Review of Shipment Experience with EnterpriseMoving.ca (Invoice: EM113

I am writing to provide a review of my recent experience with the shipment of materials from Saskatoon to Brampton using your services from Enterprisemoving.ca (+16472677223) . My intention is to share my honest feedback regarding the process and the challenges I encountered.

Initially, I was approached by EnterpriseMoving.ca with a quote that appeared to offer competitive prices in the market. However, the experience that followed was far from satisfactory. I must express my disappointment with the quality of service provided by this company.

One of the major issues I encountered was the conduct of your drivers and staff. I found them to be unprofessional, rude, and ill-behaved. I experienced instances where they would threaten not to proceed with the shipment abruptly and without valid reasons. This behavior is highly concerning and does not align with the level of professionalism one would expect from a service provider.

Furthermore, there were discrepancies between the commitments made by this organization over the phone and the actual service delivered. Specifically, I was assured that there would be no additional charges for disassembling household items such as cots and tables. However, when I received the invoice, I was surprised to find these charges included. Upon questioning, representatives seemed dismissive and suggested that I should have been more cautious before signing the contract. This lack of transparency is disappointing and goes against the trust a customer places in this company.

During the packing process, I encountered further inconsistency. Your packing staff directed me to inquire about disassembly charges with the office, which contradicted the initial commitment. Moreover, there were instances where the staff threatened to leave the packed luggage at my door and return later if I persisted with my inquiries. This kind of behavior is entirely unprofessional and adds unnecessary stress to an already challenging process.

In addition, I found the lack of a defined pick-up schedule to be a significant inconvenience. Initially they mentioned 1 day notice would be provided before they pick-up the items, but they called me 2 hr before picking up the items. Staff indicated that they operate on a flexible timeframe, picking up items when they are available. This lack of clear communication and adherence to schedules made the process even more frustrating and unpredictable.

As a result of my experience, I would like to provide an honest review to those considering using EnterpriseMoving.ca's services. I would strongly advise against it. There are numerous other reputable and professional shipping companies available that offer value for money and a significantly better customer experience. Please try Canada post and they are reliable in what they commit.

I believe that open feedback can lead to positive change and enhance customer satisfaction.

Great experience!

I had a great experience with my move! I called to ask about pricing and was able to schedule my move for the next day. The guys were on time and professional and got the job done quickly. They worked hard and were super helpful and patient in helping me arrange the furniture and get everything where I wanted it. I really appreciated their help and would definitely recommend/use them again in the future.

Excellent experience!

It was an excellent experience from the scheduling to the loading of our storage unit. The movers were punctual, professional, courteous, and efficient. All of our belongings were given the utmost care, and they graciously helped load a bedroom suite that was being donated. It was a smooth and easy move made even better by the kindness of the movers and office staff. I would highly recommend Enterprise Moving for superb service and professional moving. I definitely will use this wonderful group again.

Satisfied!

Movers were on time and friendly. They worked fast and took all the stress out of moving for us. Their quote and estimated time were spot on. They handled our belongings with care and wrapped all the furniture before moving it. This was our first time hiring movers and we were very happy and satisfied. Fast and efficient!

The movers were on time & moved our belongings out of our two storage units to our condo. They were careful & strong & fast, finishing in less time than we expected. They were also courteous & responded to our instructions without any complaints! We were very pleased with their service & would recommended them to anyone!

Fantastic!

Enterprise Moving did a fantastic job with our move. They were courteous, professional, and above all, efficient. They took care of everything we needed them to. Everything was explained up front and there was good communication over the phone in the days leading up to the move and on the day of the move itself. Very happy with the service and would certainly call again and recommend to friends!

Professional movers

The movers were punctual and very professional. They had a great attitude and were very efficient although we were somewhat disorganized and have a lot of stairs. I hope not to move for a long time, but if I do I will be using Enterprise moving. Highly recommend!

These guys are absolutely incredible. We gave them short notice for our move however they got us on the schedule and got everything we moved that we needed in a few hours. I cannot say enough good things about our experience, their communication was spot on, the crew was friendly and knowledgeable, the whole thing start to finish was fantastic.
