Good Work

Great service from start to finish. Very quick and easy to organize, fairly priced, would recommend. This is the second time we've used them, and we will do it again.

Cheats

Absolute WORST experience. DO NOT use this company at any cost. They will lie and cheat you to death. They will lie about how they handled or should I say didn’t handle their commitment. Nothing but one run around after another. Lie after lie. I have legal action in the works and will not go away until I make them pay. Run as far and as fast as you can from these thieves.

“Rogue” movers; crooks

The FMCSA ( Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ) regulates interstate movers and calls companies like this “Rogue” movers. They give an estimate and then hold your goods hostage so that you have no choice but to pay or they won’t give your stuff back. I have direct text messages where I asked that exact question if they were going to hold our goods hostage.

OUR MOVING NIGHTMARE

Around(blank)Ireached out to All-Pro movers and spoke with Rachel. My wife spent over an hour going through the entire house trying her best to explain everything in the house in detail. My wife was surprised that there was not a walkthrough or a video call.() repeatedly asked if Rachel needed dimensions for certain items, to which Rachel replied, “No honey, I’m good. We got you”. Needless to say, come to find out the estimate was underbid by over 10,000$. We stated that the military would only pay 15,000$ and that we didn’t want to go over that much. We would not have utilized this company if they would have given us a real estimate.

We were promised that they would show up on 27 or the 28th at the latest. The movers showed up on the 29th. They promised us that we would be done by 31. We did not want to have to pay additional rent on the place that we were renting and after we moved we still had to have the house professionally cleaned. When the first truck left on Monday, more than half the house was still in boxes and almost the whole bottom floor had not been packed yet. We were told two things, that the mover would pick up another truck the next day and that he would directly drop off the first truck in Fl, considering my wife had already left due to her report date in Fl. Neither of these happened; the second truck did not show and the first truck went to Fl and the goods were put in storage.

At this point is where all the shifting by both companies started. We were never told that we would be charged an additional 4000$ to All-Pro for their broker fees. All-Pro gave the contract to I-mover ( which I believe is out of FL ). I-mover is the company that would not release our goods unless we paid, and we had never agreed to the amount of money. At this point, we had not even heard a new estimate, At all! So you can imagine the surprise when we heard a new estimate of over 24,000$. When the second set of movers showed up late Tuesday evening September 1st, we were already into having to pay a prorated rate for rent, which was 4,200$ a month. To save time I will just say the first set of movers broke things, which were not reimbursed ( which we have already moved on ) and they spent a lot of time talking. So we paid for three out of four workers to hang out for two days and get paid. It took three workers an entire day to finish my daughter’s room, which did not have much at all, and a craft room where most of the goods were already in boxes and just needed shrink wrap. I also still have yet to find my daughter’s ipen which I had in my personal bags and two months later I still can’t find, so I believe it was stolen since I did leave my personal stuff out of my view for hours at a time. The second set of movers would not even start until we paid them 4000$, and we had already paid close to 10000$, 8000$ of which was in a money order. Half of our house was not packed and the other half was in boxes and this is when I-movers started to hold our goods hostage. I had explained we had never agreed to over 20000$ for our move. I was berated by one of the movers that it was my fault and that I made a mistake and underestimated. When I say berated, I am saying this mover aggressively confronted me yelling at me that it was my fault. Beyond unprofessional is an understatement. The second set of movers, after we were ripped off, went about their job and had to rent another two trucks. They ended up not finishing until 3rd and left about four large boxes worth of stuff which they had to pick up the next day. The trucks went to Fl and again went into storage. My wife had been in Fl and had already stated she was ready for the trucks to move the goods in.

We had to pay the third truck another 4000$ and we had asked every single day that we needed weight tickets, which they still haven’t provided. They gave us a basic ticket, not one from the truck. When I saw the mover in Fl, he again was yelling at me in front of the local workers that he had hired

FMCSA

( Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration ) to warn others of the practices of this company. I only wish we had more time to thoroughly look for a moving company that wasn’t as shady.

Belongings is MIA

My first experiences with this company were great. From the sales rep/ Office manager working to ensure they assisted me in checking other companies for their trustworthiness and capabilities. To when the mover arrived at my house on time and loaded up quickly and efficiently and great customer service. However the truck that was brought was too small even though we had less items than we estimated moving with them in the beginning due to having to rent a small Uhaul to transport my bar since they are unable to transport Alcohol. This freed up a full 15 foot Uhaul of items we loaded up. However since they didn't bring a big enough truck I had a couple rooms full of boxes and furniture that were left. When calling the company they said the best recommendation they have is to rent a Uhaul and they will reimburse me. So after almost 3 thousand dollars to rent another uhaul and trailer and shipping my car to Florida as well as me moving half my house on my own. On top of all that I was charged an additional 2500 dollars for them to finish loading the truck they had even though I had a binding quote.

