Long-distance move from Florida to Maryland

My Experience.

I recently had to move my uncle from Florida  up here to Maryland. He is getting up there in age so I had to move him near me. I had put it off for a long time since my uncle is not the easiest person to deal with and I did not think any moving company was going to be able to deal with him. I could not have been more wrong. I flew down there the day of the move so I could drive him back, when I got their everything had already been packed and labeled very neatly. This in itself amazed me, anyone with older relatives know how difficult they can be especially when it comes to their personal belongings  but amazingly  they somehow made my uncle feel comfortable and reassured about everything. When we got to the new house they were already there so I got to see them in action while they unloaded everything. I was able to see what my uncle had ,they treated everything  like it was their own. I use to work in a simular industry so, I know how hard it can be and these guys made it look easy,They were so professional and courteous, I had been dreading this move for weeks, but they made it so I could focus on my uncle and the main reason I moved him up here to take care of him and that is worth any amount of money. That brings me to the best part, the price, it only cost me around 2000.00 for everything, seriously that's it. This company is one of the best I have come across and I give them 5 stars!!

Long-distance move from Georgia to Florida

Moving.

I was very excited to be moving to Florida, but I wasn't sure how I was going to get everything there.  I had came across this company and it seemed really good.  So I decided to hire them to help me move.  I was very pleased on how friendly they were and how well they communicated with me about everything that was going to happen.  They also arrived right on time to pick up my things and they made it to my new place in Florida right at the time they had told me they would.  I was very impressed on how prompt they were.  This company was very experienced and they all take their jobs very seriously.  They were very professional in every way to me.  I have to say everyone in this company had very good appearance.  They were all dressed nice and clean cut shaved.  This was a very big impression for me, because some movers don't really care about their appearance.  It was clear that this company did.  I also thought it would cost me a fortune to move from Georgia to Florida, but I was wrong.  This whole move from state to state only cost me $2150.00.  that was a really great deal.  The other companies I had checked out were higher and really not that good.  That's when I came across this great company.

This company moved everything for me.  I never had to lift a finger and all my things made it to my new place safe and sound.  They never broke anything or scratched nothing.  Now that was impressive, because as you know movers aren't really as careful with your things as you would be.  This really is a #1 company to have move you.  I would highly recommend using this great company.

Terrible Customer Service and Completely Incorrect In-Home Estimate.

We selected All Over United for our move from FL to MI after speaking with 5 over companies. We chose them because we liked (and at the time) trusted the gentleman that estimated our move and handled our paperwork.

We had an in-home estimate which we were told is supposed to provide the best pricing. Not only was their price great, but the guy that came to our house was helpful and knowledgeable. We were quoted $3600 for our move.

Scheduling the move day went fairly well, there was a delay due to a bad rain storm but that was beyond the drivers control. When they did final make the move the final price came out to more than $1000 above what we had a been quoted. At that point we knew we had been low-balled to secure the deal. Many of the other (and we now know better) companies gave us estimate around the $4300, which would have been a much better choice.

While we had now choice at that point but to pay the extra, we felt absolutely swindled by our sales person.

We were alerted to the departure of our things on Monday 1/4/15 and were told to expect delivery 3-5 days later. We understood that there would be slight variation on that, which is not the upsetting part. The upsetting part is the complete lack of communication on the part of All Over United. We never heard from ANYONE regarding the progress of the delivery. We called multiple times only to get an answering service.

In addition, at the time of the call to let us know when shipment would take place, we were told we were paid in full. We weren't sure that was correct but needed to check our account to see what the last draft was that they had collected.

When the driver finally called on Saturday 1/9 (6 days later) around 5pm we were told that delivery would be the next day 1/10 between 10-12pm. The driver was very difficult to understand and let us know of a balance on the account that must be paid when he arrived. We prepared a check and brought it with us.

The load arrived by 4pm 1/10/16 due to snow. We understood the delay and preferred that they take their time to ensure their safety and the safety of our load. ONCE they arrived we were informed that we could only pay by Certified Check or Cash. Being Sunday, and being that we WERE NOT TOLD THIS prior to delivery this was an absolute shock. We were called by a customer service representative that was ABSOLUTELY RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNSYMPATHETIC. Of course, it was the driver that was the only one that could get someone on the phone, we hadn't been able to reach anyone since the previous Friday.

