All-Roads Express was exceptional to work with throughout the process. The move was from Cape Coral, FL to Peoria, IL and required storage for a period of time before delivery to Illinois. Mark, who was the primary contact was there with us throughout the process. Always available and extremely responsive to our many questions and concerns. The men who packed (Alex and Ted) were amazing. Quick and SO careful, thoroughly wrapping everything! The delivery was a little delayed, but worked out. As I was told, they never know what obstacles they will experience on the road with multiple deliveries in multiple states. Roy, I believe one of the owners, was in personal contact with me. All-Roads Express weren't the most economical choice, but after the fact, I have to say well worth the extra cost to have our items delivered safely.

About 2 months ago we needed to move ur home from Hollywood FL to Chicago IL.

We had hire a company which we thought was good but as we got closer to the date things kept changing every time we called, From actual day changes due to their schedule to pricing and other charges that might happen or won’t depands on what will they actually see when they arrive on the day of the move which made us very worried.

We searched and found All Roads Express and read reviews which made us comfortable so we reached out and spoke with Mark.

We had 5 days to complete a full pack move into their storage and from there to our new place in chicago.

Let me say this, dealing with pros makes all the difference.

Not only they did what was agreed upon without prices changes, games or false promises they actually moved us while we were already traveling and we had them coordinate with a friend of mine who helped us by being there to open the door.

Delivery was done a couple of weeks later when we were ready and that as well went as smooth as we could hope for.
