We took a reference for Elite from a coworker who had a very successful experience. Glad we did! I had already priced a move from CA to South FL with 5 other moving companies in the LA area and found Elite to be the most competitive. Lots of our stress was eliminated after speaking with their staff and arranging all the aspects of our time frame and scope of items to be transported. We were 100% satisfied and very impressed with the communication and the attention to detail and care our items were handled. Thanks for helping us in a difficult time and keeping constant professionalism from beginning to end.

I learned about this company from my relatives who took their services to move from one state to another so I went ahead and give a shot to move from LA to Tennessee for my work. The staff was very responsible, professional and handled my stuff with care like their own. I must say their people are very punctual because they were right on time what they committed. Very special thanks to Donna who made this move very smooth for us and pricing was affordable compare to other movers available in the community. Overall, I am pretty happy with their services and will recommend to my friends and family.

My friend Mellissa referred me to Elite Moving and Storage last year for moving when I got Laid off and had to move back home.

It was pretty stressful and I had to change the date twice because of Covid.

Donna, the scheduler was really helpful with all the arrangementand even called the week before to make sure everything was still on schedule.

She quoted me a really good price that was better than the other quotes i received.

It was great that when the move did happen I had a good insite into what my costs would be including all the expenses of the packing etc.

I wasn't feeling like I was going to be nickel and dimed because we went over all of that beforehand.

I shopped around a little but did trust my friend and I'm glad I went with these guys.

Everyone was extremely helpful and professional through the whole process and made it a quick and smooth process.

I would definitely reccomend them for moving.

My cousin recommended this company for my coast to coast move and I wasn't disappointed. The whole crew was very professional and

accommodating every step of the way, from the moment I made a phone call. Donna was especially great at helping schedule everything so it all went smooth. All my belongings arrived

undamaged in spite of there being quite a few of fragile and hard to transport items. They even helped with packing! Would no doubt use them

again if I need to move.

I don't generally write reviews but because I had a really great experiece with these Guys I figured that I would take a few minutes to do it.

We don't generally see the good things people experience but we almost always see the bad because people just don't take time out of our schedules if all has been a smooth transaction because it's out of our minds but bad ones...just linger. So we definately see those.

I'm guilty of not taking the Time also.

I had a great move with these guys from start to finish.

When I called and talked to scheduling it was very pleasant and I was able to get a quote that I felt was fair and reasonanble especially compared to the other 3 that I called.

Their Scheduler was very accomodating and took her time to discuss everything and was also very honest saying that there were sometimes unforeseen charges that we dont account for because we usually underestimate the amount of things we have.

But, they do discuss it with you at the time to be able to come to a mutual agreement.

My biggest concern was some of my breakables and Collectors items.

But, everything was treated with care and their team was extremely respectful of my home and my belongings.

900 miles and everything was intact... except 2 things that of course I packed myself !!!

I would like to take this oppurtunity to say Thank you so much to their entire Team for helping to make this move as smooth as it could be.

I'm so glad my Sister recommended them.

I was helping my cousin to move and she realized last minute that we needed professional moving services. I was recommended by a friend to reach out to Donna considering we only had a few days before the moving was scheduled. Donna was. Wry courteous and receptive on the phone. She was accommodating and confirmed that her team would be able to complete the job on the desired date. The move was completed successfully without any hurdles along the way. Thanks to Donna and her team to make the move a smooth transition for my cousin. I would recommended her and her team.

Elite Movers LLC was unprofessional, over-charged my move and items were damaged and stolen.

I hired Elite Movers LLC to complete an apartment move from California to Texas. I was provided a price for this move; however, the price kept changing/increasing due to the company continuing to change the information about the move. As a consumer, I relied on Elite Movers LLC to be professional and being able to provide me an accurate moving quote. Not a bait and switch tactic, where they continued to change the quote, costing me additional expenses.

Several pieces of my belongings were damaged (plates, bowls, glasses, lamps, and decorative glass items), plus, I had missing items (one 5X7 area rug and a Sony Digital Camera). I entrusted Elite Movers LLC to treat my belonging with professionalism, ensuring my belonging were delivered to me in the same way they were picked up. I made sure to mark each box accordingly such as “Fragile” so they would take extra care with these items. Upon receipt of my items, several boxes were smashed, and heavy boxes were on top of my “fragile” boxes which was clearly marked “fragile”. I have pictures which will be include and video upon request.

Below is a detailed timeline of my dealings with Elite Movers LLC which I kept track of the dates, times, and employees that I was in contact with during the process of the move. Needless to say, the rude treatment I received upon calling to express my concerns was very stressful and caused me anxiety. At this point, I really needed to have my belongings delivered, so I could move on with my life. They had my lifelong belongings in their possession, and I had no choice but to pay the additional money requested in order to obtain my belongings.

