Blue Lion Moving & Storage

Blue Lion packed our furniture in moving blankets in AZ. The lead,[NAME EDIT], threatened us for adding items to the beat up U-Haul that arrived. We expected a long haul moving van. Household goods arrived 73 days LATE in Florida. $28,000 of our household items were STOLEN (mountain bikes, tvs, furniture, golf clubs, suitcases full of clothes, kitchen boxes, skis, cameras) ALL FURNITURE HAD BEEN UNWRAPPED AND WAS HEAVILY GOUGED AND SCRATCHED ($30,000 damaged). EVERY BOX HAD BEEN RANSACKED. MANY HALF FULL AND RETAPED. BLUE LION STICKERS WERE UNDER THE TAPE UPON ARRIVAL. BOXES WERE CRUSHED AND SUITCASES SLASHED OPEN WITH A JAGGED KNIFE. Driver, Tiffany Hansen, refused to drive moving van to our home -- dumped everything into a U-Haul parking lot with 3 losers to unload after ordering us to pay her cash BEFORE opening the moving truck. This cost add'l $800 because we had to pay to rent a U-Haul and have these people load the U-Haul and unload at our home. [NAME EDIT] ordered us to sign the form agreeing that everything was there, when we told her that at least 30 boxes and 30 large items had been stolen. DO NOT GO NEAR BLUE LION. WHEN THEY WERE HOLDING OUR GOODS HOSTAGE IN ARIZONA, WE CALLED FOR THE LOCATION TO WE COULD HAVE ANOTHER COMPANY HAUL EVERYTHING TO FLORIDA AND BLUE LION REFUSED TO GIVE US THE ADDRESS. ONLY "SOMEWHERE IN ARIZONA." When I notified them of the stolen and heavily damaged items, they did not care and referred us to a 3rd party company to file a complaint. They did not indicate that the items would be searched for. BECAUSE THE BOXES HAD BEEN RANSACKED AND FURNITURE UNWRAPPED, I HAVE TO ASCERTAIN THAT TIFFANY PULLED THE TRUCK OVER ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD AND CONDUCTED A "GARAGE SALE" WITH EVERYTHING THAT WE OWN. OUR WHOLE FAMILY HAS BEEN VIOLATED. There were men's footprints all over our kids' brand new Pottery Barn furniture and it was all gouged and scratched and filthy...the list is long. One of our mattress bags was even filled with roaches.
