Crown Van Lines

For around $2000, this has been the best moving service I've ever used. The pickup was very prompt, and they even followed some specific instructions that I felt I needed to leave. My son was in school at the time and I still needed to tit up some things with my old job before moving to a new one, so I wanted some boxes to be left alone. Just as I requested, those boxes weren't taken which I am quite grateful for. As for what was transported, the fragile items (especially my wife and daughters mirrors and things) weren't damaged in the slightest. Delivery was prompt and they arrived around the same time we did, as I wanted. This has been spectacular service. I would most certainly refer this company to a friend. .

Moving has a lot of interest Kasese involved and where you're going long distance there's a lot of things that can go wrong. So it was important for me to try to find a mover that I could trust and that would do a good job for me. So I shows crown Van Lines base and a reputation and they came through in a big way. They did a great job. They were timely with their delivery and overall I cannot be more happy. Thank you so much. Ground in lines for the good work.

Having in mind the experience that my family and I had with Crown Van Lines I cannot believe the Rating and reviews that I read for this company. Recently we (a family of 5 with 3 small girls) moved from Texas to North Carolina. They were supposed to pick up our belongings on a Friday in the afternoon. They did not appear and nobody called us about the change. We were waiting in vain in the apartment that was fully packed. We were calling the company and nobody was answering. The following morning we started calling again. Nobody was answering. We did not know what to do. At noon we finally got access through the chat service in the webpage!! When they finally came to pick up our belongings (late afternoon), the foreman after just eyeballing our belongings said that their volume was double than the quote that we had received from the company (although it was obvious that this was totally wrong). He told us, either you accept my estimate or I am leaving. He did not even allow us to measure to show him the correct volume. So, we were forced to sign and pay half of the balance (we had already paid a deposit of over $500 at that point). We left with our three children to give them some space to work. When we returned, there was a copy of the list in the kitchen and half of the staff already loaded in the truck. Apparently, we could not verify the list unless we had asked them to unload the staff in the darkness so that we can check that the list was correct.  Although the agent of Crown Van Lines told us before we pay the deposit that the delivery time from pick up would be 3-5 days,  they delivered our belongings 7 days after the pick up (we had to stay longer at a hotel than planned).
Now, the worse is coming!! The delivery was done and we have to mention the following: 1) 1 floor light was delivered broken   2) 1 printer was not delivered at all!! They did not even give us any form to claim them. 3) We measured all our belongings (which are more than what is in the list, which means that they had not registered everything) and the total volume was about 550 cu ft less than the measurement of the company. This is translated to $1650 increase in the total cost!! Since then we try to contact the General Manager and the owner of the company to give them the details of our case and to realize if they are aware of the way Crown Van Lines really functions and the agents do not let us talk to them. We are thinking of filing a lawsuit. We post our experience because we do not want other people go through the same ordeal and to make them aware of the tricks that such companies use to charge them more.    .

Despite The chaos of all the stuff we had to packe, we were so impressed by the hard work from everybody that worked with us from Crown Van Lines. they took care of us, they were ready and excited for us, very helpful and friendly, they took very good care of our stuff, were very graceful and had great manners. The entire experience only cost us about 2100 bucks, and we did no lifting, which was great because of my back and how terrible it is. If we ever move again (I pray not any time soon) we're definitely going to call Crown Van Lines again.
