I Love Clutter!!

My first thought was, "this sounds too good to be true.." Usually when you hear of a service so good, you think it's a scam..which I did. BUT not with Clutter.

My wife and 2 kids were moving out of our 3bdrm home that we've been in for 5+ years (acquired a lot of stuff with kids) and the Clutter team consisting of Earnest (Team Lead), Andrew, Antonio, Dreu, Josean, Michael came right over 5 mins early and knocked out the entire job like a well-oiled machine in less than 7 hours, which would've easily taken me 3+ days.

30 days later when our new place was ready, Fernando (Team Lead) and Dulani showed up right on time again and dropped off all the stuff within 4 hours. I even got the pleasure of seeing Earnest again, which goes to show you how great an impression he left from the initial move a month prior.

With price matching, free pick up & drop off, boxes, wrapping, polite and hard working team members..the question is not "why should I use this service", but rather, "why would anyone NOT use this service??"

Not to mention, by not having to hire movers, U-Haul trucks, buy boxes, etc..I saved literally over a thousand dollars using Clutter, they gave me a $100 Amazon gift card just for being new. No strings attached.

You'd be a fool to not use Clutter.

Clutter Moving and Storage.

I have used clutter approximately six different times, and have yet to be disappointed. They arrive within the stated window time and always provide extra packing when they foresee an item being sensitive to travel restrictions on their vans. The team is professional and courteous. When I need the items redelivered to my destination they are just as careful with redeliver and they were to take away. The prices you can't beat and they will even offer an opportunity to match anything lower you find. I guarantee you wont be disappointed. As an educator who watches their funds extensively, this is the best moving and storing company you will find. Best!

I love Clutter!

I used Clutter for the first time when my daughter was packing up her dorm room to come home for the summer. I searched various storage companies, and Clutter came out on top! The pricing was great, the service was spot on, and the movers were friendly and professional! I would highly recommend Clutter to anyone, and plan to use them again next summer for her dorm move out. Thanks Clutter!

AMAZING storage service.

We used Clutter when we were downsizing from a 4-br house to a 3-br condo. They were perfect! I could not have designed a better service to meet our needs. They came and helped us pack (with boxes), hauled the stuff away, and then provided an online inventory. I have twice had them deliver things back and pick up additional things. Just that fact alone took so much anxiety out of putting stuff in storage for me, just to know that I could get it back so easily. And they are super nice people who come to pick the stuff up!

Easy to use.

What a great service! They came with boxes, tape, and blankets, they packed and when I was ready, they delivered. I used the service three different times to pack, and three times to deliver. I've unpacked almost all the boxes with no breakage. I was overwhelmed looking at all I had to pack and eventually move. Clutter took all my anxiety away, with their friendly, expierenced movers and packers. Some of my furniture I wanted immediately so I used Jet movers for those items. The difference between Jet and Clutter was 10 fold. Clutter workers are experienced and professional. What a beneficial service Clutter has to offer. In addition, I always knew what was in each box as they take a picture of what they packed. It was so easy to set up appointments to pack and to deliver. I can't imagine using any other service or any service being as easy to use.

Great service, would recommend.

Clutter is great for many reasons:
1) They'll pick up and drop off your stuff at no charge. This makes it way easier to sell stuff in storage.
2) They only charge you for the space you're using. We stored mostly chairs and a few desk parts.
3) They keep an online inventory of everything you've got. Like I said earlier, we've sold chairs and had Clutter act as our own delivery person. They had pictures of everything, so I was able to show the buyer.

Cannot be trusted with your valuables.

Clutter cannot be trusted with your valuables.

They will lose your stuff, not inform you they lost it, do a half-assed job of "searching" for it, offer a laughable amount for the valuables lost, then leave you in claims limbo where the only communication is snail mail. (And btw they tell you to file a police report if they lose your stuff)

What happened to me:
(1) Clutter lost my snowboarding bag and gear (huge bag worth over $3k). This cost me significant money and time. 1) It took me years and many snowboard shop visits / web searches to get my full kit, 2) since my gear was lost during the season I'm now forced to pay extra for gear rentals ($100 per day) or pony up time and money to replace all my gear during the most expensive time of the year.

(2) Clutter did not notify me when the gear was lost. I found out during snowboarding season when I scheduled a delivery and during the scheduled delivery was told my bag was "lost".