TIMELINE OF CONTACT WITH ELITE MOVERS LLC

• May 31, 2022 - submitted an online quote with Elite Movers, to transport a 1-bedroom apartment from California to Texas.

• June 2, 2022 - 11:15AM, sent [NAME EDIT] a detailed email, including pickup delivery addresses which included the floor (example 1st floor, 2nd floor etc.), itemized inventory list that provided sizes, and quantity for the items.

• June 2, 2022 - 11:59PM, I received a quote via email for $4,230.00.

• On June 6, 2022 - 9:00AM, I emailed [NAME EDIT] requesting an updated estimate. I advised [NAME EDIT] at the delivery address there were 42 steps leading to the apartment on the third floor. I also requested to have the queen mattress/box spring and accent chair removed and to add a glass dinette table. I informed [NAME EDIT] of the dinette table, tv, and mirrors were wrapped securely in moving blankets and not boxed.

• On June 6, 2022 - 12:14PM, I received an updated estimate of $5,030.00. The breakdown of the estimate 650 cu ft @ $6.00 cu ft, basic estimate $3,900.00, flat rate elevator 2nd pickup (463 cu ft) $150.00, additional pick up $150.00, Packing fee $550.00, Stair fee $375.00, coupon $-100.00 Total $5,030.00

• On June 26th, at around 6:00 p.m. the driver called to inform me that I had a balance due of $2782.50 that needed to be paid and provided the acceptable forms of payments. (money order from USPS or cash). He advised he would call back on Wednesday June 29, 2022, to set up a delivery time for Thursday, June 30, 2022.

• On June 27th, the driver called to advised he could deliver on Tuesday June 28th after 4:00 p.m. during that telephone call he mentioned there would be a long carry fee. He informed me of the 75ft free, and each additional 75 ft will be $75.00. I asked him how he knows without being at the property. I immediately called [NAME EDIT] to express my frustrations. and she was passive aggressive and did not care. She told me she was tired of the continuously calling and asking questions. Either I would pay the fee, or the drivers would leave my items within the free 75ft. I asked [NAME EDIT] how would the transporter measure the distance? [NAME EDIT] stated the driver would have a measuring tool such as a tape measure. Well, the driver did have a measuring tool when he walked from the truck to my apartment. Once he entered my apartment, he stated there would be an additional charge of $300.00. I had no way verifying the additional feet/long carry fee).

Working with Elite Movers LLC proved to be frustrating, taking up my valuable time and costly. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company!

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $6350

TL;DR - Elite is a horrendous company that condones sexual harassment - if you're considering them for your move, find someone else.

My fiancé and I hired Elite to move our things across town in October 2023. I had to remain downstairs during most of the load up to keep a garage gate open, and my fiancé remained in the apartment to direct the guys, so I found out about some of this at the end of the day. While she was upstairs alone with them, they asked her if she could speak Spanish, she replied that she couldn't, (but didn't think to mention she could understand it), and they started speaking about her body and the way she looked in her leggings right in front of her. Three big, strange, grown men alone in a room with her, talking about how good she looks in her leggings.

That's bad enough for a one star review, full stop. they shouldn't be in business if they think it's okay to hire people that behave like this.

There's more though! She also caught them goofing around and playing one of my guitars when they obviously should have been working. When we unpacked we realized multiple items had been broken, mostly too small to justify filing a claim. They charged an insane amount for packing, way more than we paid Real Rock n Roll Movers two weeks later to move the exact same stuff (long, unrelated story), although by the looks of these reviews we got off easy in that department. They packed and loaded fragile items we asked them not to. They crushed a box labeled "FRAGILE" containing two PlayStation's (also labeled), and I watched them similarly disregard other boxes marked as fragile. They also did not clean up after themselves, leaving doors propped open with balled up tape around the property that resulted in HOA fines.

I attempted to reach out about these issues, but had to message multiple times before I got a response. Finally after a week or so, "Donna" told me she spoke to the crew that day and they denied talking about my fiancé - um, of fucking course they did, Donna. Why would they admit to that? Donna also did NOT address the other issues. After a number of condescending responses from Donna, riddled with typos and incomplete sentences, she asked what I'd like to do about the situation and I said I felt I was entitled to a partial, but not insignificant refund, she said she'd consult with the office and get back to me.

Their offer was $300 back on a $1700 move. That is literally what I tipped the guys (prior to knowing the extent of the situation), and in my opinion the absolutely minimum we were owed based on how they treated her alone.

In exchange for the refund, Elite wanted me to sign something saying I wouldn't post a negative review - but I genuinely feel that it's more important to share what a horrendous experience we had and try to prevent others from making the same mistake we did than pocket a fraction of what the ordeal cost us.
