Very unprofessional. TV damaged.

My TV was broken during the move. The screen was scratched and pierced and it no longer works. They agreed to reimburse the damaged TV at first but they no longer respond later. I assume that they refuse to compensate the damage.

They asked me to pay in cash (although their website says credit card are accepted). So there is no way to dispute it.

The moving company is overall not that professional. Try moving experience appliances by yourself to avoid any damage, or simply go with other movers with proper protection and insurances.

Long-distance move from Dallas, TX to Myrtle Beach, SC

Super moving service.

Aggie Movers Company is the best moving company I have ever experienced. Wailan helped me get all my things in order for moving day. I had no idea I was so far behind. I had a deadline for getting out of my house. He sent a large crew of highly skilled professional packing and loading guys that closed it all out within 2 days. I had a very large home with lots of valuable possessions. The following day they moved me a little over 1000 miles without a break or scratch after all being unloaded. I gladly bought them all dinner and tipped them $200 for the good efforts that I saw from them all.

Long-distance move from Houston, TX to Denver, CO

Couldn't be any worse.

• The packing, boxing, and loading dates were agreed to be July 3 and 4.
o At the end of July 3, we were told that there would be no work done on July 4, despite being told that earlier. Work had to be done on July 5, delaying the move.
• We were told multiple times that the entire house, garage, back yard, and a 10x10 storage unit would fit in the supplied truck. This was after we had a member of your staff come out and spend a long time looking at all the items before the move.
o It wasn't until late July 5 that we were told that everything would not fit and we would have to 1) wait to get the rest of the items up to Denver and 2) pay more to get them moved.
o We were told that there was only a few things that couldn't fit, so your staff encouraged us to either throw away or give them the things we didn't want. After we gave multiple things to your staff, at their suggestion, they left with the packed truck. After that, we found an entire back room and the garage was full of items that were not packed. To me, this looks like your staff hid the unpacked items to try and trick us into giving them things to make the move in one load. If we realized we would have needed a second truck, we would have kept everything for a second load. Your staff might not have been trying to trick us, but unfortunately, that's how it looks.
o About 2 rooms of furniture and boxes still need to be moved
• We were told the truck would arrive before noon on July 6.
o The truck did not arrive until the night of July 6.
• We were told the unloading would be finished on July 6.
o The team unloaded all night on July 6 and didn't finish. They had to come back and finish unloading on July 7. My son, who is disabled, and his nurse had to sleep on the floor. Neither of their beds were unloaded the first night.
• Items with multiple pieces were only partially packed.
o My other son's bed had its sides brought, but the slats were left in Houston. So he had to sleep on the floor. Your movers were willing to go to Home Depot and buy some cheap wood to fix the problem, but their manager wouldn't allow them.
o A TV was moved with its attached bracket, but the portion attached to the wall was left.
o Another TV was moved, but the pieces to the base were left in Houston.
o This means neither TV can be set up.
o Couches and chairs were moved, but the cushions were left in Houston. You can't sit on these without the cushions.
• Things were moved that had been labeled to not be moved.
o Mirrors that were attached to the walls in bathrooms were taken down and now have to either be moved back to Houston or have to be repurchased in Houston.
• Items were broken or missing
o TV
o Desk
o Computer
• The house that was being moved out of was left covered in trash and moving materials from your staff. I was told they would be back to clean up and pick up their unused padding blankets, tape, and boxes.
o They never came back to clean up
o The photos are of the house we were moving out of AFTER the truck left.

Local move.

The experience could not have been better. The move was  local, not requiring storage. The guys didn't waste time over-packing, yet delivered everything safely. With my husband being out of town, it was great to be with men who were friendly and very respectful at the same time. At the end of the day there was no complaining of being tired. Their pleasant attitude continued to the end.   The price they quoted was the same as other quotes I had received. I chose them after asking them about the work they did. They didn't seemed bothered when I asked about taking stuff in and out of the attic. That made me feel confident they were willing to do what it took to get the job done properly. I am pleased to give them my highest recommendation.    .

Long-distance move from Texas to Minnesota

Business was not completed as promised.

The company owner provided a bid for an out of state move that was not completed.  He repeatedly made promise after promise that was not met.  It started with not being able to accept the deposit in any other form than cash deposited to a local credit union.  Since there was no way to pay in advance, he was paid the desposit in cash the day the move was scheduled.  He stated he would still be able  to complete the job but later in the day.  When he came to collect the depoit (approximately 8:30 am), he did not have the any packing supplies, tools, or truck.  The bid was 4 guys for 5 hours of packing with delivery to the storage facility within 48 hours of packing completion.  He said the guys would be there around noon - which only 2 showed up; a third came an hour later (with no tools or truck).  Between 2:30 and 5:30 no staff was at the house packing.  The owner was in route back to the house with truck.  We were left to complete at least 50% of the packing ourself.  A team of guys arrived shortly before 6 when the truck finally arrived.  It contained no pads to cover the furniture and there was packing still to be completed.  The guys started the unfinished packing and also loading the truck only to find out the size was not large enough to accommodate the majority of the furniture.  By noon the next day the truck had not left which would not allow for meeting the delivery schedule.  Therefore, I requested the beloings be unloaded back at the house to make arrangements for the entire shipment not just partial. The owener then proceeded to insult me over the phone (as he done to my friend during the packing), demand more money to return the household beloings and slander my name to other business owners in the community.  He provided no receipts for the expensed incurred and refused to refund any money.  My parents have spent over $2000 AND still we have make additional arrangments to relocate their house during a time they are battling serious health conditions. .

