Element Moving was the first moving company I have ever used, but the experience was amazing. Although I was a little surprised at how quickly the price went up (I paid for the 3 men, 2 hours, 1 truck Groupon for $134, but ended up paying a little over $233.00 after fees for moving 20 minutes away), the three men that moved me from my apartment to storage did a fantastic job. They were nice, punctual, efficient, careful, and informative. It was cold and drizzling outside but that did not deter the morale of the group. I would recommend Element Moving in a heartbeat!

The crew was exemplary and showed a dedication to get the job resolved.  Braving cold temperatures, they worked to completion and that was much appreciated.  All for guys Neftaily, Crecencio, Roberto and Frank work tirelessly - while the elevator at the storeage facility broke and they had to use the stairwell.  The value you get at Element's price point is the best deal out there.  There were several delays due to weather, but Sheila and her team called daily to update and assure that they were going to be there as soon as they could.  Much appreciated - I'd recommend them to anybody. .

This is the second time we used Element Moving in the last year. Eddy and Jorge (who were on our move a year ago) were joined by Mike on the recent move. The reason we used Element again was due to the great and professional service they provided last year. This time they did not disappoint. Showed up on time, were very efficient and hard working while being careful with our stuff. The office staff like Cynthia were also friendly, efficient and helpful. Good value for the money also. Can't really ask for more from a professional and courtious crew. Good job guys..We'll call you again next time.

I called 5 other moving companies 3 of which never even got back to me with their bids. When I called Element on 1-15 they had a guy out to give me a quote the following Monday for a move on 1-24. Element arrived to do a walk through of our location and had their bid to me later the same day. From start to finish the customer service was top of the line. The 4 men that came out and performed our move were polite, curteous and very helpful. If we asked they did it. I will definatley use this company for all my moving needs in the future.

This moving company gave us a good estimate and when the items were moved the overall bill came out lower. The movers were very friendly and had a great sense of humor. There were not damage to the items or the building structures. We were very happy with this moving company.
Also, the hours spent from start to finish was less than estimated. I had another quote but that quote had a wide range of low to high. Thier low range was lower then Element Moving but higher range was higher so I decided to go with Element moving since their's was a fixed estimate.

From the first contact, I was impressed with the staff of Element Moving.  Their bid was GREAT, but their exceptional customer service closed the deal! They were one of only two companies I contacted to come to my home to give me an actual quote for my move.   They offered me a package quote for my move, to include pack/load, storage and delivery.  It was the free storage which closed the deal for me, saving me a large percentage of my cost compared to all the other quotes. PLUS, they donated my unwanted treasures to worthy organizations within the Dallas Metroplex and gave me a receipt for tax purposes. The delivery contractor was not quite up to my initial expectations, but the staff in the home office handled my questions and concerns which eliminated any doubt that I had hired the BEST moving company.

Element Moving made it step by step . The company sent an agent for estimation . The agent explained about the company and all the benefits to hire them. Next step is to schedule the moving day by phone . A sales person contacted me by phone and we scheduled my moving and the day . At the moving day 2 movers knocked on the door right and sharp in time . Gave brief about what is going to happened during next several hours. Impressive! - everything was packed professionally and everything moved as is to my new place. The movers unloaded everything and even helped with some stuff to arrange . Amazing experience! Good job!

We haven't moved in 33yrs and we did it ourselves.  This time we needed professional help.  I checked ratings and reviews and element was in the top five. Thier estimate was the best one we got.  We had several delays in our moving plans and element worked very well with us.  The movers were courteous and very professional.  The whole experience was awesome!  We are so glad that used a moving company and that it was element!  I recommended to my friend, and she went with them too.

We just got moved by Element last week. We moved from Dallas to Phoenix with a 4 bedroom home, 2 kids and 2 dogs and 1 cat. Overall I think the move was a good one, we didn't have many expectations, the last company that moved us lost our dresser, and I still don't know how. What I liked about Element is they were prompt and very nice.  I called on a Friday late afternoon, and they had me quoted soon after that. I agreed to hire them if they showed up on time, which they did. Once Alex and José started packing, I could tell they were serious about their job and was very passionate. This is much the opposite of the last company that the workers were lazy and didn't seem to have any speed to their actions. After about 4 hours of packing, they were ready to roll. I had already spent the prior week off work getting the small stuff in boxes and o'lord, all the kids junk and toys. Probably the hardest part was the above ground pool that we had waited to the last second to diassembled. The kids didn't want me to take it down until they got a good swim out of it the night before. José was very helpfuil in his suggestions to pack the pool properly so it wouldn't rip or tear. I'm sure the kids were glad he did that, because the first thing they wanted to unpack? The pool! I'm impressed with Element and would hire again. I recommenend Element to my friend in Dallas that has to move to Kansas this June, so maybe Element can help her. Thank you! Jannet.