We were told that we couldn't use their secure payment portal (as we had for all other payments) and that we would be charged $700 if the driver had to stay over night. While we understand their need for this type of payment to ensure the safety of the company, they need to make their customers aware. they also need to have a least a the tiniest bit of customer service and speak to everyone kindly during what is already a stressful situation.

We were able to run out and get the cash necessary (which made us very uncomfortable to hand to the truck driver) but using our ATM cards to make cash withdraws.

Our final complaint would be the care of our things. We had MULTIPLE items broken (lamps, a $300 desk to name a few). Our things were treated with NO CARE WHAT SO EVER. This was completely clear from the minute the doors of the truck open, the first thing you saw was a broken lamp.

I can't say enough terrible things about the customer service, sales and delivery practices of this company. We feel swindled and completely lied to.

Long-distance move from Minnesota to New Mexico

Thank you for a perfect move.

I chose All Over United Moving and Storage and could not be happier with the customer service they provided. The staff was curteous and kept me informed every step of the way. When my furniture and personal property arrived in Albuquerque everything was packaged and protected very professionally. I had other options when I was shopping for a moving company but found All Over United Moving and Storage beat out everyone by at least 10% or more. I saved over $250 dollars and could not be happier.
I highly recommend All Over United Moving and Storage if you are looking for great value and awesome customer service.

Thank You very much.

Long-distance move from Texas to Indiana

Move from Texas into Indiana.

I was not completely sure about using them to move me such a far distance, but I was shocked when all my items arrived in perfect condition just as they were loaded onto the truck. 2 guys showed up 10 minutes earlier than I was told and wrote down all of the things they needed to know in order to take good care of my things. Then they took care of my stuff more than I do! If you really want your stuff safe these guys will do the job. I am very impressed with them and if I ever need to move across state lines or even in town, I'm choosing these guys. They have their stuff together and can get your things from point A to point B in record time. Google Maps says the travel time would be 17 hr and they arrived right around that time range and saved $325 going with them. A+ service.

Moving day.

I have never even left the state before so this was a HUGE step for me. I was really apprehensive so I shopped around carefully for a mover. I choose all over United because of their good rating and credentials. They lived up to the hype by coming on move day and knocking it out. Worked quickly but carefully and I was impressed with how neatly they loaded the truck. delivery hit the mark and they set up the house as I requested. Great work and made it painless.

Long-distance move from Florida to Texas

AThe Real Deal.

I just contracted All Over Moving to relocate from Florida back to Texas. I'm an ex marine so I know all about moving on short notice. These guys showed up on time and were always available to answer any of my questions before and after I was picked up. The took extra time to make sure my fragile items were wrapped well and shipped safely. I got my furniture in five days, which actually was sooner than I expected and they even gave me the drivers number. Overall it was the most smooth move I have ever been apart of and would be happy to recommend these guys to anyone!

Long-distance move from Texas to Florida

Unprofessional.

I would never hire All Over United again. I had a very bad experience with this company.

Everything seemed great at first. They had an A rating from the Better Business Bureau with 0 complaints. The salesman gave me a competitive price of $1,398 to move 410 cu. ft of household goods from my son's apartment in Dallas, TX to Orlando, FL. The salesman said he would "stand with me" all along the way and that he would give me his personal cell phone number should I have any issues. In fact, once the contract was signed I was never able to reach him. I flew out to Dallas to help my son pack up his 750 sq. ft. one bedroom apartment. I saw that he had more boxes than estimated and I tried to update the inventory list and get an updated estimate of how much more the cost would be but their system would not let me do so. I called repeatedly to talk to someone and left multiple messages with different departments. No one would answer the phone or call me back.

I then got a call from a person in Dallas on a late Friday afternoon saying the crew would be at the apartment on Saturday morning and that I was to pay the $1,000 balance due in cash. I told him the contract called for 1/3 down payment which I already paid, 1/3 in cash or check upon pickup in Dallas and the last 1/3 in Orlando to be paid in cash. He said his crew needed the money to make the trip to Orlando. I called All Over United again multiple times to demand that they take control over this yahoo but again no one would answer the phone or call me back and again I called multiple phone numbers with different departments. As a good faith gesture, I ran down to the bank so I could pay them the money then owing in cash to help them make the trip.