(3) Clutter's claims process is opaque and slow, and their warehouse management cannot be trusted. I was told to file a claim through their website. 5 days later, the claims department replied in email that they had "processed" my claim and Clutter was offering $125 for over $3000 worth of lost valuables. Clutter did not explain how the gear was lost by their services, their process for searching for the gear, how they determined it was "lost", or how they determined a $125 reimbursement was anywhere near reasonable. When I called in to customer service, I was told that "Clutter is constantly reviewing items kept in storage, and due to their process no one is allowed to search their warehouses." Additionally, I was told that because Clutter is constantly reviewing items in storage, I may be informed at a later date if my gear is "found". I pointed out that Clutter cannot simultaneously have 1) done a thorough search and concluded my gear is lost and 2) expect to magically find it at a later date. Either they did a half-assed search, or their warehouse mgmt is a complete mess.

(4) Clutter's protection coverage is laughable, and how they go about offering is negligent / misleading at best and downright predatory at worst. I paid for Clutter's protection coverage. When my gear was lost, I was informed that the reimbursement amount was low because I was on a "minimal" plan. This made no sense as a) I was paying for Clutter's "premium" plan and b) I was never informed during sign-up or during the upgrade process that there were other protection plans available as options.

Bottom line: Clutter cannot be trusted with your valuables. Their warehouse is mismanaged, and they shirk responsibility if they lose your gear. Better off going with a storage unit if you VALUE your belongings because Clutter does NOT.

They've Lost It.

I have been with this company about 6 months after they started. Back then they were great. Accommodating, you could get your stuff within a few days of the request. The drivers were prompt. The deliveries were included in the storage fee.

Now, it takes 2 weeks to a month to be able to get your stuff or schedule a pick up. Then, sometimes they don't show up and tell you they have to move to the next day regardless of whether or not you have planned a move. Your schedule is irrelevant to theirs. I tried to move into a new place at the end of August. I was denied and won't actually be able to move until mid-September because of their scheduling. To top it off, they just charged me for an entire month, something I wouldn't have had to pay if they would have been available. I am confident I won't be able to get that money back as I am now unable to find a phone number on their website when I was able to find one just a couple of weeks ago.

Long story short, they hold your property hostage until they feel like delivering it to you. Not a company worth wasting your money and time on.

Do not ever use this company!

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!

I was originally drawn to clutter because of the convenience and pricing - do not be fooled. Below is a summary of the problems we encountered.

- It took their movers 9.5 hours to move out of our tiny NYC apartment in which 85% of the items had been packed ourselves.

- I left a few appliances (kitchen aid, toaster etc..)for the movers to pack as I would assume they would be professionals. The mover tossed all of my appliances into the box upsidown, sideways without a single piece of bubble wrap. After mentioning my concern I was met with an eye roll and refusal to pack it properly. I took everything out of the box and re-wrapped it myself.

- Be aware that they will upgrade your storage plan probably costing you a few hundred extra a month

- They charge you $25 to pick the day you want your items to be returned!

- I had spoken to Clutter before my appointment and they assured me that they will prorate if I have my items delivered a few days into the next month. After my awful move I emailed with someone named Sirena who informed me that clutter doesn't prorate! I was furious and asked if they can listen to the recording where I was promised this prorate and was told by Sirena this was not possible. I thankfully had the idea to call and speak to someone else who told me that 2 weeks prior they changed their policy and that rest assured they can go back and listen to the recording where I was promised the prorate. Clearly Clutter (and Sirena) are unethical and liars.

- I thought I was done with Clutter once I had scheduled a move in date but no! Clutter refused to deliver items to my building (I was told of this 3 days before I was moving in) citing there could potentially be someone with Covid in the building. This is a 400 unit NYC apartment building and moving companies are an essential service! They were holding our stuff hostage and only until I reached out to the COO on LinkedIn did this get resolved.

THIS COMPANY IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS, NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU THINK YOU WILL SAVE IT IS NOT WORTH IT. BE WEARY OF SIRENA IF YOU ARE ALREADY STUCK WITH THIS UNETHICAL COMPANY.

Do not trust this company.