After calling several companies to compare prices, Element was the only one that followed up as they said they would with a written e-mail stating what they told me over the phone.  A few days later a friendly follow up phone call from Holly just to see if we had any questions about the quote.  She was friendly, NOT pushy.  2 other companies that we talked to, and one even came out to the house to do an estimate, never followed up at all! Even when our moving date got move up by a week, Element got us in with no hassel.  The crew (Chance, John, & Steven) was incredibly friendly and hard working.  They were on time and got the job done 3 hours earlier than expected!  We highly recommend Element!

I had an excellent experience using Element Moving & Storage to move from Portland, TX to Frisco, TX (a 414 mile move). The quote I received was for $6,372. That included materials, packing services, loading, transporting, and unloading the contents of my home. The final bill was $5,854.28, well under the initial quote, so I was pleasantly surprised! The utility concierge service was a great benefit (at no cost), Warrent Walters was a great help with setting up service at my new home! The moving crew was professional and friendly. Jeremy Castillo, Moiseis, John Martin, and Eleazor Morales, thank you for a job well done! I really liked that the crew stays with you the entire time. They disassembled my furniture with ease and reassembled it when they delivered it. They were very easy to work with.
 
I would recommend Element Moving & Storage to anyone looking for a mover and will use them in the future should I need a mover again.

The reason that I chose Element Moving Company is Hollie. She was awesothe phone phone,explained all the details to me and as we had to change plans,she was agreeable and nice. The moving crew was polite,helpful and funny at timesThey took care of my crystal and china and nothing was broken.They were on time,packing and delivering,very efficient. This was the best moving experience we have ever experienced.  As a self-employed business person, I'm often perplexed by how hard it is to find good customer service now days - Elements "gets it".   We did two separate residential moves with Elements Moving:  One in April, 2012 and another in May, 2012.  For the first move, the larger one, our movers were: Lois (Lead), Chris, David, Neftali and Antonio. On the second move the movers were Michael, Jorge, and Neftali.
The moving staff was punctual, friendly, courteous and had a wonderful "can-do" attitude from the initial packing and wrapping our posessions to the delivery and setup of furniture.  Due to our underestimating our needs, the move ended up taking longer than anticipated but the Elements Moving staff kept a pleasant, smiling attitude the entire time.  
Prices were fair and the company, Elements Moving, was personal and exhibited integrity and fair business practices at every turn.  I would recommend them to any of my friends or family and will definitely utilize their services with future moves for personal or business needs.

Having moved 5 times in 5 years now, I could probably write a book about moving! With that in mind, working with Element Movers was such a pleasant experience. Every member of the team, from the owners to the movers went out of their way to make this such a painless move.     I was most impressed by their honesty and how they kept to their quote without pulling any surprises on us on moving day. When we called for a quote, they didn’t just give an estimate on the phone based on the details we gave. Instead, they came down personally to the house and went room by room, closet by closet to work out exactly how many boxes would be needed and how many hours it would take.        Their price was extremely competitive. Even if you are considering hiring a U-haul truck and some “helpers” to cut costs, give Element Movers a call first. I’ve gone that route before and I can tell you that after paying for the truck miles insurance labor help you really don’t come out too much ahead. For the extra peace-of-mind you definitely get your money’s worth.     I would recommend Element Movers to all my friends and will be calling them again when we move for the 6th time….

Where to do I begin. I have never hired a moving company before so I thought I would go online and get a quote. Well never did I imagine what would happen then. I got bombarded with so many companies calling me over and over and emailing me.  Element found me. My sales rep was so nice and calming. I heard so many sales people on the phone and it was just instant calming. She took the time and went through every detail with me and explained to me what to expect and all the costs that I could occur with my move.  Long story short I scheduled my move and just had the best crew come out to my home. They were so curteous and worked hard and talked me through the whole process. They gave me some tips of how to pack a certain item so that I wouldn't be charged extra because cost was a huge factor for me.  They wrapped all my furnture. Even took extra care of my antique desk. I was very worried about that piece.  I got my delivery 6 days after my pickup date. I got calls constantly from their dispatcher just letting me know when to expect my delivery and the driver called and was so nice.  When they unloaded my furniture every piece was in tact and accounted for. The only thing was I had a mirror break but I'm guessing that's to be expected. I immediately called my sales rep and she sent me a claims form and my claim got started. I have full faith in Element Moving & Storage. They were everything I hoped my moving experience would be. I've heard so many horror stories.  If you are considering moving please call Element.  I've already recommended them to some of my friends and coworkers. Element exceeded our expectations! We had a 3 bedroom home and two large storage units to move to another state--our most challenging move ever. Element worked with us to manage the cost to fit within our budget--two of their trucks plus one we rented, with their crew loading and unloading all 3 trucks. The actual cost came in about 20% under the final estimate, which was great--usually these things go the other way! Since the move took several days we had a couple members of the 5-man crew change before the final crew of Jesus, Tory, Jorge, Michael and Marco arrived at our new house on the last day. All were hard-working, careful, and fast. So far we have found only one damaged item, a loose ornamental shelf with a broken finial. Here again Element exceeded our expectations--we thought more items would be damaged in transit. We had one especially delicate item--a grandfather clock--which worked perfectly upon reassembly.