They did not show up until 4 o'clock on Saturday late afternoon. The crew arrived in a truck that was marked Neighbors Moving and Storage and the DOT numbers belonged to Infinity Van lines. I asked the crew lead if he was with All Over United and he said "yes, it's all the same thing." This was very sketchy. When he walked into the apartment, I told him my son had extra boxes and based on their number and size, and according to the company's own estimate sheet, the final cost might be about $200 more. He just eyeballed my son's stuff and said oh no, he has 530 cubic feet of stuff instead of the estimated 410 cubic feet and that it would be $611 more, which I thought was ridiculously unprofessional. I protested and so he then said that if he loaded everything on the truck first and then tells me the sq. footage, he "guaranteed" it would be a lot more. Then, he said he would have to charge me an extra $210 for a "long-haul fee" even though my son's apartment was on the end of the very first building in the complex that also houses the leasing office. I told him you are ripping me off and he responded, "come on, look at my crew, they need the money". I had to pay the extra $210 in cash as well and this was after I had previously verified with the salesman that a large moving truck could get into the apartment complex and that a long haul fee would not be necessary. In the end, my new total was $2,241 instead of $1,398.

My son's furniture arrived within two weeks, which was reasonable. However, this crew was totally different and they were with a different company called Misho Moving, Inc. Thankfully, there were only a few damaged items - nothing too major - except that one bin full of shoes worth about $250 was missing. (They also delivered a small appliance that was not my son's which I gave back to them.) My son made a claim in late December 2015 and was told it would be processed within 30 days. It's now mid-March 2016. I haven't heard a thing since and I've left multiple messages. I was told by the salesman that All Over United was not a broker as evidenced by its own DOT number and that they were a very professional interstate carrier. I was totally misled.

Country Boy Approves!!

First off, I typically do not write reviews, but I simply had to due to how wonderful my experience was with this company. As a recent college graduate, moving from the great state of Texas, to the windy city of Chicago, one could image a country boy like myself, wanted everything that reminded him of his hometown Houston. With All Over United, they made sure this Rocket's fan had all his items.

These dudes were super cool! They were quite friendly, but were focus on their job. I seriously thought, that getting movers, would be a little uncomfortable and meeting greasy jean jackets at my door steps. However, to my surprise I met some awesome people. They were prompt and arrived on time even with such late notice. They were well organized, and easily took direction as far as where to place my furniture.

My furniture, not only arrived at my house on time, but in one peace. There were no stolen items, there were no damage items, there were simply all my valuables happy to come to start my new life with me. When they left my house, it was like they never even came. They brought booties to not make marks on my carpet/floor. Overall it was a great experience.

Not only were these guys professional, but they provided excellent service, great conversation, and allowed me to have a great start in a new city. I honestly, would recommend this company to anybody seeking movers to transport their valuables so they can enjoy new beginnings as well!

Long-distance move from Florida to Georgia

The best moving service I've ever used!

This is really a great company to work for. Their staff over the phone and in person are professional and very nice. The price was really affordable, I shopped around first. They make sure your move goes smoothly from A to Z. Their relocation reps are so awesome! They really make you feel at ease and don't leave any details out about their services. I've got a lot of really expensive antiques and items I had to move, and everything came from Florida to my new home in Georgia without a hitch. I was so very thankful for this. I couldn't have asked for a better moving company.

Terrible Company.

This company is full of lies they take your deposit and leave you dry. I was scheduled to get my things moved on the 5th but today is the 8th and still haven't heard from them. The good reviews on here are very suspect because they is no way they will treat a customer like this with all these 5 star review. Very terrible company and customer service. The guy on the phone reggie or whatever his name is was very rude. Never in my life again.

Easy and Smooth.

The All Over United Moving and Storage team made such a stressful time, so easy and effortless. They took care of all of my requests and delivered all of my items successfully and in mint condition. The staff was kind and understanding of the stress that comes along with moving.

Long-distance move from New Jersey to North Carolina

Awesome thank you!!

