Long-distance move from New South Wales to Queensland

Interstate move from Newcastle to Qld was horrendous

Paid for premium pack, received 50+ damaged/destroyed items including heirlooms. Careless or no wrapping used incomplete inventory, items fell out on delivery, TV dropped on packing not checked and sent smashed anyway, dismissive Manager offered a pittance to go away. Poor/no communication from Newcastle & insurance Depts. Forced to go to Fair trading to get a resolution which took months to resolve. DO NOT TRUST this depot. We are seasoned movers and these people were horrendous

Long-distance move from Queensland to South Australia

Removal to SA.

We chose Allied Pickfords as they were the only company we got quotes from to itemise their quote. Our furniture is the only lot in the container. They were great to talk to to organise the removal and they were understanding of our requirements. The boys they sent up were great too. Their logo is the "careful removers" it seems pretty spot on!!

Relocation to Sydney from Dubai.

Do not use. Whilst the guys who delivered the goods were good the other parts were a problem Communication is poor and insurance clauses are a problem which no one takes responsibility for. Many items of ours arrived with mould which means their storage facility in either Dubai or Sydney is poor.

Avoid at all costs

Singapore to NSW. If something could go wrong ...it did. But the complete inability to communicate in a timely and accurate manner means you will age a decade trying to deal with this useless organisation. Use them at your peril...

Long-distance move from Adelaide, SA to Canberra, ACT

Great sales pitch! terrible service

Absolutely disorganised. Very poor service, zero customer service.

Apart for the "doers", who seemed to be nice, all the managers and customer care people were absolutely useless. Even worse, they did not deliver what was expected (for example: utilities connection disconnection, valt unpack) and we paid for!

To be avoided like the plague.

Unable to deliver, poor service

Moved from Singapore to Australia which should take up to 4 weeks. They couldn't deliver within 8 weeks with no guarantee on a timeline. We had to hire an alternate company to collect our goods. Despite only completing 2/3rds of the job they only offered to refund a pittance. be very careful using Allied Pickford, extremely disappointing.
