called on this moving company and they did the job. This moving company did it all, from taking care of my glass coffee table, to the movers transporting all my sensitive belongings with care. I was in a bit of a struggle financially, talking with the desk I was able to work something out. Thanks guys for your help. The movers were generous, helpful, and very easy. Overall a good experience.

This company was great. They came right in and went straight to work. They asked to make sure to only take the correct items. They were extremely nice as well. I would recommend them to anyone who asked me about a moving company. Shout out to Evergreen Van Lines. Y’all were freaking amazing. Nothing but love for you guys. I got mad respect for what you do because I know I couldn’t. You guys really helped make our move to our first house great. You guys took care of our stuff unlike other movers. 10/10 guys

The reason I gave 1 star is because the website won't let you submit the review with no stars. I've always moved myself. I've never had to leave anything behind, and the stress was minimal. Unfortunately, that streak ends with my last move. I took a job that required a move from Nebraska to Washington State. My wife (who is a disabled veteran) didn't want to see me move all of our belongings by myself again. I went ahead to start my new job, look for a house, and get things set up for us at our new home. She contacted Evergreen Van Lines. They told her everything would be packed and loaded. The salesman called me to find out if a 53' trailer would fit in the driveway. I assumed that meant they were bringing a semi truck, and we would have plenty of room. Move was scheduled for the 23rd of April. Took time off to come back to Nebraska for the move and bring my wife to Washington. A few days before the move someone from Evergreen Van Lines called my wife to see how many boxes she had packed. She hadn't packed any, because we understood that they were going to pack and load everything. She called Evergreen Van Lines to find out why this other company (Los Angeles Storage and Transfer) was contacting us, and why they weren't packing our household goods. The friendly people who assured us how easy this move was going to be had changed. Every question she asked was met with some form of "You didn't read your contract." So there are some words to the wise if you still choose to use Evergreen Van Lines for your move. READ THE CONTRACT.

We discovered Evergreen Van Lines is a broker. They hired Los Angeles Storage and Transfer to do our move. My wife packed our entire house in about 3 days while working a full time job. We got a call rescheduling our move date from April 23, 2021 to April 24, 2021, and then another call rescheduling our move date to April 25, 2021. That destroyed the schedule I had to get back to work in the time I had arranged with them. The truck finally showed up. It wasn't a semi, and we ran out of room. We had to donate, or just leave behind a lot of our belongings. The truck was loaded, and that's the last time we saw our belongings. The driver did apologize for not showing up on our originally scheduled date and gave us a $150 discount on the more than $4000 we paid. Now things get very messy. We didn't have a house yet in Washington, but things were in motion. We were scheduled to close on June 1, 2021. The driver reassured us it would be no problem, they would store our belongings at no charge for 30 days. He told us if we are supposed to close on June first, put May 27th for the delivery date. That way we wouldn't have to wait long for our belongings, and they would call us before they loaded our belongings anyway. There was no call. Got an e-mail on May 24, 2021 that our goods were on the way. I told them we hadn't closed on our house yet, and we weren't ready to receive our belongings. I was notified we would have to pay a redelivery fee, as well as a storage fee. We closed on our house and contacted Evergreen Van Lines and Los Angeles Storage and Transfer. We got an invoice for $1950 for redelivery, and $1267.50 for storage that would have to be paid before our belongings would be loaded on the truck. I paid these fees using Zelle. Another red flag, they only accept very specific forms of payment. Cash, money order, Zelle, Venmo, basically things that give them instant cash and are difficult for you to dispute. A couple of days later we received another invoice for storage fees that would have to be paid before our belongings were loaded on the truck. Did some research that we admittedly should have done earlier, and it became clear they were going to keep sending us invoices that "had to be paid before our belongings were loaded on the truck." You won't find many bad reviews for Evergreen Van Lines, and there is a good reason for that. It's because they pay people who have bad experiences to not post a bad review. We received a settlement offer from Evergreen saying they had completed their end of the job and they would give us a refund if we agreed not to post any negative reviews. We were also told that we would have to work through a settlement process with Los Angeles Storage and Transfer to get our belongings back. We didn't agree to the settlement for several reasons. First, people need to know about bad companies that take advantage of people. They exploit your feelings. They have a lifetime of our memories. My wife's military awards. My military awards. Our photos, my wife's disabled daughters hospital bed, and wheelchair. They use those feelings to milk you for more and more money. Secondly, we didn't agree to the settlement because we didn't hire Los Angeles Storage and Transfer, Evergreen Van Lines did. Evergreen Van Lines told us they wanted to make things right. They did not. Our belongings were never returned. We lost everything.