Moving is never easy and is the biggest hassle. I was moving from New Jersey to North Carolina and needed a lot of help moving all of my stuff. We had a lot of stuff that included fragile items. My family was very concerned that we could have all of our stuff safely moved to North Carolina without breaking or losing any piece. After a lot of research we came across this company. After explaining our situation, asking questions and giving our concerns the company had told us not to worry. And we certainly did not have to worry the staff members were highly professional helped us and all of the items were moved safely without even one crack. Compared to the amount of stuff we had the price we paid was basically nothing we expected it to cost a lot more. When a friend of mine was moving I recommended this company and she was thrilled without how fast, easy and great everything was done.

Such an amazing moving company. They arrived to my home in Colorado and packed everything up in such a swift manner that I didn't have to worry about anything. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable and professional moving company.

Easy Move!

This is was the easiest and most stress free moving experience I have ever had. The movers were on-time, diligent in their work and made sure that all my items were secure. All the movers were super nice, professional and had great character. We were able to move pretty quickly and got everything done an hour before the original estimation. For the service provided the price was a bargain and a half. I hope I don't move again but if I do I am definitely going with AOU.

Long Distance Move.

All Over Untied Moving & Storage should not be in business. They took advantage of my elderly parents by overcharging, misrepresenting delivery times, losing items, and not following through on a settlement. They doubled the charge that was quoted. They would not give us true updated information as to where their shipment was during the move. They were 2 weeks late with the shipment. They would not answer phone calls. They would were not truthful with information given at any time. They were rude. They hung up on me. They should not be able to deal with the public. I can't believe that a company like this is allowed to do business at all!

All Over United - Horrible experience!

I used this company to transport my car and household belongings from Florida to California. ALL of my brand new furniture was damaged. Not only that, but my car was also scratched badly. Florida to Michigan.

A move from Florida to Michigan still no furniture
We believe our furniture is stolen, lost, or been sold
We went through Geico mover.Com and numerous companies called us to give us a quote on our 1380 mile move across the united states to have a job and family awaiting us. We decided to go ahead on all over united movers with clay on July 20, 2011, from Florida to Michigan. All over united moving and storage clay said they were to give us a month and a week at no charge for storage anything more than that would be $ 250 per month to hold our inventory (our home) we had been contacted by 3 movers now to make a final decision and received three different quotes but clay kept pursuing our move seemed to be fair and kept being so persistent on his quote and gave us a guarantee "If my inventory list was accurate" it would not be any more. Our inventory list was for 170 items and included everything. It was prepared accurate and precise on the phone. The mover called us 2 days prior to the actual move date and said we need to move you a day earlier than what we initially agreed to. They said they had to do it then or five days later or could not schedule it that week. We would have to wait a week. The estimate was $ 3050 over the phone then paid in full $ 5850. We are left with no furniture and paid in full. We have taken off left Florida to go be with our family and friends and jobs in Michigan. Now to discover the movers you kept giving us dates of deliver, times, and still no furniture.
We contacted clay on July 25, 2011, Michael Dixon, and melissa
July 28 movers show up reeking of alcohol on their breath, 3 guys who were unprofessional looking at porn on their cells phones, and just move our furniture out of our home hit the home on the front entry way take our day bed couch out of our home damage the metal studs on our front foyer, damage to our front door, and could care less laughing as if no one cares but talking about and swearing foul vulgar trash out of their loose lips. As they are taking our items out of our homes they were yelling they had to go late that evening to Pensacola Florida to take another load. They said they had to drop our stuff off in tampa in a warehouse.
The movers called us august 26, 2011 and said the items are on its way and they were in Michigan (we never told them we were ready to have the items shipped we were waiting on the home we were trying to obtain to move in by September 12, 2011.
September 13 was our initial conversation with a new moving consultant Michael (moving consultant) aka (dispatcher) we told Michael we wanted shipment of our furniture from Florida to lansing Michigan as of September 13, 2011 "Still nothing resolved" accept you all have now received paid in full $ 5300 ..No furniture .. No answers.. The question is where is our furniture and when are we getting it?. You are our sales person and we have been getting sent to Michael and melissa. As of now is Monday, September 19 at 3 pm.
Michael said in order for us to get our stuff early we could go to Detroit and pick it up oh really. So we agreed for a few minutes I called back to get the name, number and unit number of our items that were supposedly in this storage unit in 2 different locations.. I called both phone numbers spoke with two different people one associate cooperating the other not. They said it's not in your name I cannot give you any information. These people owe us $ 600 on one unit and $ 300 on the other unit they are 30 and 60 days behind. On one unit and the other unit, nothing is in it? Huh ? Now I am completely distraught. Lied to about the distance they movers said oh your things are in Detroit. To find out they are in two different locations? An hour and a half away and an hour at least. Now I call back Michael and he is nowhere to be found he just left the office. Huh? Can we speak to your manager or owner? They seem to be nowhere in sight or never in. Can you pick up the phone and call me and give me the answer? Every time we call or speak to anyone no one seems to be available, on the phone, not in, left the office etc. If you do not get back to us by 4 pm today with our
Shipment date and time. We are taking the next legal step to facilitate the and expedite it immediately into legal and state matters. Your word and your company are not to be trusted
Clay ,
I have called you 2 times today. You said you would have our furniture shipment date and time today that was at 11:15. I spoke with you yesterday on order. Please confirm shipment of our home furniture and our delivery date. When I spoke with you yesterday you said you would call me back to confirm delivery date and shipment of our order from Florida to lansing. Thank you
We receive a phone call now from melissa stating we will receive our home furnishings on Saturday sometime and we will get a three hour window. Your stuff is safe and sound she says.
Now it is Saturday, September 24, 2011, at 7 pm. No phone call no movers, no home

