Really good service for a real price.

Before the move, there was an on-site appointment by the GF of the company. Requests from me were taken into account (e.g. special protection for my antique secretary) and problem solutions were proposed (protect the new carpet in the apartment) "The strong men" appeared on time, were friendly and Professionals and worked briskly. Cost estimate, transparent invoicing, real price. I was very pleased.

Not just strong - just great.

The move from a rented house to a three-room apartment (without a lift) went smoothly. We had already prepacked a lot of boxes. The day before the move, an employee of the moving company "the strong men" packed the fragile parts very carefully and carefully.
The strong men arrived punctually on the day of the move, emptied room by room, dismantled the wardrobes, beds, etc. and rebuilt everything in the new apartment on the same day. The men were happy at work, attentive, helpful and very professional. We can only recommend the company.
Should we move again - definitely with the strong men!

Unexpectedly poor.

We moved the sturdy men twice within two months. You are all kind. Unfortunately, that doesn't make up for the unprofessional handling of our things. The cupboard was so damaged after assembly that it almost collapsed (no scrap, branded goods!) In addition, something was missing, the lamp was broken, etc. We also gave a hefty tip for everyone on both occasions! Conclusion: It is not understandable why the strong men get good ratings. Poor and very expensive!

Not recommendable.

Moved three times with the sturdy men. The first time was great. The second time went - with slight damage. But the third time was a disaster, except for started on time and finished very on time. Dozens of things were lost, not only was a freshly painted wall damaged, but also some furniture and a cupboard. Their insurance took over a small part, but the remaining damage was not recognized. The final invoice of the offer also differed considerably. They had one good thing at the end: they met me with the final bill. However, that was not even close to the value of my broken and missing things.

Unfortunately, never again.

I was absolutely disappointed in a company that appears to be supposed to be professional.
From the first second, the employees mostly give the impression that they have no "desire to work" and immediately indicated what they would not do - contrary to the boss's promises. As a customer, you feel almost "annoying" - sometimes cheeky outrageous behavior of the so-called "relocation manager".
Big blown promises from the boss, but unfortunately no real implementation. Far too expensive and unsound for this lack of service. It's a shame never again!

Disappointing - time management not under control.

Unfortunately, I cannot share the enthusiasm for this company.
I can't rate an actual move (it didn't come that far), but the unprofessional way in which appointments are made.
When we first contacted us by telephone, an appointment was made for a viewing and we were given an indication of when the move should take place. This is a lead time of 8 weeks !! Not even a day later the message that all appointments in the desired moving week were taken. Sorry, but that doesn't work! Looking at the other reviews, I can actually be very happy that it didn't work out!

Excellent work - quick, clean, professional!

From the preliminary talk to the "move out", to storage and delivery, excellent work; worked quickly and cleanly. To be recommended at any time without reservation; was the second move (1x within Munich, 1x from Munich to Kiel). The organization, including parking space reservation, also worked automatically and perfectly without any burden on us.

Very well organized and experienced. Everything went perfectly.