We’ve had some negative experiences with other movers, so we were nervous when we hired Evergreen Van Lines to help us move from Tucson to NYC, but I have to say that Evergreen Van Lines completely surprised us! The staff was very understanding and helpful and the movers actually took the time to carefully load and unload everything so nothing was damaged. From the first phone call, Evergreen Van Lines understood exactly what we needed and charged us exactly what they estimated. Definitely a fantastic service overall in terms of timing, care, communication and price! I’d definitely recommend Evergreen Van Lines to any other families looking for a quality moving company at a great price.

The movers were so decent and I was charmingly amazed that the cost came underneath the quote. It was my best moving experience as of present, and I've moved more than ten times. They were quick, productive and decent, didn't utilize additional materials, and so forth. They are extremely knowledgeable specialists. You will appreciate the experience and their polished methodology and work ethic. I will recommend them to anybody I know who is in the market for moving services.

Evergreen Van Lines was a very good choice for moving help. They were able to fit me in on short notice, and all of the people I spoke to were very friendly and professional. The estimate they gave was great and affordable, and they arrived promptly. The movers were kind, quick, and careful with my belongings. Everything managed to make it in one piece through the trip from Denver to Miami, including all of my fragile items and expensive electronics! Everyone that I dealt with worked hard to meet my needs and were extremely polite and friendly. I will definitely be recommending this company to others in the future!

Hi, I wanted to share my experience with this company. They've moved all my stuff in professional way without any damage to the furniture and my old apt. Honestly this is the first time I've moved without any damage. WAY TO GO! I had some special boxes that I wanted special attention to (since they were full of sentimental value things) and as soon as I mentioned it to them. They stop everything they were doing and made a plan to process those boxes with extra care. They placed them carefully in the truck and made sure that nothing would happen to them. I really appreciated all what they've done for me within the short time frame I gave them. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs movers! 100% satisfied!

I needed contents of my storage unit moved from Cumming to Blairsville, Georgia. Marcos, Evergreen Van Lines moving team had such positive attitudes and were fun to be around. They arrived in Blairsville just as I was completing the paperwork for my new unit, much earlier than I expected. And they made all the stuff from my 10 by 15 unit fit into a 10 by 10 unit. The cost was also less than half that quoted by another mover, so I saved a lot of money. Great experience!

After getting the transfer approved for my job I needed to find a moving service. After a few days of shopping around I picked this company because of comfort I felt from their representatives who explained everything, from their services to advice on packing.The movers arrived on time and were very polite. The delivery came within the anticipated time frame and with everything packed properly, I had no damages. I will definitely be doing business with them in the future.

Definitely a top quality moving company and I don't think I'll be using any others in the future. They provided the least stressful move I've ever had, and that's surprising since I've only had in-state moves before! Arrived safely in Florida with not a single scratch on anything. Quote was reasonable and worth every penny. Never had mover workers take care of my our possessions as well as these guys did, surprising work ethic for movers. My fiance and I had been planning this move for a while but weren't sure what company we could trust with our mess of an apartment, but everyone really went above and beyond with their work. Extremely satisfied and would recommend to anyone.

Evergreen Van Lines did a great job with my local move. On the day of the move we were a little behind getting things ready but they took apart our beds, tables and just worked with speed and grace. The crew was awesome - very professional and cool. We only moved a few miles away but moving is moving and so glad we chose them. Once at our new home, the movers did not damage anything and they way they wrapped our dressers with blankets and how they taped things worked well. I moved our own fragile stuff like T.V. boxes with delicates but that is a common sense thing to do.

This company was a pleasure to work with and the move was completed very satisfactorily. The three gentlemen who moved us were courteous, efficient, and very professional. They were so positive and hard working even with the extreme heat and having to go to two different addresses to complete the move. They wrapped all the necessary furniture well to protect it and were extremely careful as they moved and placed items; even having to change where they placed a queen bed. We were so relieved and would highly recommend them to anyone. We hope to use this company again and hopefully, the same three men again, when we have found a permanent apartment. The phone communications and text communications were also most pleasant. Thank you so much!

