Stole My items

They stole my money to pay for the move and still wanted me to pay more. Am I supposed to pay twice? Who has money for that? I sure don't These people have the nerve to act like they are innocent. You can never talk to the manager or owner. I wouldn't doubt if their license is fake.

All seasons movers did the unthinkable.

These movers NEVER SHOWED UP after confirming hours before that they would.

Imagine the stress and shock and disbelief when your movers don't show, and when you call them, they hang up on you!

I booked these guys a week in advance to pack my truck for a move across country. I had back surgery years ago in college, and I needed help moving a small apartment's worth of items. I called the day before to confirm that they were coming. I then called the day of the move, in the early morning, to confirm once again, since I was picking up a truck for the move. All Season Movers told me that they would be there (in the Lakeview neighborhood in Chicago) between Noon and 1pm. They had not shown up by 1pm, so I called them, and the man told me that they "were not going to come." I politely asked for help--could they come later, who could move me instead, etc.? I asked him for help, and then mid sentence, he just hung up the phone.

These guys should not be in business. I still can't believe that a business would do that.

Do Not Use This Company.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. I beg of you.

I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
I would honestly give this company zero stars if I could.

This all started with a horrible move. Not unheard of, still annoying, but the worst part comes with the customer service after the fact.

I emailed them 11 times over the period of a month to help me solve these issues before taking any drastic steps and they just ignored my emails. What kind of a "professional" company just ignores when they provide an atrocious service and thinks that is okay? I asked over and over again to speak to someone and even called in to talk to the same Kristy who had been ignoring my emails and calls and would not transfer me on to her supervisor.

Let me give you some background into why I wanted to talk to them.

1. The movers were over an hour late. While they were supposed to be here at 8 they didn't get there until 9:15 after telling me at 8:15 that they were 15 minutes away. MIND YOU I WAS THE FIRST PERSON OF THE DAY. They said they can't predict traffic but I live in downtown Chicago and they were coming at rush hour. This service is from Chicago. What kind of a "PROFESSIONAL" service doesn't know how to factor in Chicago traffic?

2. When they got here they were putting my boxes on carts without taking a notice to the ones listed "heavy" or "very fragile". Just throwing my boxes onto carts with NO care.

3. Then we show up at the new building with little time to go upstairs with the items and go over my reserved elevator time which I was clear in my emails and to them about the move in needing to be done all before 12:30. Going over allotted time costs money and caused issues because someone else had it reserved right at 12:30. Luckily they said they would share the elevator with us. But sharing, that just slowed down the move in. WHICH THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA FOR.

4. At that point, my dad and I started moving boxes up ourselves for two reasons
- we saw them still put "heavy" boxes on boxes labeled "very fragile" (which I had to call out to them for them to notice) and then put boxes of fragile stuff on their sides.
-because they were late and had to rush for our time, they kept overloading carts with boxes - this was evident when I actually saw some tubs come flying off one of the carts and onto the floor when they were pushing it out of an elevator.

5. Then finally we get upstairs and they had piled things on top of my vintage desk of my moms' from childhood which ended up puncturing the desk. They said they will replace it but 1. IT IS IRREPLACEABLE 2. It's been over a month with no update from them on replacing my dresser. They said it will take up to 90 days for an insurance claim but will give me no further information!

6. One of the guys kept sitting around complaining about how he was tired. AGAIN I was the first move of the day, am paying for 3 guys when 1 is just sitting around which ends up taking them even longer to move me AGAIN which I have to pay for.

I reiterated this to KRISTY at customer service numerous times. Called, emailed, NOTHING. The only response she gives me is that she's worked with these people before and they are professional. Well, I'm sorry Kristy, you can't just SAY someone is professional and ignore all of the acts that prove that isn't true.

ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. SERIOUSLY PLEASE DO NOT USE. NOT ONLY WILL THEY RUIN YOUR ITEMS IN A MOVE BUT THEN THEN WILL JUST IGNORE YOU AFTERWARDS.

PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM.
