A top experience on all levels.Moving crew on the day was absolutely fantastic and the support and the knowledge we received from their office staff was again outstanding.Everyone was helpfull,polite and a pleasure to deal with.
Our emails were answerred straight away.We changed the date a few times as our flat wasn t ready and they changed it without asking twice.
The 2 men were very very good.Strong and willing to go beyond their job description to make things easy for us.
The whole job took them around 8 hours and in this time they also took apart and rebuild 2 beds and one ikea wardrobe with sliding doors which I always thought is a pain to handle.
My husband travelled with them on the truck to the delivery address as being a new development it was not properly listed on google maps yet.
A very good experience that we thoroughly enjoyed and altough we were expecting minor thing might go wrong..well in the end nothing did.

We are very happy to provide our feedback about the service we received from this company.They deliverred on all their promises and everything worked like clockwork.
We had a 4 men team which worked very hard without a fuss and also worked very efficient and in an organized way.They were part of a team and each one of them knew exactly what his role is.One was loading the vehicle ,one was dismantelling and the other two were wrapping and taking things to the van.
All in all it was a long day.All of them worked very hard for 12 hours and in the end we were left happy in our new place.
I was also very impressed with their willingness to help and they ve bent over backwards to ensure we were satisfied and all was ok.
I would definitely recommend them to anyone and would use again myself if needed.
A very good outcome to a quite complicated move.

Overall our experience with City Removals was extremely positive.The office personnel were all very helpful and quick at answering our emails.
The email with the quote was very well laid out and the service to be expected clearly presented and written.There were no catches in it either and in the end we paid exactly what we agreed.
The moving men were all presentable and most importantly spoke english to a very good level.They understood exactly our instructions and followed them swiftly.
They also spoke very highly of their company telling us they get treated very very well.One of the men was with the company for five years while the other for 3 years.I think this says a lot about the company.
Not only this,they were also very proffessional and worked fast and efficient.They were also willing to help all the time and did everything they could to leave us with a good impression.
A very good service,one that I would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

We recently received our goods back from storage and after checking everything and unpacking most of the boxes we are happy that nothing is missing and there are no damages.
We received everything in the same way they were before going into storage.We chose to use this company as in terms of storage they use Big Yellow and this seemed a better idea than container storage that other companies oferred.
They are also BAR members which ticked one of the must haves for us.
The men that deliverred from storage were polite and helpfull.They placed everything where we wanted and also reassembled the beds and one wardrobe.
We cannot fault the service in any way whatsoever.What was a complicated move with some  potential pitfalls turned out to be a hassle free experience.
We were also given a copy of our inventory and this way we were able to croscheck everything arrived and nothing was missing.
A very good service.

Our new address in Enfield was a 30 minute drive from our old place near Hammersmith.We had a 2 bed flat on the 3rd floor with a lift and a normal amount of furniture and small contents.
The company provided us with 3 bright and young men and 2 Luton trucks as the acces road was a bit narrow.
They also paid and organized a yellow line dispensation so that they could park right in front.
All went like clockwork.The 3 team members were highly skilled and even though they were from Romania their english was outstanding.We had no problems in making them understand what we wanted and communication with them was a breeze.
They worked very hard all day long without moaning, on the contrary they kept the positive attitude they showed up with in the morning throughout the whole day.
A great deal of credit has to go to the company for employng such people and because they seek to understand that whoever does their job is the face of the company.
Overall we are impressed to bits with the level of service provided and would definitely like to repeat this experience with the company next time we move.

We couldn t be happier with the whole service provide by City Removals.Everything was done by the book and they spared no resources in making sure our removal was as pain and stress free as it possibly can.
First of all the workers were just incredible nice and polite.When you think removal men you imagine big and strong lads but not very nice.These men were just amazing.With a smile all the time and just willing to help and do whatever it takes to make us feel at ease.
Their professionalism was present in all their actions.Their vehicles were new and very clean,they had covers,tools,trolleyes..the lot.
Also they are extremely skilled at taking stuff down the stairs with ease and dismantelling beds and wardrobes just seemed like child play to them.
All in all what could have been a stressfull experience was at the end of the day a very enjoyable one.

We moved from our 3 bedroom house just two doors further down the road.We had a visit from their surveyor 2 weeks prior to this.As we were renting we had no pressure to vacate by a certain time. The 2 properties were so close they did not even need a truck.They just moved everything with their bare hands.They only used trolleyes for the boxes. All of the men were very helpfull and did their jobs brilliantly. They expertly dismantelled a few of the bigger pieces of furniture and than put them back together. Even if we moved so close they still coverred and wrapped everything. The whole job took 7 hours.This included them packing our kitchen.They used so much paper that we have ended up with 14 plastic bags of used paper.Impressive stuff. Nothing bad to say and the whole service deserved every penny we paid.Would use again.

All worked out well.Delivery men came on time.They were very polite and helpful.I can't fault them in any way.
All our stuff went into storage for hopefully no more than 2 months.We can't wait to get them back and we will post another review to report on their condition.
They cleared the whole place in about 3 hours.Impressive given that they had 2 flights of stairs to manage.Also our mattress and 2 other pieces of furniture were wrapped in blankets and some plastic foil so that they are safe in storage.
Initially they quoted for a 75 square but they ended up using a 100 square feet room.We completely understood this as they can't say exactly how much space we need until they don't actually start using the space.The price difference was only 5 pounds more per week so not a big big deal.
A very good experience and will come back with our final review in 2 months time.

The team we had was absolutely brilliant on all aspects.They were quick,professional and willing to go above and beyond to make sure all was good.
They arrived on time and immediately put us at ease.It is enough to meet them and watch for 10 minutes how they work to realize that you are in good hands.
It was a pleasure to work with all of them including the people in the office who dealt with manny aspects of our move.They were on hand for us whenever we needed.
We selected them from the internet and we did our research on more companies.We chose them based on their very good reviews and they more than upheld their reputation.
We had quite a lot of valuable equipment and furniture but it was extremely well handled and packed up and in the end we had no damages at all.
I wouldn t have any problems in recommending this company.

We moved from west to east London on Saturday February 28th, assisted with graciousness, professionalism and huge amounts of good humour -- as well as huge amounts of strength and stamina. The two people who worked with us were childhood friends, and just worked as an easy, hard working and extremely efficient team. They came early. They stayed late. They never lost their cool, they packed the lorry impeccably, lost nothing, scratched nothing, and were also very pleasant to be with for a day. Wonderful people, excellent service. They also came with good tools, lots of wrapping blankets and they made what can be a really stressful time very easy. It's a great company - from start to finish, from quote to invoice. I don't know (honestly) how they do it this well, this competitively -- but they do. It's very cheering to find such good people.