Worst customer service.

I've never been treated so rudely in my life. The movers showed up 45 minutes late, and 10 minutes into it they stated that their quote would be higher due to bringing a 3rd guy to help, which I never requested. I asked to speak to someone about it, especially seeing that they were so late. They called the owner at the office and I have never been spoken to so rudely. He stated that "you go to the doctor and have to wait there, so why was it a problem that the guys were late? Sometimes you just have to wait".. Then he stated that since I was a woman he knew I wouldn't understand his point and that I was just trying to get free labor. No apology for their tardiness, blunt yelling at me for not agreeing to pay the higher rate and direct insults because I'm a woman. I would NEVER recommend this company. The workers were very polite, it's really too bad they work for someone so incompetent and rude. I dismissed the crew immediately after I hung up the phone and from there had no moving company to help us finish loading. Worst experience ever.

Aggie Movers Company, Owner Wailan Watson.

Aggie Movers Company lacks professionalism and integrity. I spoke with Aggie Movers Company owner, Wailan last week to get a quote, was very detailed about all of the services that were needed and felt very confident about giving him and his company the job after he assured me that he would “get the job done and take better care of me than any other company”. The service that I received yesterday was very poor. Not only did I have to wait an hour and 40 min. on this company to arrive at the agreed location to unload, I endured scratches and rips to my leather furniture and was not pleased at all with the way my furniture was handled. PLEASE DO NOT contact Aggie Movers Company to transport your belongings to ANY destination, not even down the street in the College Station/ Bryan area. If your company name reads “AGGIE”, the least you can do is uphold the TAMU core values. Poor service and great deception!

Worst service ever!

This had been absolutely a nightmare service, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

We had a unbelievably easy move, first floor one bedroom apartment in the same apartment building!! It took them over 5 hours to move one bedroom apartment but that's really not the issue.
I called this company and was quoted $200 and honestly for what they had to do I thought it was a bit much.. considering you don't even need a truck and it is 1 bedroom apartment worth of furniture and about 12 boxes and 1 washer in the same freaking building!! When I moved in it took a different moving company under 2 hours and they actually set everything up as you should..well.. not only it took forever the guys were not professional, did not care about customer service or the fact that my 8 month pregnant wife was the only one there did not even bother to place furniture in proper places in the new apartment.

But wait there is more.. every large piece of furniture got DAMAGED during the move, bed got scuff marks, couches torn, dining room table legs chiped bit what really pissed me off the messed up our baby crib too! The bed that got chiped was not even put together all the way nothing tighten, the dining room table legs was not tighten, they spilled water on brand new carpet in the new apartment when moving a washer..and almost as an insult they placed a two piece sectional on 2 different sides of the room and a dining room table in the middle..common seriously? The only reason my wife didn't say anything is because she was so fed up with a level of stupidity from theese guys and left it as is so they can leave.

Again when I hired this company I specifically asked if they will be able to take apart and put together a bed and connect a washer and asked them to be helpful when they get here since my wife will be home alone and what we got is what you see above.

When I called the company about 4 hours in to this nightmare after my wife called me and told me that theese guys have been taking a bed apart for over 2 hours and allot of "oops" and "oh $hit" is coming from the bedroom and she is worried. I spoke with the owner of this company and instead of trying to fix the situation he threatened to leave without finishing and told me it will be $250 instead of $200 when I told him that this is absolutely the worse service I received he told me that he runs and " independent business" with his company customer dose not have to be happy..seriously that's what he said.

Well that's about it I'll make sure to post the pictures of the damage for you to see for yourself. Do not trust 5 star reviews for this company I seriously believe they I writing them by them selves or ask their friends to write the lies of their great service..thease guys should not be in moving business period if this is what they do.

P.S They had a nerve for ask for a tip after all that..

P.P.S I will be submitting a claim to their insurance company if they have insurance..if not then I will be sending a full report to the state.

Long-distance move from Austin, TX to Portland, OR

Great moving company throughout.

Aggie Movers Company is a class A moving company. I was amazed with the care in which Wailan catered to me from beginning to end. I was transported in 2 26 foot moving trucks from Austin Tx to Portland Oregon with absolutely no damages!! Incredible!! I’ve had 3 large moves in the past 15 years and other companies can not compare. The courteous care and professionalism in which his guys packed and prepped my valuables came off of the truck the same way they looked when they put them on there. I read through all of Aggie Movers reviews online before I decided to select them to spend such a large sum of money. Please feel free to believe all of the reviews that talk about the excellent service and extra courteous and professional staff from beginning to end. It’s true. Thanks guys. You’ll hear from me again in a few years.
