We really like the work that always Moving did for relocation. We spoke to several other companies who all seem to have very similar pitches and we’re all about trying to get money starting on the initial phone call. Always Moving gave us the tools we needed to make the decision on our own. There is no pressure and we let the movers do the actual moving because we had a age where we physically cannot do it ourselves. We knew moving would be expensive but it was definitely worth the cost but the last thing we need to reverse any last-minute charges And always moving never once gave us the impression that that would happen and it didn’t. Let's start with the day they came to pick up our things. We moved from NYC to WA state. I was told by quality assurance to make SURE you receive an inventory list. When Alex from their NJ storage facility came to package our things, he REFUSED to provide us a carbon copy which he did have. After arguing, he allowed us a PICTURE. This was on November 10th. Then, on November 26th, I called for an update of where our things were. I was told, by Marcus, our things were STILL in the NJ facility and they could not provide an update as to when it would be picked up and the last update NJ gave central was November 16th. I call back later that day and spoke to a female and she told me NOT to expect my things until the second week of December. Fast forward to THANKSGIVING MORNING TWO DAYS LATER, November 28th. I receive a call from their dispatch stating he will be coming the next morning. I asked him "how is this possible when I was told two days ago my things were still in storage across the country?." He replied, "Your things were delivered to the west coast over a week ago." The next morning, I travel from my family's house over an hour away to be sure I am there for delivery. At 9am, I receive a text message that the driver cancelled the delivery and rescheduled for today. Then, I receive a call today saying my complex doesn't look like it will fit a SEMI. They charge me an extra $350 for a shuttle (I was not prepped that this may happen by anyone prior). He said it will deliver between 12pm-3pm. Low and behold, it is now 4pm on the west coast, NO CALL AND NO SHOW. I CANNOT REACH ANYONE. This company has the poorest communication both internally and externally I have ever experienced. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If I receive my things I a condition which is poorer than when they picked them up, you will be hearing from me again. The BBB will be getting a message as well.

I called them off and instantly began to work. My wife walked the house room by room and told him each and every piece we planned on bringing. She told him which pieces needed special packing and even creating and there is nothing in their company couldn’t handle. Out of all the companies we supposed to we got the best rate from them in the service we got a second to none. The quality assurance department goes over the list days leading up to the move to make sure everything is exactly right to prevent any mistakes. We were not asked for any last-minute charges and it went about as smooth as it could go. Highly recommended company.

Thank you everybody at always moving. You really have no idea how much stress you took off of our shoulders. We did not have the time or the resources to complete this move her self so we heavily relied on a company like you. You guys are able to take care of all the larger Furniture with blanket wrap and stretch track as well as pack all of our boxes. This was a door-to-door full-service move. We were even given complementary TV boxes and a few wardrobe boxes to help out with our clothes. It seemed like they were in the giving season and it couldn’t have come at a better time. I highly recommend this company to anybody because they do what they say and they do the job right.

Always moving where is a very honest company. They are also very patient company, and extremely patient company. They worked with us there at night until we felt we were 100% confident that they were the right choice for us. We interviewed several other companies and a lot of them are just money hungry or do not offer the same amount of space at the rate we were offered by always moving.I’m over showed up on time and they were all ready to work. They wrapped all the furniture securely and box up our entire home in a matter of four hours. Once they were on the road we will get calls periodically from their dispatch department to tell us where exactly the track was. It’s good communication like this that makes him a successor property that they are.

Our relocation came in just in time for the new year. Thank you always moving for making it possible for us to host Christmas and New Year’s in our new home. We contemplated many other ways of getting this move done but in the end we simply need a professional mover it was too much stuff and not enough time. Your sales people were all very helpful and comprising our inventory list and helping us understand the pricing. Thank you for all the discounts we received they are much appreciated. Firstly note that this company is not a carrier. They are actually the broker as they have only 1 truck under their name.

Secondly, all the employees working for this company are crap. They won't respond to emails or phone calls. By chance if you were able to get in touch with them they will give some fake excuses about the delay or claims (if there is any).

Please read each and every lines/words of the contract and never believe in their words as things will completely change between the first contract and the time when the goods will be picked up. The contract which you will be signing at the day of pickup will be the final and by that time they will take around 35% of the money, so you cannot back out.

My recommend is NEVER EVER use this company for your move.

Always Moving is a company that my employer uses frequently. Anytime in employee needs to relocate they are our preferred mover. They are not a broker and they don’t send out third-party companies to pick up your furniture. Everybody that works for them is employed by them and train by then so you can expect them all to be drug tested and reliable. We were concerned about many of our valuables open our furniture and the rest of her boxes arrived everything that was sent came back exactly how it left and nothing was missing. We got status updates regularly and always knew where our truck was. Hey provide a sense of security and take away a lot of the stresses that come with moving. There’s no question that this is the best moving company that called us and we’re happy we made the right decison.

I would say it’s almost impossible to research highly rated moving companies without coming across Always Moving. They are moving company that’s been in business for many years and has a history of being honest with all their customers. We spoke to many different cut and Vaneese we did not have the connection that we had with them. They showed us the later side of moving and told us to focus on what’s important to us and leave all the moving to them. We were able to secure the dates that we needed and they showed up as promised. I’m happy to say we didn’t run into any problems including the weather it was smooth sailing.
