Do not trust them

Do Not trust Canadian moving system Inc please. I hired them to move my furniture from **** to *******. I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. They insisted on full payment upfront and pushed me to pay the whole amount saying that they will not schedule my drop off before they receive the whole amount and I think they already knew that most off my furnitures were damaged and my Christmas tree was missing. Missing a Christmas tree and it was 1 month before holiday what a coincidence? And at the end they offered me $30. Their compensation offer of $30 was inadequate and added to the overall dissatisfaction with their service. I would caution others to be wary of using this company for their moves. Again do not trust them.

From the very beginning, Mr. Worth took the time to understand my unique requirements and designed a personalized moving plan. Their attention to detail and organization were evident as they carefully packed and labelled each box, ensuring that nothing was overlooked. On the day of the move, their punctuality and professionalism were reassuring. They skilfully navigated the challenges of moving furniture through narrow hallways and staircases, all the while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude. Their teamwork and coordination were truly impressive. As they unloaded and arranged my belongings in my new home in Y city, it felt like a well-orchestrated dance. Highly recommended

We asked 3 different companies to give us a price for moving from one place to another. The first two companies didn't seem interested in helping us. They took a long time to answer our questions and didn't do what they said they would do on time. Luckily, we found another company called Canadian Moving Systems. The manager of the company, was really nice and knew a lot about moving. He kept all of his promises and did everything he said he would. They helped us by doing a video tour of our home. This helped him give us a very accurate price for the move. The manger and another person from the company did a great job of making sure all of our furniture was loaded onto the truck safely. They did the same thing when we got to the new place too. AS AN EXTRA BONUS, manger also helped us arrange to have our car transported to the new city. Moving to a new place far away can be really stressful. Out of all the decisions we had to make, choosing Canadian Moving Systems company as our moving company was the best one we made. Highly recommended

Good job

They did a really good job. I'm careful about my things, but they took good care of them and put them nicely in my new home. The people from the company were skilled and friendly. They were nice and even went out of their way to help me and they didn't charge too much. They were very professional. I'm happy with their service and want to tell others about it. I'll definitely recommend them to everyone.

They brought color-coded packing materials and a labelling system that made everything organized. They even helped disassemble furniture with surprising delicacy! Don't Move With Canadian Moving Systems!

Please read my review of the company on my blog complete with photos of their terrible packing & how the company handled the aftermath! Save yourself the heartache & book with a different company!

They packed most items poorly, wouldn't take responsibility for it, but claim this is the best their company can do, & proudly stand behind their work! I have previously moved myself 9 times & never had so much damage as the one time we decided to use a moving company.

If you want to pay twice the quote for a load of damaged goods and lots of lost items with no coverage these are your best bet!

Not bad overall.

I am not going to leave a very long review. Just wanted to say that as a customer I am a very picky person. Some things were not the best but the company tried and made sure we were happy. In this day and age its hard to see. I am happy to say that there is still some level of customer service in this world.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

this company is total garbage!!

their booking service, Amy, is very efficient but that's about it. Their foreman for the packing staff, Tonga was the RUDEST guy ever. Their insurance coverage is a sham. HIDDEN in the FINE PRINT is a BIG FAT DEDUCTION. They lost my boxes and BROKE MY STUFF.

This company doesn't even deserve a one star rating. Brampton to NL. What a disaster. Furniture destroyed. Freezers destroyed. Thousands in damages. Offered me 85 dollars. Warning..do not use this company.

Bad moving company I have ever had . All damaged goods I received.

I received all my damaged goods after moving. They damaged my $1800 goods. They gave me settlement $ 40. I am so surprised. Now I will never refer them as a good mover. Nobody should hire them, please trust me. They said will use blanket but never. Rally miserable mover.

Price scam

Was quoted a price based on weight of items to be moved. Two days before scheduled move they doubled the price to $7,300. To move a 10 x 20 storage unit less than 550 kil. We are seniors. We could not afford that so we had to cancel. Now, they refuse to refund my deposit of $500.

Damaged furniture

This company is not the actual movers; they give the contract to other companies. Who will pickup and deliver your belongings ? You'll never know. And will these other companies care for your belongings ? In my case, almost every piece of furniture was scratched or damaged. Avoid like the plague. I wish I chose someone else.

FIRST OF ALL THEY WILL CHARGE EXTRA AS THERE EXTRA LARGE MOVING TRUCKS HARDLY CAN ENTER ANY RESIDENTIAL AREA, AND YOU WILL NOT KNOW THIS TILL THEY REACH YOUR ADDRESS AND TELL YOU OH WE PARKED FAR AWAY AND WILL TAKE LUGGAGE THERE AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA FOR THAT.

SECODNLY EACH AND EVERY ITEM OF MY LUGGAGE SHOWED SOME SORT OF DAMAGE AND HALF OF IT IS NOT USE ABLE ANYMORE. EXAMPLE MY BED HEAD-BOARD.

AND DONT GET FOOLED BY INSURANCE THEY OFFERE,

AS FOR MY COUPLE 2000$ LOSS THEY OFFERED ME 30$.

Terrible Company

This guys are terrible! they destroyed my belongings! destroyed my work desk, all my metallic possessions (broke a box that contained liquid toilet cleaner, the liquid rusted all my metallic belongings). the messed up my 4k bed frame with scratches and damages, my office desk along is around $500. well over 3k in damages, and they had the audacity to offer me $30 fricking dollars after all of that! do not use this company if you value your possessions. the customer service is disrespectful as well.
