Long-distance move from Canton of Zürich to Canton of Bern

Was almost good

Subject: rate! Everything worked out wonderfully, the people were strong and friendly and very speedy. The care left a lot to be desired, I can overlook 5 small damages, or repair them myself (shoe rack: two slats broken; sauna: a buckle crushed, table: a nick on the side, cupboard, large scratches on the front. Heavy Chest: incorrectly positioned, with the opening facing the wall, must do this again with help). However, I don't understand why you can't take responsibility for the real damage caused by the heating part of the sauna on the laminate floor. It must have fallen down. Then someone ran excitedly to the car to get fastening material, I knew something had happened. Why can't you own up to mistakes? The company is insured for this. Mistakes happen, and otherwise everything was fine. The fact that they then claimed that I had caused the damage myself was brazen. I really have other things to do at the moment than reporting false claims, that's not my style either. Communication was also difficult. Never called when promised.

Very good service, but ATTENTION

The move went very well and was very satisfied. But an allegedly missing amount is immediately claimed by legal expenses insurance and under threat of foreclosure. I have paid everything! Very special!
