Most Seamless Moving Process

The movers loaded the truck in a very organized way, putting the heaviest boxes on the bottom and the lighter ones on top. My staircase was narrow, they were able to move all of my bulky furniture without scratching the walls. The entire move went really smoothly, and by late afternoon, we were already unpacking boxes in our new home!

The company provided a personal move coordinator who was available via a direct phone line throughout the move. They sent me updates every hour on the progress. After the move, they offered a complimentary organization service to help me settle in.

They are cheap and highly suggested.

Despite the fact that moving is a very stressful ordeal, the staff made it easy. Their professionalism, politeness, and thoroughness were out of this world. They made sure to name each box I had so I would not have to guess when I was unpacking. I was able to settle into my new home much more easily because of it.

Absolutely THE BEST!!!

Our moving guys did a great job. They had to move some heavy and bulky pieces up a narrow staircase and were able to move everything and took good care of my furniture and my walls. Everything was well wrapped and they finished the move in good timing.

Fast, Careful Long Distance

When they unloaded my mattress, they made sure to lean it against the wall in an upright position, still in its plastic sleeve, so it wouldn’t collect dust on the floor. Little things like that show a lot of care. They also unwrapped it right before placing it on the bed frame, so it stayed fresh and clean the whole time.

Good move.

My Moving day was awesome, easy booking process, movers were quick and professional.they dissasembled and assemled the bed and my table easy, moved me to 2nd floor without any hidden fees etc. Their customer service was very helphul and every time I had a question I was sending emails and got fast answers. In future I will deffinetly use them again and will recommend them to my friends and cowrkers.

My contact person was Gordon. My experience with America Choice Van Lines was great. They kept me informed every step of the way with my move from California to Georgia. The men who came out to pack and load the truck were very courageous and professional, and made you feel comfortable. They took extra care of my belongings, and rapped my breakable so they would not get broken. thank you so much for making my move stress free. When you moved my sister from California to Arizona, which was a Hugh task with success, I knew this was the moving company for me.

Very good service, friendly staff, no damage to items and very good pricing. The staff came on time to pick up the items, they were very friendly, helpful and cooperative. The delivery was on time and the persons who delivered the items were also very helpful and cooperative. They made sure to deliver all items carefully and the stuff was delivered safely. Over all very good experience. There is not more that we can expect from a moving company in addition to this. American Choice Van Lines you did what was required to the fullest.

Good job.

The company made our long movement from California to Texas to be less complicated and better organized. In short two weeks our things arrived on our new address and we have to say that there were no damaged or missing items. They have lovely service and reasonable prices and in fact the price was fixed and would not change even if the work load would increase. So all I can say is that American Choice Van Lines have done a terrefic job in making a move of this complexity possible for us. I would surely recommend them to all.

VERY efficient.

This moving company was recommended to me by a friend and I am so glad I chose them to do our move.

The company is a smaller one, which I think makes them a better quality. Our movers arrived on time and were friendly and nice guys. They were VERY efficient and moved all of our furniture with super human speed. Nothing was broken in the process.

One thing that I appreciated with these movers is that they do NOT add any surprising or unnecessary charges- ours was a simple low hourly charge. I would hire this mover again in a heartbeat!

Do not. I repeat, do not use this company.

This is a total scam. We were quoted $4,5k for a relocation and paid a $1,5k deposit (We have subsequently found out that it is illegal for a moving company to charge more than 10% of the quoted fee). We had paid the deposit for the move; we had initially booked our move out date and were told that the dispatch department will contact us as to an ETA for the movers.
After that window had passed and we did not receive any communication, we tried contacting the initial agent who we dealt with - no response.

When calling the main number, the automated response says “First Class Moving & Storage”, I was passed around to multiple people who just called themselves "The Moving Company" ; I pressed them for further details and they just kept passing me or putting me on hold to hear from Nadia. Finally, I was then told to send an email to: info@movingoperations.com - again, not American Choice Van Lines who claim they are a family-run business.

After being passed around, we decided to check with the insurance company on the COI that they provided to us - it turns out that the insurance that covers them, does not.
Upon further investigation of the COI, there was a different name entirely.

My family was swindled out of a deposit and we had to scramble to find real movers within a two-day window. I cannot urge you enough to not use this company - they are an absolute fraud and will not refund our deposit. We have reported them to the Bureau of Household Goods, Bureau for Better Business and the Department of Transport so that this does not happen to anyone else.

We were later told by our new moving company that the routine these clowns play is to give you a teaser quote ($4,5k), get into your home, pack your things up and say “this is more than we estimated” and then hit you with a new price.

Very Good Service.

American Choice Van Lines is a good family man and a semi celebrity pillar of the community. There are a lot of parasites moving into our town and evidently those with a lot of free time think that they have free license to run him down and impact his ability to provide for his family. That alleged theft did not occur. It's as simple as that.

The world is full of bad people, but they don't work for American Choice Van Lines and he isn't one of them.

Now, in pure theory,
I'm all for a good old-fashioned insurance scam but the scumbaggery associated with running a small businessman into the ground to make a couple of delinquent car payments is a bridge too far.
One should consider the source when scumbags from failed states come down here and impugn the reputations of people that have been building our communities for a decade or more and actually do the heavy lifting.
American Choice Van Lines should take counsel, and bring his complaints to a court of law, or shut his slandering mouth.

American Choice Van Lines should be ashamed for impugning a good family man like but he isn't, because that does not suit his narrative.

Very Good Service.

The did a fantastic job (and quickly too!) They moved my studio apartment, drove across the unloaded just under the minimum time! They were good about listening to instructions and paying attention to take care of my things.

The manager was super helpful as well and was able to move my moving date up a day to avoid a rainy weekend.

Haven't unpacked everything yet, but thanks for helping me move!

Best Service.

I'm actually writing this review on behalf of my boss.

I did a lot of resaerch before booking and American Choice Van Lines had not only the best prices but also the best availability. I spoke to the manager really accomadated the time we were looking for with just a short notice.

American Choice Van Lines crews were fantastic! We had an issue with a broken elevator and they did not let that stop them. Luckily, it was only a short time before the elevator was fixed but they were climbing up & down stairs not wasting anytime.

I've had terrible experience with movers in the past so I was a little skeptical but American Choice Van Lines far exceeded my expectations.

Thank you so much for all of your hardwork & great service. I will definitely be recommending your services to everyone I know.
