BLUEmove International Relocation

I had to file police reports against this company's owner. The named suspect in this harassment and intimidation case, Mark Spitzer, is the owner of the moving company BLUEmove International Relocation, located at 10440 Little Patuxent Pkwy Ste 300 Columbia MD 21044. In the past, I hired this company to perform moving job, which they failed. Today, I was posting negative reviews online regarding this company, and around 4 pm I received first insulting, harassing, and intimidating email from the named Mark Spitzer. I responded and asked him to stop harassing me with those kind of words. Between 4 and 6 pm, I received 4 emails, all containing insulting, harassing, intimidating, threatening language. Here, I am including excerpts of some emails I received:

"Seriously, do you wake up miserable and decide to GO BACK 2 ½ years ? I am sorry if whoever you were running off to Iceland dumped you, but I bet they are thankful!

BY THEY WAY, I STILL HAVE YOUR EMAIL WHERE YOU STATED YOU WERE NOT REALLY UNHAPPY WITH OUR SERVICE, BUT HAD TO MOVE BACK-YEAH, THAT IS SAVED!

But that being said, you used your slander 2 ½ years ago to EXTORT MONEY FROM US AFTER YOU AGREED TO COST TO RETURN YOUR STUFF, THEN YOU AGREED TO REMOVE YOUR LIES, IN WRITING, AND NOW YOUR BACK AT IT AGAIN? THIS IS CLEAR VIOLATION OF THE TERMS YOU AGREED TO AND I ASSURE YOU, YOU WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IN COURT."

I recently relocated from Maryland USA to Ireland. I found mark and blue move to be very good indeed. Mark us a very personable individual and was a pleasure to deal with. All my questions were answered and any queries were taken care of promptly and professionally. The movers themselves were awesome. Fast, efficient, personable with a great attention to detail. I hired them for a move to Iceland. They said they would deliver in 45 days, took almost 10K. It was a total lie. First, they kept it for a month at the warehouse, then it took almost a month to ship it to Europe. Then they said they had no idea when it could be delivered to Iceland. It was sitting about a month in Europe. So, I had to divert back.

So, they took the money, never delivered, demanding more money. When I refused to pay more, they refused to return my property. So, now I have to go to court to get my things back.

Beware, you give your things to Blue Move - you will never see them again, minus the dear charge you will pay them.

They are not even shipping company, they are just brokers.