Long-distance move from Florida to Colorado

Worst Experience Imaginable.

I had likely THE WORST BUSINESS EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE recently when I chose All Over United to move. I cannot even begin to describe the horrible nature and complete un-professionalism of the people their, from the saleswomen to the owner (who literally threatened me and swore at me over the phone!). Here's a few of the things they did:

---Nearly DOUBLED MY QUOTE..but only after everything was loaded into the truck. They claimed they didn't have an entire room of my house in their quote. I'm guessing this is a tactic they use to drive up the price when they have your stuff and your vulnerable.
---Showed up 8 hours late for pick-up
---I had to call about 12 times to get them to give me a definitive drop-off date (it's very misleading, you DO NOT pick your drop off date..they put it in their contract that they're allowed to deliver within 21 days of what you request). When they finally gave me a "guaranteed date", they ended up changing it THE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY to be 6 days later! My entire family sat in an empty home for a week. When the day FINALLY came, they messed up again and had to move it ANOTHER DAY LATER. That fateful day finally came and they ended up coming 4 hours late.
---They lost a box valuables (family photo albums) they refused to return calls about..a common theme with this company
---They handed off my belongings to another moving company (the guys who dropped my stuff off TOLD ME they were a separate company), yet All Over United continually denied it!!
---They damaged an expensive sofa, bed, and desk. They claimed "it happens in the move".
---NONE of the movers spoke English, took off their shoes, or wore shoe covers
---They didn't re-assemble ANYTHING they took apart to move.

I have to stop here, as the situation was probably one of the most upsetting, stressful, and downright wrong experiences I've ever dealt with. I plead to all of you, please, PLEASE save yourself the pain and go with ANYONE else. I will personally never use another mover in my life. I hope this helps someone.

Long-distance move from Florida to North Carolina

Do Not Use This Company.

I signed an agreement with All Over United Moving and Storage(AOU) to move my personal items and furniture from FL to NC in January 13, 2011. Due to an undetermined move date because I was awaiting confirmation on a new job, I received a call from the driver April/May, thinking he was moving me the next day. I explained that the date on the contract was approximate and that I was supposed to contact AOU when I was ready per the discussion with my rep. While I was talking to him I asked specific questions about a moving timeline so I could be more precise in selecting a date. I was told it would take no more than 5 days for my move. As this response was consistent with the 10-day maximum of the contract, I believed it. I selected Sunday, June 5, to move because my apartment would be ready on Friday, June 10. Although I was promised the driver would call 24 hours before pickup and tried to contact the office when he didn't, no one was available. The driver called on Sunday, June 5, and told me he could not do the pickup due to being overbooked.

I was hesitant, but he assured me that if I agreed to a Monday pickup that my items would arrive by my original projected delivery of June 10. They picked up on Monday. My contract had incorrect deposit information, so the driver was unsure of how much I owed. I made corrections to my deposit/payment amounts and the incorrect delivery address on the forms. I was told again that my items would arrive by June 10. Once the pickup was complete, it took a total of 8 calls and several promises to call me back to determine that my items would not be delivered until the following "middle of the week" (June 15). At one point I was told they had up to 14 business days to deliver which I pointed out was a COMPLETE VIOLATION OF THE CONTRACT (promising up to 10 days for east coast deliveries) before I was placed on hold and then told they were mistaken. Apologetic staff promised to "see what they could do and talk to management." At one point I was promised a discount for the inconvenience and told the driver would call 24 hours prior to delivery. On June 14, I should have received my 24 hr prior to delivery confirmation call. Upon NOT receiving it by 2 pm, I called to follow up.

