Fantastic service

We had fantastic service. From the organization of pick up to the brilliant communication all the way through. We had no address to move to immediately so it was stored for us till we could get a storage unit in our town. Amazing staff and careful handling of our belongings. Value for money also once we compared to other companies on the market. Very impressed and highly recommended.

Move from Hamilton to Christchurch

Our move from Hamilton to Christchurch per boat went incredibly smooth.

Their communication was excellent, we were regularly updated per email and telephone.

Every single step was clearly explained, we never felt uncertain of what to do.

The actual movers were very friendly, very careful and very professional. Nothing was broken or damaged.

Very happy to use them again.

And last but not least, they were the cheapest of all quotes we got.

Moving made easy

We moved from Auckland to Queenstown with Container Relocations over Dec 22/Jan 23. The quote process was simple, no huge forms to fill out and it was supported by regular check-ins by the CL team. The website has good information and advice on container size, shipping choices and packing options. The moving day was a breeze, with the team able to fit our house lot in. They were on time and worked swiftly. The unload in Queenstown was also very prompt and professional. Our property arrived in great shape with no damage. I highly recommend CL and will definitely be using them in the future.

Fantastic service, all staff at every stage of our move were responsive and friendly. Everything was packed and secured in the container so well that we didn't have a single item of our 4 bed house damaged at all. They were so flexible and helpful with all of our changes, our move was to be Aukland to Southland and we changed it to Otago mid move, and they were very helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend Container Relocations!

Definitely a template for household removal in NZ....The 2 guys who packed and loaded our household were brilliant and a joy to work with...The guys who unloaded our household in Christchurch were just as obliging...it is obvious to me that this company hires workers all with a similar demeanour...Great company to deal with from the front of the office to the back...would recommend their services 100%..

Highly recommend excellent service

We have used container relocations twice. Once moving Christchurch to Auckland and more recently Auckland back to Christchurch. Both moves have been done successfully. The staff loading the containers in both Auckland and Christchurch were friendly, helpful and fast and efficient. The staff at the office were great, excellent communication and easy to contact. Pricing was great also, we got several quotes and found theirs very competitive. Highly recommend.

Container Relocations provided just the right service to meet my needs. Having my household belongings picked up and carefully loaded into a container, locked up, moved via rail and stored until I was ready to receive them, then delivered and unloaded was perfect. At each step of the process everyone involved was very polite, helpful, professional, flexible. Correspondence and communicating was clear, regular and timely. Best service and value around

Moving was made so much easier and the price was incredibly reasonable. Services and communication incredibly professional and friendly. Felt very well looked after and lots of support with insurance and the delivery .

Even when there was changes on my end with when I could get access to a unit and lots of mucking around from changes my side Container Relocations were helpful and prompt in any communication.

Would recommend for anyone to use and hugely cheaper less mucking around than moving companies!

Wouldn't use any other moving company !

From the very start the Staff at Container Relocations were fantastic right thru to the final delivery. It was a big move from Far North to central Canterbury. Timing worked perfectly for us. On the move

Moving on my own from Papamoa to Pt Chevalier began as a daunting task. I engaged Container Relocations and at once the task was not as difficult as expected.

The thorough preparation and planning we did together paved the way for a smooth operation. Even though the container was a couple of hours behind the scheduled arrival time, the consideration shown by the three men on the truck was spot on. Most professional. They were polite, caring and careful. I enjoyed the privilege of locking the Container myself.

Arrival at new destination was perfectly timed. Again this new crew were careful with my worldly possessions.

I am a totally satisfied customer & will recommend Container Relocations to others.

Inter island move from Auckland to Christchurch

I cannot recommend this company enough! They were absolutely fantastic! We had a lot of stuff to move including two cars. We needed two containers shipped at different times which was no problem for them to manage. The staff in the office Dani, Lisa and Mark were so helpful and patient with our constant barrage of emails and calls. When it came to packing the container David was amazing! He went above and beyond to reassure us and fit everything in. I was absolutely blown away by how much he was able to pack in! His team were also so helpful, friendly and professional. Malcolm and his team at the Christchurch end were also brilliant. Everything arrived in great condition and was off loaded with care

This is an a really great company, the service is brilliant, the staff so helpful and nothing is ever too much trouble and the cost very reasonable. Communication is also excellent, you are kept updated regularly. For great service at a very reasonable cost I highly recommend Container Relocations

House contents relocation

Was moving from Auckland to Christchurch. They picked up everything in the house and packed it into awaiting container. Container was well packed by "Container Relocations", fitting in to it way more than I thought possible. At there suggestion, I also ordered the taller containers with 1 extra foot in height. Great moving company. Plenty of communication and help and good value. Was very happy I chose them.

Interisland move

Highly recommend this company. Their quote was half the price of some others which when moving from Bay of Plenty to Dunedin is a substantial saving. I honestly thought when the container turned up that there was no way it would fit all our belongings but the skill of the movers made sure it did. Delivery was just as good. Communication was great throughout the move. Nothing damaged. Brilliant.

Very happy to use these guys. We moved 2 households with them with containers in storage for a month. When we were ready for delivery we rang them up and they delivered and unloaded on the day required.

Amazing! cheapest and fastest by a long way. Within four days they picked up my full household items form the north island and dropped them off in the south island. From Dani at the start to Malcolm at the end they have been brilliant. Not even a scratch on my items!
