An EXCEPTIONAL service from first contact to the delivery. Communication with Ana, clear, timely & accurate. Extremely patient, flexible, friendly and understanding with the uncertainty of ‘moving out’ and moving in’ dates. Two teams to remove, one from Bath to storage & one to deliver to the Northeast. Both did a superb job especially battling against the northeast coast wind and rain on Tuesday! Storage for 4.5 months, everything arrived in great condition. Exceptional value for the money!

On the day of the move of my elderly parents they arrived on time and were friendly and organised in their way of loading the van, they worked extremely hard on a hot day and nothing seemed too much trouble what was brilliant too they told us not to empty drawers of clothes which was a godsend because the move happened really quickly in the end so not many days to finish the packing

We were left waiting to exchange and complete on the new property but mark gave us his mobiles number and we just rang him when we were ready to meet at the new property and they unloaded and put each piece of furniture and box in the correct rooms

Mark rang us once back at the office for us to pay

From the very first contact I made with them, they did absolutely everything they said they would do and exactly on time. I first spoke with Anna with whom I arranged for a visit to quote. I was told that I would be contacted by Mark (The Boss) who would call round to assess our requirements and provide a quote. Mark arrived exactly on time, he talked us through the services he could provide and we agreed a package that included a full packing service, collection from our old house on one day and delivery to our new house on the following day. We accepted Mark’s quote and our move date was pencilled in. Anna then made regular contact to monitor the progress of solicitors in confirming our move dates.

On the day of our move out of our old house, the packing team arrived exactly on time at 08.30 to commence their work, with the rest of the move team arriving shortly afterwards. They were all totally professional in their work and we basically watched on while they took care of everything.They finished moving us out at 18.30.

The following morning our solicitors advised us that we had completed at 11.00, I called Mark to advise him and he and the team arrived about thirty minutes later to start moving us in. They worked incredibly hard unloading two vehicles and placing everything in the places that we designated. Once again they finished a thoroughly professional job at about 18.30.

This was a huge move out of a five bedroom house and the only damage was a a broken glass in a picture frame, which Mark instantly offered to pay for.

Over all, it was a thoroughly professional move, including a lot of heavy furniture, on a very hot day. The whole team were friendly and good humour throughout. They looked after our belongings and they looked after us. All they asked of us was lots of tea, biscuits and cold drinks. I cannot recommend them highly enough. A huge “Thank you” to Mark, Anna and the rest of the team.

Our movers were extremely friendly, efficient and professional. They moved our furniture, including our piano, quickly and carefully, and even made the experience relatively fun. I would definitely recommend them to others. We had a slightly stressful blip when admin team asked us two days before the move if they could come the day before we had booked them, and kept mentioning this when we were both working (and not yet fully packed!), but cannot fault the actual movers at all and would very much use them again.