I was told in a harsh tone that they said they would deliver by midweek. I reminded them that I should have received a call that day if my delivery was the next day (midweek), they said they would call back. When I noted that a discount was mentioned the prior week for my inconvenience,I was told there would be no discount. At this point, I was unsure if my items had been lost or stolen. I contacted a law enforcement friend and asked him to call. Upon calling, he was forwarded to management which I had been told was unavailable several times. He was told that because a truck broke down, the order had been delayed. Not once was ANY of that information ever communicated to me regarding MY contract. Staff always promised to have managers call me and they never did. A new timeline of June 18, was provided to him by Michael. I then received the FIRST phone call from staff (after the first missed delivery date), from Michael on Thursday, June 16, confirming delivery of June 18 between 2 and 4.

The address which had never been corrected, even though I made the corrections myself on the forms during pickup was confirmed again. On Saturday at 4:30, I called the driver and was given a new delivery time of 8:30 p.m. The lone driver finally arrived at 11:30 pm and with incorrect information on how much I owed AGAIN. He finished unloading at 1:30 am. When my King headboard was brought in and unwrapped, I immediately informed the driver the it was damaged. I have since contacted the company via email several times at two valid addresses, attaching photos and requesting remedy via the insurance noted in my contract. The company refuses to respond to the emails. As a referral resource, 123 Movers should perform due diligence in investigating companies. If you Google All Over United, take time to review the reports. Information is not hard to find.

Long-distance move from Florida to Massachusetts

**one of the lucky ones**.

Thank you for taking the time to read my review. This was my first out of state move and like many of you, it is a stressfull yet exciting experience. I put my information online and later in the afternoon my phone would not stop ringing with moving companies. after what felt like was 200 calls, I answered to a woman who introduced herself from All Over United moving and storage. I don't know if its just me, but she sounded so pleasent I gave her a chance to tell me more about her service. Initially, I had spoken with 3 other companies and was leaning towards my decision until I spoke to my rep. we spent almost 1 hour on the phone talking about every detail of the move (I am one of those very thorough people):)there was not many questions I had to ask. I greatly appreciate her detail and how comfortable she made me feel like old friends. The price I was initially quoted was $1740.00 door to door service. I reserved the move for August 7th 2011. The delivery window I was given was 4 to 10 days and possibly weekend delivery. Since I was driving, I was worried they would get there faster then I did, my rep promised me that they call 24 hours before the delivery. On the day of the move, the crew arrived and started loading my items until we got to the 4 glass framed pictures and 2 flat screen t.vs on the wall. Per my conversation with my rep, she offered me the special crating for these items and I refused them assuming I can wrap them in a timely manner. The driver offered me the packing for an additonal $116.00 which I didn't want to pay the cost, but I was aware in advance and received 4 free mattress covers (which I thought was nice) there was one old bookshelf that I figured would not make it, so when they lifted it, the bookshelf broke (expected). Furthermore, the next day, I left for Boston and stopped in Charlotte for 2 nights at my old college mates house. On the 6th day, I received a call from the driver confirming the delivery of my items. Timing was perfect because I had just arrived a day an a half ealier. FINALLY they took my items off the truck and based on reviews from other companies, I was worried about broken or missing items or my possessions in boxes would be mangled. The relief was tremendous. All of the items got to my new home safely. the crew at pick up and delivery happened to be amazing. very nice guys. I tipped them each $20.00 for their hard work. I was impressed by the matching shirts with company logo. I started my new job feeling great. The one word of advice I have for all of you, is COMMUNICATE with the rep. we pay so much money to have our life moved for what? every step of my move and trip had been explained and cordinated with my rep inorder to avoid he said she said. I will absoutly utilize ALL OVER UNITED moving and storage for my future project in Tucson, AZ in 2013. 866-349-2165 ask for ext 103..thank you so much all over.
