Long-distance move from Western Cape to Province of KwaZulu-Natal

Stay away

Complete scammers. Still waiting on my goods to be delivered and now i cant get hold of anyone. Their owner, Shane O'Boyle is a crook. Quick to take your money but when it comes to delivering a service, you cannot get hold of him.

Bos logistics SA Fraudulent company

After paying BOS R180 000.00 to move my belongings from SA to USA they went silent on all communications. A case of fraud has been opened at SAPD and standard bank. They are thieves! Be careful!! They have withdrawn all my money as per FNB and I have lost it all. Never trust Shane or any of his employees especially Taryn!! They take your belongings and just dump it in a warehouse in Cape Town and forget about it

Terrible service - never recommend them

After moving my goods from Cape Town to UK. Took much longer than quoted - eventually goods arrived in UK & local company were not paid so I had to pay them to get my goods delivered. I flew over to Cape Town to find the owner of BOS to be told by his one employee that he no longer worked in CT & operated from his house in Johannesburg. Shane would not take any of my calls or reply to my messages.

Eventually I did get a refund.

Would never recommend anyone to use this company - I’ve seen many people are still struggling to get their goods.

Lost and damaged items

They not only had poor communication through out the whole process they also damaged and lost my items. I was offered compensation for the damaged items to then only get ignored and 6 months later am still waiting for my refund. Shocking service.

Do not use BOS logistics

Shocking service from start with no packers or packaging materials .

Poor and eventually no communication.

Lost part of consignment.

Cost doubled before consignment was released.

4 months late delivery.

No aftercare or compensation for lost items despite insurance.

ZERO SERVICE FROM BOS, CAN'T GET MY CARGO RELEASED

My cargo has been stuck in Rotterdam for over two months, I've had to pay an additional €430 to the company handling it on the receiving end, they are still waiting for instructions from BOS to release my cargo, and nobody at BOS is communicating with me. I've emailed (6 different email addresses), I've called, just nothing and nobody. I don't even know what to do anymore.