The movers arrived early and were ready to go.  They went right to work starting in one room, covering the furniture and moving it onto the truck and carrying boxes out. I was thrilled that they were so eager and quick. They asked if it was ok to make a couple of trips because I was moving such a short distance and they would not have to waste time fitting things into the truck.  I loved the idea because I was packing my car with a few things I wanted to carry myself.  By the time I had my car packed they were ready to go.  They were able to get two truck loads before lunch.  By the time I got my lunch they were already back at my house waiting on me and ready to go again.  They were happy to do anything I asked such as move the oven and dishwasher.  They even switched out the plugs to the oven and dryer that were 3 pronged in new house and 4 prong plugs in old house.  I have never had real movers before, but I will not hesitate to hire Element again if ever I move again.  The quote I was given was about $875, but the final cost for me was $735.  They were a great group of guys, very friendly and courteous but hard working and quick on their feet.  Not a thing was lost, stolen, or broken.  And I can't stress how lucky I was to have Luis Rosa as the project manager.  I will use them again by name, or refer them to all my friends and family.

We moved from Rockwall, Texas to Georgetown, Texas. Louis Rosa was the foreman and he was fantastic. Louis's crew were very careful with our property. They loaded the truck in an efficient manner and the overall quote was right on target (in fact the final price was a little less than the quote.) Our move was a 2 day move. They picked up our goods on a Friday and then delivered them on Saturday. Element was the only mover willing to do that. They finished at 1:30 on Friday. Since the distance between Rockwall and Georgetown involves travel on a major interstate and a high volume of traffic, especially on the weekends, we were pleased that Element used two days. The goods were delivered on Saturday and everything placed and reassembled in our temporary housing. We did most of our own packing but Element packed our glass curio and a picture and a mirror. Since we are only staying in our current location for 6 months, they even removed their blankets from the large picture and then repacked it for us. The curio was handled very carefully and arrived in perfect shape. All three people were courteous to us and pleasant to work with. They even talked to our little dog. I would recommend this group to anyone, especially if Louis is the foreman on the move. I don't think he walked; he was in high speed all the time but still managed to be pleasant and careful with the property. Jeff was the person who gave us the estimate. The overall price was about $1800.00 which was about $1000 less than anyone else. We picked Element in a large part because of how Jeff handled himself during the estimation process. We interviewed 5 movers and Jeff just stood out in his professionalism and personality. Hollie worked with us to keep the lines of communication open and we appreciate all of her help.  .

The Element team moved our synagogue furniture (some very large, as well as delicate items) to and from a local hotel when we moved our services there for Yom Kippur this year. Having personally moved around the country quite a bit over the last few years and used many different companies, I can not stop expressing my amazement with the entire Element experience. They are honest, punctual, courteous, and most importantly, really good at handling all kinds of items. The salesman was thorough and professional. I obtained 2 other estimates and they were all very close to $1800.  The moving crew showed up on time.  They were efficient and professional.  They communicated their progress and took very good care of my possessions.  I was thankful they accommodated a late afternoon delivery.  The crew was very professional and polite.  There was zero damage, a first for me!  I would like to thank Mark, Jorge, Jared, and David for their exceptional service.  The final bill was only 1500, a very pleasant end to a two day move.   I will enthusiastically recommend Element Moving. .

 Moving is a very vulnerable time for most people, as it often involves time pressure, significant money and relying on multiple parties which you usually don't know ahead of time. It can be and usually is stressful however Element Moving and Storage represents the best a moving company can offer. They have professional estimators who go out of their way to give you a realistic estimate rather than the competition who low ball their estimates. They set expectations and keep their customers informed. They have friendly, reliable and trustworthy foremen who do a great job of managing the job from start to finish. The crews are regulars who have been trained and receive continual training to minimize the chances of damages. This sets Element Moving and Storage apart from a lot of their competitors who use day laborers. In the rare event that something is damaged, Element Moving and Storage has a Customer Service Manager who personally handles the claim from start to finish. I have personally hired Element Moving and Storage and felt so confident about them that I have referred them to multiple high net-worth clients of mine who have had excellent experiences as well. One client alone has used them at least 5 times. Whenever I need to move next I will call Element Moving and Storage.

It is my pleasure to write a review for Chance, Steven, and Jesus who packed and moved us from Louisiana to Texas.  Their professionalism was only exceeded by their respectful, pleasant, caring personalities.  These young men surpassed my expectations. They packed my artwork, and glass items (of which we had many) with great care.  We had one broken glass from a coffee table which the company replaced within a few days.  The company stored our items for a month and then put everything into our new home..setting up whatever we needed..They were amazing.  The second crew that unloaded our things included Chance and Steven and added Roberto, David, and Marco.  They were prompt, careful, clean, and thoughtful about all of our items.  I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.  I have commented often on how this company and particularly the guys that worked on our move went way more than the extra mile for us.