Now this was the start of the down hill shit show. So the guy who picked up my stuff asked when I would like it to be delivered and we asked for Saturday. Saturday came and went we spent hours on the phone waiting to reach customer service (After hours does not seem to exist even though they say it does.) I was told that was a mistake the mover states it can take up to two weeks for the items to arrive (Which ok honest mistake on the first movers part however they had a full 26 foot box truck what's so hard about hiring someone to drive it straight to florida instead of unloading it and loading another truck?) Anyways moving on 2 weeks come and go and again takes hours of calling to reach customer service average wait time is 45 minutes to an hour IF you reach anyone at all. They customer service reps keep saying they have to call the subcontracted company and keep coming back with they don't know when they will send me my belongings. after nearly a month they give me the phone number directly to the company that has all of my property and calling them and All Pro I still am unable to get any idea of when I get my furniture and belongings or even where they are currently. HEre it is nearly 6 weeks in sleeping on the floor with no personal belongings. At this point I don't even know if they have any idea where my stuff is. I find it ridiculous I have to continuously call both All Pro as well as the company who has my belongings instead of All Pro taking responsibility and doing all of this leg work and working to track down my belongings. I hired All Pro I signed a contract with All Pro, why am I calling all these other different companies trying to find my own stuff when All Pro is responsible. Also the nearly 3k in extra expenses ( even more than that if I take into account the extra gass I had to buy for the Uhauls I had to rent) still has not been reimbursed and they keep saying they want to do all my reimbursements at once. I honestly don't believe I will ever get any of my belongings or any of the reimbursement they have promised.

Beware of this company

I wish we had searched online for reviews of this company before we hired them. At the initial stages, they were very nice and easy to reach. I paid the deposit which was 1/3 of the moving cost. On the day of the move, the actual movers showed up and asked for an extra $3500. I contacted All Pro but I could not reach the initial contact(he was no longer taking my calls), after more than 48 hours and multiple calls, they finally said they would not refund my deposit. Now, they are no longer taking my calls. Beware of this company, they are very good at deceiving people with low estimates just so that they can lock you into a contract and take a hefty deposit. We learnt the hard way!

Liars, unprofessional and scammers!

They're LIARS and scammers! DO NOT HIRE them, or any of their "affiliates". Beware, they are a broker, not actual movers. I was desperate and rushed and did not know the difference. They promised me a pickup date, then cancelled it 2 days before the scheduled date. Then they offered me a pickup 2 days later with an even later delivery window. I found an actual mover who could do my dates and I cancelled within their 72 hr window, but they REFUSED to honor their refund policy! They won't respond to calls or emails, neither the corporate office nor the scammer salesperson. They should be out of business for being so unethical. Don't risk it!

Beware

We hired All Pro for a move from CO to TX. They were incredibly nice at first. We went room to room on the phone telling him what was going. Unfortunately, things changed quickly after paying the deposit. I was then told I had to log on to Zillow to go over our pictures with a specialist to get a more accurate price, it more than doubled. We were told it was a miscalculation on the original quote. They refused to ever come to the house to do an estimate. They had 7 guys to unload a semi, arrived at 1 PM and finished at 11:45 PM. We carried about as many boxes as the hired ones. Nearly all the boxes were upside down making it very difficult to tell where they went as they were all labeled. Movers dropped many pieces on delivery breaking grill, treadmill, and other items. They did not put everything back together as paid for. Now we are missing hardware and have a lot of work to do.

Beware of this company! They are actually a brokerage firm and do not hire quality movers.

Bait and Switch. Dishonest practices

**read below for exposure of their dishonest scam**

We made a huge mistake going with All Pro Moving Group. Turns out they are what's called a moving broker. They don't do any of the real work they just take your money and arrange for others to do the heavy lifting. They quoted us $4,000 to move our three bedroom home and transport our vehicle and they even assisted in helping us to severely under quote the amount of stuff we had to move. Then a week before the move they were suddenly able to accurately quote the amount of stuff and our quote increased by 100%. Too late to back out. After loading all our stuff and leaving we realize that there was going to be no car transport. No one from All Pro would respond, reply, or call back so I quickly realize I had been left to hang high and dry and was on my own now. We had some stuff broken in the move, no big deal, but the claims go through a third party and they take their time. They don't even clean up their own mess. Last I checked the que for that claim business was in the hundreds. I don't even have hope that I will hear about that claim again.

Payment was another nightmare, we paid down deposits by credit (3 of them as the price went up) then had to pay the moving people by money order made out to a different name, then travelers check to the movers who dropped off the stuff. It was just weird and a huge stressful hassle.

Now check this out- their Google rating isn't too bad, but how many of the users giving 5 star ratings have only left that one review on Google? I bet you these are fake accounts made to artificially raise the rating for a better appearance. No way that a company that takes advantage of a family during a time of high stress by doubling their original quoted price has that many five star reviews.

I called other moving companies and got quotes from them now that I knew our cubic footage exactly and they all quoted around $6,000. All Pro promised $4,000 which no one could have delivered on and then charged over $8,000 which is ridiculously high. Avoid this scam trap at all costs!!!

Scam scam scam

This is absolutely the worst company ever !! They will not contact me , I moved from Ohio to Florida they came and picked up my belongings on aug 25. 2021, they came in a box truck that was the first sign this was a scam , then told my husband we owed them more money which I foolishly paid , that was the second sign this was a scam , I have been trying to get my stuff delivered and here we are October 7 2021 and no one will contact me , so I filed a claim that the all pro (who I hired , ) gave me turns out all pro gave my contract to some random other company and guess what ?? Neither company is recognized in the claims company data base !! so now I’m assuming my stuff is stolen and I paid them to steal it from me !! So when that manipulative guy calls you from all pro and does his con act and says good deal over and over and you agree .. please remember that there are horrible scam artists walking this earth and it’s not a good deal
