From the beginning when John contacted me to give me an estimate to the final move, this was a very pleasant experience. I had Daniel and his team as movers. The company from my first discussion with them was very professional and polite. After I had signed my contact, I added several more items and this list was included and the price fairly adjusted. On moving day, Daniel and his crew arrived on schedule, did a walk through to see what they had to load and went to work. They worked very well together and were very quick and efficient doing the loading. They were very careful to wrap all my furniture pieces in clean moving quilts, wrapping them with plastic wrap and tape. They had our whole house loaded in remarkable time. We were closing on our new home the next morning in Cincinnati. As soon as our closing was over, I called Daniel and he was at our new home within minutes to unload. They unloaded everything very quickly and put everything right where I wanted it. When everything was unloaded and put in place, they cleaned everything up and left no mess behind. I have not had one piece of anything damaged. They did a remarkable job and Daniel and his crew were three of the nicest young men I have every had experience working with. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Moving is very stressful, and this company made the whole process seem so easy. I have moved several times over the years and this was by far the most enjoyable experience I have had.

I researched many companies before choosing Agility. My research paid off. Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable. I haven’t had good experiences with moving companies in the past, but my faith has been restored because of Agility. Our movers were very professional, and meticulous with all of our furniture. They were very

careful when they packed breakable items. They used bubble wrap and lots of strapping tape. They took their time making sure everything was secure. We haven’t been able to move into our new condo due to construction so Agility is storing our furniture until we are able to move in. The charge to store it with them is reasonable and fair. Have faith in Agility’s Abilities!!!!

The entire team at Agility was so great to work with. They understood the anxiety that can come with moving, and were so gracious and kind when I asked about a million questions about the process. The movers themselves, Teddy, Scott, and Sam, were incredible. They were gentle with my belongings and went above and beyond to ensure that my stuff was packaged up well and made it into my home without an issue. I would absolutely work with the entire team at Agility again.

This company made my huge long-distance move run like a breeze, I had no worries or stress and they delivered earlier than estimated with no damages! Their customer rep was really good about giving us the necessary information and estimate, and would answer any questions I had with great clarity. During the packing process, the movers made sure to carefully inventory and help pack some of the bigger furniture. Cost was as expected and actually a lot more reasonable than other moving companies I reached out to. The two movers were really kind and fun to work with, and their communication was fantastic, along with Denise in their office home-base, she always checked in to make sure we were up to date and taken care of. The packing was about a 4 hour process for the size and number of items I had, which was great, and the unloading was even faster! I would highly recommend this company for any moves.

Agility moved me from Indianapolis to Rockville, MD and everything went very smoothly. The 3 man crew packed and loaded the truck in record time. All of them were very professional, friendly, and eager to accommodate my needs. I have to confess I had my doubts about using an out-of-town moving company, but I'm very glad I did. From the headquarters people I dealt with, to the team that loaded and unloaded the truck, I was treated with respect and they were very eager to make sure I was satisfied. I heartily recommend them.

We found Agility on Angie’s List. They made contact with us right away. They were professional from the start.

The movers were very kind, clean, and attentive. They made contact with me in regards to when they would show up at my home. They worked very hard to ensure my belongings were wrapped and put stickers on every item. I’ve never seen anyone pack a moving truck like they did!

I let them know when I was available to receive the items at my new location in North East Florida.

I had my belongings five days after they left with them from Ohio.

Once again the movers made contact with me several times on their estimated arrival time. They worked fast unloading and putting items anywhere we asked them.

We will only use Agility in the future. If you’re looking for a moving company I highly recommend this company. We have used many companies in the past and this is the first time we have been completely satisfied.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. We moved long distance, which isn’t easy, however they took a lot of the stress away. On the phone they had me walk from room to room and tell them everything that was going in the truck. Then we figured out how many boxes would be packed. Inside outside stuff all accounted for to go on the truck. Then we had to store our stuff for a month before our home was ready. We called them a week before our actual move in to give them the date and they were there on time and moved in our stuff. They were professional and moved everything to each room it belonged, not just put it anywhere. They gave us peace of mind and took most of the stress away from our long distance move. Good company, easy to deal with, professional and caring!

John was very nice to work with. Initially I thought the crew exceptional. They had to work a delay in delivery due to a hurricane during the planned delivery. At delivery, no problem with large items. The problem was handling of boxes (packed by owner)-they were clearly treated roughly- upside down, dropped hard enough for plastic file boxes to break open. One antique lampshade, packed by itself in large bubble wrap in a bank box made to hold heavy files, destroyed. It's that little extra care that was needed that stopped this move from being as perfect as humanly possible. I've made lots of and all kinds of moves.....

We have used Agility twice for our moves and we picked the absolute best company to work with. From the moment I called to request a quote to the final delivery they were unbelievably responsive and answered any and all questions. They were honest and upfront. The movers for both moves were really careful with all of our furniture and possessions. This time Vino and Nigel delivered everything and we couldn’t have been happier with them. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention Richard, Shane and Denise in the front office. Best moving company we have ever used!!!

Horrible moving company..please do not use this company for your relocation or moving needs. customer service representatives provide horrible services and but when they provide you a quote they tell you that the same representative will handle your move from beginning to end, however, when the actual move happens you have to repeat yourself multiple times as you are being given the run-around treatment and no one seems to know anything. when requesting delivery dates after 5 days post pick up, no one was able to provide an estimated delivery time, although, I requested a date 7 days post pick-up. also, I needed insurance documentation and no one was able to provide such documents after 7 days of the request---it seems that they do not have it and were trying to get the insurance but were not truthful. overall, I do not recommend this company to anyone!! please so yourselves a favor and avoid headaches by using someone with better customer service and better expertise in their relocation field!!
