I feel forced to share my opinions. The four-guy team arrived on schedule and straight away started out packing our property. Due to the fact my spouse wished new clothes, shoes, and hair accessories, the lads carefully packed the whole thing and double-checked that nothing turned into lacking or broken. Professional movers!

Responded promptly with a very fair and transparent quote. They were super friendly and helpful from the start, and they were extremely fast! They handled everything with extreme care making sure to box and wrap everything that needed to be protected. When setting up the new place, they asked where we wanted everything and didn't mind if I switched my mind!

Professionals!

Intelligent approach to moving, came on time, were efficient and did exactly what they said they’d do at a reasonable rate and all with great charm. Surely a call above and beyond duty. Move was not easy due to the number of stairs but, were extremely professional, enthusiastic and friendly. I was very impressed with their energy and admired their ability to work non-stop.

I was always impressed by their professionalism, helpful advice and door to door service at each step of the process. Best movers!

They were great from start to finish. No hidden costs, they did everything that they said that they would do, they were friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. It was difficult to choose a moving company to move stuff from one place to another in such a hush hush. So basically, you have to go on recommendations and I would definitely recommend these movers. I was a bit worried because we were moving with a family of five with really small kids but it was actually really smooth and trouble free thanks to this company. Thanks!

Fantastic and accommodating!

It has taken me a while to write this review but I must say that I was more than happy with the service I received from these movers. From start to finish they were amazing. They made sure nothing was left behind. When we eventually got the keys for the new house they were there before me and unloaded everything with care making sure that no mess was trodden into the house as it had started raining. They took certain items round to the garage for me as instructed. They were so thoughtful and I would highly recommend them.

Team was great!

We have used this company a number of times now for very large moves (which include beds, wardrobes and lots of furniture). On each occasion, they have been reliable, punctual and incredibly helpful. Whenever we faced an issue with dismantling, or stairs or parking, they have come up with a solution and made sure the job was done. We have recommended them to friends who have said the same thing.

Well done guys!

Time and time again I've finished a move and get hit with some extra fee. Some truck charge, a third mover hourly charge. It's always something. For once it didn't happen. This company told it like it was. I wanted the full price all in and they gave it to me. I paid upfront by request and it ended up actually being less so I was given money back at the end of the move. First time ever seeing that. Thanks for keeping it honest.

Worst movers.

This is by far the worst service company I have heard of. They are extremely rude and have no sense of decency. Please, do not hire them, unless you are ready for headaches. They delivered my stuff after 21 days, the very last day on the scheduled window, from Chicago to Oregon. The delivery driver was a big joke. He came 4 hours later than He had scheduled, took an hour plus to transfer the furniture (single b/r furniture) to a uhaul and eventually claimed he could not fit everything..left some of the items on the parking lot and drove off. It took me and my friends just 10 minutes to rearrange his shody packing and everything fit. The driver was mad because I refused to pay $300 extra for them to deliver my suff to my apartment, as if I didn't pay for the service including delivery to the destination. Shame on you "best price movers". You are literally the worst in the business world. David Carter AKA sweet talker, know this, what goes around comes back around..you are a lier and once you get the business, you wash off your hands and move on to the next victim..this guy will never talk to you once your items are picked up..
Pathetic company..DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY..you have been warned.

Aweful!

Every box arrived looking as if it was dropped of a truck while moving and left on a dock in incliment weather for days. Attempted to resolve..the standard contract excludes most items and then only pays $.60/lb. Returned settlement agreement accepting pittance six months ago..still no check. DO NOT USE!

File a Permanent Complaint With The Government!!

Please read all written reviews regarding Best Price Moving & Storage, Inc. before using their services. Contact the Department of Transportation-Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration www.fmcsa.dot.gov before and after your move. You can file a permanent complaint with FMCSA where they will not only investigate but will fine the company if there is wrong doing. But most importantly, if they are holding your items hostage, of which they cannot do, or you feel they will overcharge you at point of delivery, FMCSA will step in and assist you with reweighing of your items at a certified scale, for a actual final cost. There is an attorney who is looking to represent former customers for a Class-Action Lawsuit. Post your complaints here and on YELP - all complaints will be monitored. Do NOT add your address. Also, if you are really out-of-pocket expenses and you were not provided with actual documentation as outlined by the Department of Transportation, you can file a civil lawsuit against the company at Cook County Court in Chicago, IL. But make sure you report EVERYTHING to the DOT. I am still dealing with this nightmare and my actual out-of-pocket expenses are now $1,592! The company is not interested in settling against what is currently remaining. After re-weighing at the truck stop where the altercation with BPMS driver, my family and DOT official, the driver told the govt official to *&%$ OFF! and walked off without payment because their staff entered two transactions incorrectly and now the bank has frozen my checking acct while under a 45-day investigation. All of this could easily go away. Did I mention is was a NIGHTMARE!!
