International move from , KE to Raleigh, NC

Worst move experience out of dozen moves.

Ahadi shipped our personal items from Nairobi to US. The unloading and unpacking in the US had not been properly planned as they had hired 3 men for 2 hours to unpack a 40 foot container including a piano. We had to wait all day for them to hire a second crew. They had a problem paying the second crew and asked us to pay them to be refunded, but they never refunded us. Also, some of our boxes were missing and some of our items were broken. We had paid for full insurance, but it appears that they pocketed the insurance money as they never processed our claim. AVOID THEM AT ALL COST!!