I’d like to share my personal experience as well. It wasn’t a great one. When I contacted clutter I was very clear, I had my business equipment in a public storage and I needed to save some money. Our public storage was a 10x10 and half of the stuff that was in there was sold before we moved it with clutter. When they took the stuff into their storage it ended up being more expensive and ended up being 10x9. Which didn’t make any sense. When we initially called we shared our plan to sell the rest of our business items, so the response was that there would be no problem. We would be able to call and get an item as long as we would advice them 48 hours ahead of time. And also we were told that we would be able to pick up the stuff but it was never specified that it had to be through a third party company. So when the time came that we were selling several of the items, we just decided to move the rest stuff to a smaller public storage. On September 14th we made the first attempt to make an appointment to move the stuff because one of the items was to be shipped by September 22nd, so I needed the stuff by the end of the week. I thought that calling a week ahead was enough time since we’re meant to give a 48 hour notice. But that wasn’t the case, when I called they gave me October 5th as their first available date to move all the stuff. Since that wasn’t a good date for me, I asked for a supervisor. The supervisor gave me a new earlier date, September 27th. And I was okay with all the stuff to be delivered by the then, but I was still in need for one my items earlier than that. So we came to an agreement that they would bring me that specific item by the end of the week, with an 80 dollar fee. When they showed up with the item to the public storage, the item was being handled wrong.. this item was a gelato making machine, very fragile (which was written on its packaging). They were carrying it in its side which is VERY bad for this kind of item. And even though it had wheels, they were carrying it instead of using them. When brought to the space and unpacked to check for any damages, we noticed that there were a couple of pieces missing that came along with the machine. Because of that I wasn’t able to check if there were any kind of damages, because those missing pieces are what start the machine. Due to those events I contacted my buyer and was able to move the shipping date to the 27th, since I had a scheduled appointment to get the rest of my items. When I got home I also called immediately to let the company know about the possible damages, and I also checked online and my scheduled delivery wasn’t there. They told me that I was supposed to reschedule but when I went online the closest date was October 9th. So I called them again to fix the issue but there was nothing they could do to give me an earlier time. So I asked if they could at least bring me the box with the missing pieces of the gelato machine, but they refused that too. Because of that I lost many sells along with the gelato machine sell. At this point I am bringing a lawyer into this, because anything clutter advertises isn’t true. It’s as if they keep your items hostage and they choose when you can get the items back. I don’t recommend this company at all.

Long-distance move from Philadelphia, PA to New York, NY

Great, Inexpensive Movers and Storage With Good Online Access.

I hired Clutter to move me out of Philadelphia, store my belongings for a couple of months, and then move me to New York. When moving out, they showed up on time. The movers were very careful and professional, wore masks, and practiced safe hygiene. They worked efficiently, but were very careful throughout the service and supplemented my packing where appropriate. They also carefully documented my possessions (which I think is Clutter policy).

After the pickup, it was very easy to keep track of costs and my possessions on the website. The interface of the site is also pretty good. When moving to New York, I expected booking the return to be a little tricky, but there ended up being a lot of availability around when I moved. Despite moving to a different city, the process for booking was easy and seamless. On the delivery day, the movers (different people this time) again showed up on time (actually at 7:00 am) and were fast and professional. I would highly recommend overall, especially given the low prices.

If you want your Tv broken use Clutter

Hired Clutter to help me move and they broke my chairs and my $3.5k Tv. They gave me $700 in return but most of the repair shops I take said it was a total loss and it was going to cost at least $2.5k to fix it. What a waste of money, what a terrible service. Do not recommend to anyone. Every time a friend of mine asks me what company the should use for moving my immediate answer is "if you want your Tv broken use Clutter".

Terrible

The movers were very nice and professional HOWEVER. I booked 2 days for packing(May 28 and 29) because of the amount of stuff I have. I booked the move 2 months in advance and called 2 times before the appointment to be reassured they would be able to handle such a large move in that amount of time. Both times I was told I have 2 days and that would be enough. Day 1 the movers were so overwhelmed(3 guys) they called more guys (2) to pack. At the end of their 8 hr shift I got a call from the management saying they couldn't finish and they couldn't come back until June 2. My lease is up the 31st and there is someone moving In so I can't stay. I am now going to lose everything that I can't move myself and all movers are booked as it's the last 3 days of the month (temperpedic king bed and frame and headboard dresser side tables twin bed full bed and frame all my dishes silverware and crystal stemware my albums and my wardrobe plus 2 bathrooms) also I moving out of town so I have nowhere to stay. The customer service was non plus at best and unwilling to escalate the case to someone who could help. Now clutter has part of all of my belongings hostage and I can't get through to a human. I've never had such a horrible experience moving.

