Paul and his team moved us from Tasmania to WA You can always count on Paul to pick up your phone calls, and deal with your concerns.His workers work hard, and we're very patient with us, i especially liked that two guys were used one day, and two different guys the other day to pack up the containers, these guys work hard and nothing was to difficult for them. They brought a truck that was too small, forcing us to leave behind over $3000 worth of goods at the last moment. Kurt, the owner, was extremely abusive to his staff, as well as to us. I'm not sure what was wrong with him, but he kept yelling and cursing everyone. When I went to the bank to get him a check (as per arrangement with him), he decided to load up stuff and threatened to leave and keep our goods until his convenience. When my wife asked him to take the stuff off he physically threatened her, and there was a physical altercation that was witnessed by his staff as well as by neighbours. When I returned with the check he ran up at me, screamed in my face and made a gesture as if he was going to hit me. Then he got our stuff back off his van and left in a hurry. We contacted thepolice and made a formal complaint, and were told that he was well known to them. This company are well known to other locals, and apparently prey mostly on out-of-staters looking for a bargain. In summary- truck too small, a LOT of damage, $3000 of stuff left behind, one 4-year old daughter traumatised after seeing Kurt threaten to hit her father, and a lot of bad memories. And to quote Kurt, the owner.."I don't give a f$&* about your s$%&, I just care about my money." So go ahead, use them if you dare. Or pay a bit more and avoid a real nightmare.    .