My first experience with Evergreen Van Lines was in 2018 and since then I use Evergreen Van Lines exclusively for all my moves. They even picked up my upright grand piano from Airport and transported it safely to my condo a few years ago. Evergreen Van Lines are a not pricey than the average movers but they're just incomparable to other moving services. They are stress free, reliable, fast and on time every time. Movers are respectful, friendly and courteous. My friends and family have used their services and they were all very impressed. I highly recommend Evergreen Van Lines.

Short story:

It is pointless to use this company they charged me $2,000 and all they did was give me a bad estimate, to bait and switch me, and then call a random moving company to come to my house, whom had no responsibility to match the price I was quoted. Save yourself $2,000 and call a moving company directly. You get nothing by using Evergreen Van Lines and you get no discounts by using Evergreen Van Lines, you only lose. Do not let them take advantage of you as they did me.

Long story:

I was moving from Denver to Texas (they know who I am and I have been trying to get a response from them but after they take your money, they cannot be reached) and needed the contents of my home to be moved. I called almost two months in advance to get quotes from multiple moving companies. I went with Evergreen Van Lines as they were the cheapest estimate. For 1100 cubed feet they quoted me $6,850. I paid the percentage down to “lock in the rate”. A month goes by and I hear nothing from them, two weeks before the move I start to call to confirm that everything was set up and on time. I spoke to multiple people at Evergreen Van Lined whom assured me that everything was good to go and that another person would call me to do a final “review” with me. The person finally called the day before the move (and he did not work for Evergreen Van Lines or the actual moving company he worked for a third company called First National Van Lines). We did the final review and he found that I actually needed 300 more cubed feet of space for a new total of 1400. I had to then call in and pay $658 more dollars or they would not even call the movers for me and I would lose the original deposit I made. So, either I had to pay them more or they would just take my original “deposit” and leave my high and dry. On top of this, the moving company was late and I had to pay an additional $580 to the new owner of the house I sold because my stuff was still there when they were supposed to take possession. Again let me emphasize that I called Evergreen Van Lines every day for two weeks straight to prevent this from happening.

Finally, the movers come late and then they do their walkthrough and estimate how much it is going to be. The estimate they gave me was for 1850 cubic feet for a huge total of $10,890!!!!! So my move went from $6,850 to a whopping $10, 890 the day of the move. At this time I am infuriated (as most people would be) and he tells me that if I send him away I will lose the $2,000 “deposit” that I gave to Evergreen Van Lines. Not only would I lose that money but I would also have to pay the new owners of my home another fee for not being out. The mover said that Evergreen Van Lines is completely separate from the moving company and all they did was call him to pick my stuff up. The mover then informed me that I was never going to see that $2,000 “deposit” back no matter what and he has no responsibility to come close to the estimate that Evergreen Van Lines gave me.

The movers load all of my stuff and hand me a bill of $9,270.69 of which, I have to pay half-upfront (makes since) and then half in CASH when they deliver it. In addition, the movers inform me that there could be some extra charges at delivery that they cannot foresee yet and they will assign it to me at that time. Of course, they will not unload my stuff until I pay them in CASH first.

If you use Evergreen Van Lines or First National Van Lines you will be held in a hostage situation where you WILL lose thousands of dollars. I am not an anonyms person who is writing this I welcome anyone from any of the companies to reach out to me; but they will not because they know what they did was criminal.

My mother and I moved within a few weeks of each other and we both used this company. We've both had previous horror stories with other companies, and just wanted to find a reliable company that would move our belongings safely. I'm a pretty bossy girl who thinks that most people are halfwits, when these guys arrived, I didn't have to do a blo ody thing. I actually felt like I was in the way! They worked fast and efficiently like a well-trained team. Nothing was broken or scratched, they didn't take a million smoke breaks, they didn't send a feeble old man to lift heavy items, and I was impressed! I will 100% use this company for my next move.

I was moving from Boynton Beach, Florida to Lake Worth in Florida. I did an online quote referral where I was given different companies. I asked for a more in-depth quote and Evergreen Van Lines came back with a favorable report so we hired them. The moving crew was very helpful and efficient. They arrived on time and everything was done very well. I would highly recommend them to a friend who’s thinking of moving. I also gave their contact information to our real estate agent when they were looking for a mover and she had them do it.