WARNING - Do not use Clutter. Bad company. Cost me $$$ in losses

This was THE worst experience I've ever had with a company. I had received an estimate of ~ $400 for a one-bedroom apartment move. After losses from damaged items, I lost over $5,000 and they refuse to do anything about it citing the contract and fine print. They should not be allowed to operate such an unscrupulous, horrendous business that does that to customers. This has seriously been the worst experience with a company of my life. You will regret using Clutter, if you're here don't do it. If you have the ability to shut them down for malpractice, that would be a good idea. Just an awful company. I am 100% honest in this review with the estimate + losses.

Don't be fooled by flashing moving startups. Go with an established co

I was extremely disappointed with this service. They advertise that they have tools to disassemble furniture, but in reality they aren't equipped to handle anything more complicated than Ikea furniture. They gave up on moving my couch after they couldn't figure out how to get it through the door, and they CHARGED ME for the time they spent failing to figure it out. They tried to pressure me into signing away liability so they could take risky moves with the couch. And when that didn't work they just gave up, leaving me to hire another service.

Their movers are unprofessional and inexperienced. It takes more than the ability to carry a box to be a mover. Their inexperience turned what should have been a small move into an 8-hour ordeal. I had all my stuff packed and laid out for them to simply carry, but every time I would check on their progress I was shocked at how little they managed to get done.

After all of this, their proposed resolution was a credit to my account, as if I would ever use their services again. The process of working with customer service to reach a real resolution might have even been more frustrating than the move itself. They don't put their customer service number on their website for a reason, it seems. Getting them on the phone to discuss my issues was near impossible, but all the while they kept sending emails saying my customer service issue was solved and asking me to rate the experience.

You're better off going with an established company, rather than these cute little startups that trap you with easy online setup. DO NOT BE FOOLED.

AMAZING. Will absolutely use them again!

I am absolutely beyond impressed by my experience with Clutter. I had a last minute move that I needed to make (a local move), and was able to schedule in someone to move me within the week. Jergen (I hope I am spelling his name correctly) and Justin arrived exactly on time to move me. They were extremely kind and professional. I knew the moment they arrived I was going to be in good hands. Every move before this one, I have always come out with chipped furniture, missing pieces, and scratched items. This was not the case for my move with Clutter. Jergen and Justin took care to wrap every last item perfectly, making sure to pad the legs of all my tables, and treated everything with extreme thought and care. All of my furniture got here in one piece with no damage! They cleaned up after themselves, helped me set everything up, and generally went above and beyond to make sure this got done quickly and efficiently. I will 100% recommend Clutter to anyone of my family or friends who has a move to make, and will use Clutter again myself the next time I need to move!

I will never recommend / use Clutter again

If you don't want to have a brain aneurysm do not even think about using Clutter. One of the most excruciating and irritating experiences i’ve ever had. I essentially feel defeated and robbed.

But on the real—The moving guys were extremely slow and they logged about 9 hours when they were only actually there for 6. the company wouldn’t refund this cost so I ended up paying an extra 300. Additionally they took apart every single piece of furniture and just told me they cannot reassemble even when I asked them to not do this while moving out. Finally, they charged me full price even though I was moving out the 1st and moved out the 29th. Super unfortunate. Overall, I’m just disappointed I ended up paying so much for low quality movers and transparency.

Broken furniture, cheap claims and a pile of garbage

I hired Clutter to store my home furniture for a few months while I was traveling and between permanent residences. The packing was a bit of overkill with shrink wrap, bubble wrap and boxing of every little thing. I appreciated that they were taking good care of my items, but felt like it was unnecessarily extending the time (charge by the hours). Upon moving back in, I was told that their policy was to not dispose of any of the packing materials that were used. I ended up with a whole truckload of bubble wrap, tape and boxes. Despite their cautiousness, many of my boxes were crushed and mutilated upon delivery and several glass items were broken inside.

The more frustrating point is that they broke the legs off my couch while moving out and could not replace them when moving back in. The movers told me the legs were useless and to file a claim. The claims department claimed that the legs could be re-attached even though their own people disagreed and could not re-attach. Now I have a useless couch and have to go spend more than the move-out, move-in and 2 months of storage combined just to get a couch that I can sit on. Completely frustrating experience. Do not recommend.

