I used Budget Movers between Ohio and Florida. Price was competitive, loading and everything up to loading went well. They were delayed by a day but I was notified. To get my delivery scheduled I made dozens of calls. Nobody answers the phone or returns a call. I finally got a text from a dispatcher after a week. Delivery staff were great BUT a lot of stuff was broken. I made many calls to inquire about the insurance - of course none were answered or returned. They require cash payment BEFORE unloading - looks like after they get the cash they are DONE!

I got quotes from several moving companies prior to booking with Budget Movers of America LLC. They by far had the most reasonable pricing and I liked that each time I called I was able to speak to the owner. The day of my move the elevators in my building were only working in a limited capacity. Initially we were supposed to have an elevator reserved specifically for my move. The guys had a can-do attitude and rolled with the punches. They carried most of my items (which are large and heavy) down the stairs with no complaints and managed to finish the job within the timeframe I was quoted. They were careful with my items and did a great job! Wonderful value with this company, I will absolutely use them again in the future.

I shopped a few local moving companies to compare services and rates. Budget Movers of America LLC was an exceptional value. I had a very short lead time, but they were able to accommodate me, even though the entire booking process happened after-hours on the weekend. The moving crew called 20 minutes ahead of arrival, showed up with 3 clean and motivated technicians. I did a decent amount of prep work boxing and packing my own stuff so I could maximize the time I was paying for the extra help. So when they arrived, we loaded a lot of household goods and delivered them to my storage unit, all in under 2 hours. The crew was polite, responsive, and interested in making sure I was satisfied. I am very likely going to use them again when I finally complete my move.

Brandy, Sam, and Lorraine were a delight to have in our home. They handled all our possessions with the utmost care, and treated them like they were their own. They were very friendly and considerate and showed a real understanding of how we wanted our items handled. It's like they were able to see the situation through our eyes, and they eased our minds with answers to questions sometimes knowing what we were going to ask before we even realized it!