Not honest about fees

So I was already to sign a contract and have them come get my stuff but then they called me and said I'm so sorry but there's fees that were not made apparent on our website and we don't know why. There was about an $800 up front onboarding fee and then there would be a fee in the end when you canceled your service and had your stuff red delivered to you, which was not made clear at all. They said that they had updated their website and this information was added to the website and they are so sorry for the miscommunication. I'm no longer interested in doing business with the service. For the couple thousand that it would cost at this point I could go and rent several storage units that don't require a huge long contract , to get a good deal.

[WARNING!] Watch them like a hawk!!!

My wife and I used Clutter to store a few things for a property that we rent out. We scheduled a pickup for 2 items to be picked up and placed into storage with the instructions around coordinating the move with our current tenants. 4 months later we realized that our bill had almost doubled as we had been automatically moved to a larger unit to accommodate the newly added items.

To our surprise, we realized that our tenants had requested several additional items be placed into storage with the onsite movers and this was done without any coordination or confirmation from my wife or I (the account owners). This explained (at first) the additional items that warranted the larger storage unit. We simply passed the additional charge to our tenants and thought that was settled.

Fast forward 6 months and it turns out one of the items placed in storage (without our permission) was a $3000 sleeper sofa. (side-note: My tenants are young couple that is paying $4500/month for a fully furnished home and has never been late with a payment in 2 years. translation - they don't need to steal a used sofa) A sofa that Clutter is now claiming to have no record of. Note that this is despite the manifest referencing 4 undescribed items totalling 214 cubic ft! Thus since THEY can't find it, they are now refusing to respect the claim.

Summary:

Allowed additional items to be stored without expressed consent or validation.

Automatically up-charged us based on the newly received items that where (again) un-authorized!

Incorrectly recorded the items moved in the manifest.

Denied the lost item claim even while unable to explain the 4 un-described items in the signed manifest.

Lesson:

Watch Clutter like a hawk. Validate every picked up item after it has been picked up or dropped off, take your own pictures of the items being picked up. Capture the names of your movers. Take a photo of the truck after all the items are placed in it (apparently they use this as some sort of evidence that the items can't POSSIBLY be stolen since they don't appear in the picture that the movers took in between location stops).

NOTE - I must say the call-center rep I worked with was understanding, but seemed surprised I suggested my sofa was stolen (as if that is some wildly unreasonable assertion)

Sacramento Move

This was hands down the worst move I've EVER experienced. The beginning was ok but as they progressed, the head person Chase or something comes and tells me that in order to take my bed and tv down he needed tools and wait for it... THEY FORGOT the tools! My neighbor steps in and offers hers- of course they did not thank her. Then other tools was needed- my daughter in law went to her house and got them. Then they decide to take over an hour lunch and just threw the rest of my items in my garage. Now let's talk about the damage that was done!!! They scratched and scoffed up the walls and then they offer me $100 for 4 walls! The damage done to my personal property was worse. This company is HORRIBLE. Please choose another moving company because while you think you are getting a deal- you are not! They charged me $462 to go 0.3 miles between point A and point B!

Long-distance move from California to North Carolina

The Worst moving experience NEVER USE THIS COMPANY

4 years ago my elderly mother and I decided to leave California and move to North Carolina. During this process, we did not have a place to live. Leaving our belongings with Clutter.com understanding the terms of the contract we decided to move forward. During the last 4 years, we paid our monthly bill for 1750 sq ft worth of space, not cheap. As time went by our storage rate went up and up until we had to bring it to their attention. Living on a fixed income we also had an issue when they charged us for 2 months and would not refund the money, instead they applied a credit to our account, needless to say, this really laid some stress

on our lives being on a fixed income.

Numerous times they were completely lost and would redirect our call to a different person. These people never respond with their full name on the phone or emails sent, With that being said, that was the beginning of all the problems. We were told that our storage would be safe and the whole space needed to be moved at one time. Their moving crew would move it from their storage area, pack their truck and drop it in a local location of our choice, we live in North Carolina how were we able to find a location

when they would not give us an address of where our storage was being kept.

Knowing we had to pay their movers as well as our movers they could not give me any information about the cost or a local place where the trucks could meet and unload and load. $500 or $5000, I guess they wanted a blank check. During these phone calls with Micheal, Kahlin, Amanda we express our concern about trying to get our storage back and traveling during the covid epidemic to California. During these conversations and 3 years in, they divulged information saying our storage could be moved as many boxes as we want at a time and you can have them shipped, after 3 1/2 years of Clutter saying the whole lot needed to be moved at one time.$10,000 in storage fees later they tell us this.

As we start compiling a list of important things to us and try figuring out costs on our end, we reach out for an estimate on their end to no avail. they would not even give us an address of where our storage was at. Still on a first name basis with no last name, and when we asked we got transferred to another person. Leaving our belonging in their hands was the worst experience of our lives and cause us to lose everything with the misleading misinformation that every person said. Not even the senior account rep Micheal would help. California law requires that they tell you when it goes to auction and we started receiving calls and emails about this happening during these events it laid a huge burden of anxiety and depression on my mother and me. Knowing it was a few days before the auction, Micheal reached out to us to let us know. The discussion was about the auctions and we wanted to have more information on the process and what happens to the remainder of the profit money from the auction because they're only trying to recover the cost of the space.

Micheal told us that we could ask for the details and if there was a profit you can get some of that money back, all you just have to ask for it and most people don't. the auction was on February 23, 2022. And we sent an email for the inquiry about the sale and received an email back saying our account was closed and they don't need to provide any accounting to us. here's the email:

This is Khalin at Clutter! Thank you for your message and please allow me to respond on behalf of my colleague, Michael.

I understand you'd like more information regarding your account auction. Please know that our auctions are private and we are unable to provide any buyer or accounting information regarding the auction.

However, your account has been closed and there will be no further charges.

I hope this helps and please enjoy your weekend!

Best,

Khalin

DON'T USE THEM!

DON'T USE THEM and DON'T TRUST ANY OF POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE. When they come to get your stuff, the drives will tell you to put a positive review or they will not get their bonus from the company. They will also tell you one price about getting your stuff back but when you are ready to get your stuff back they will give you a different price. PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE. I promise you one day they will end up on CBC MARKET PLACE. Just rent a truck, hire people from Taskrabbit and get your own storage locker. It will be cheaper. Don't support this DIRTY COMPANY.

Bait + Trap tactics - charing $800 to get my "free final return"

ABSOLUTELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Clutter sold me in 2.5 years ago with their shiny new startup offers - price matching, free pickup, free delivery and Amazon gift cards. Turns out, Clutter isn't too different than Uber in terms of price gouging, declining customer service (still haven't gotten a proper and satisfactory reply), murky Terms + Conditions which give them ability to raise prices whenever they want without limits and unethical (and unregulated) corporate behavior.

After selling me in on free final delivery (which is also what my initial agreement, as well as the Clutter portal indicates), they are now holding my storage hostage and requiring nearly $500 + labor to retrieve my items. An increase of 68,596% (totalling near $800). Total bait and trap tactics that's more out of the playbook of Uber charging surge prices during natural disasters.

Despite being a company that was founded resulting from the challenge of storage companies consistently raising rates, they've raised my storage prices 3x in 2.5 years. What was once brilliant customer service and would respond immediately has now seriously downgraded in quality to outsourcing to the Philippines, not returning emails or calls in timely manner citing "high ticket volume". And this is before I've even gotten any of my items back, which crossing fingers, because recent reviews (and friends reports) are full of reports of lost, damaged or moldy items.

The Clutter CEO talks about "radical transparency", "company culture" and "customer service" which seems to be lip service, as that does not extend to consumer protection any more. Perhaps it once did, but between mergers and everything else, NO MORE.

Do yourself a favor. Stick to Public Storage. Clutter might seem easier and more tech-enabled convenient, but these startups behave with zero ethics, consumer protections or advocacy and have no proven track record of quality over time. These startups aren't profitable and beholden to the investment bankers and venture capitalists to get their money back. And YOU will definitely pay for it down the line.

Never use them again...lost a King Mattress, issue handled poorly

Very disappointing experience. Poor communication and responsiveness. They dropped off the wrong items at my house and didn't return my bed, which is quite essential in a move. They were impossible to contact, no meaningful response, no urgency to find back my own bad... filed several claims and called multiple times, but still haven't heard back - always just anonymous voice-mail. Looks like this is a theme, reading other reviews. They have a pretty useless chat functionality for Customer Service.. impossible to get in touch with a human when you have a problem, after they screw up something. It's been over a week, and I still haven't heard on the status of my bed, or whether they're even looking for it. It's not something you just "lose". Dispatch contact was quite rude, no apologies, said she would have her supervisor call back in an hour, but never heard back.
