Accurate Movers

We hired Accurate Moving Services last  Sunday,  to move our entire single family house from Alexandria, Virginia to  Folsom California. In a word, we were 99% satisfied with their professional work- the 1% left for any improvement since no-body/business is perfect :-) The Foreman, gave us a right-on-the-money estimate. In fact, that probably didn't mean much since they charged us a flat rate, which erased any doubt of an after-moved-sticker- shock scenario But the best part was that the entire crew were very pleasant and amicable. All of the movers were all smiles and worked with us on every need, including lifting the items up in the air so we could dust off the spider webs and dirt. They kept on running between us and the team to ensure everything was okay. One more thing to add, because we had too much stuff, they ended up running two trucks. Again, no complaint, no additional charge. We really wish all business could be operating like Accurate Moving Services.

They showed up with 3 men and wrapped, packed and loaded everything in on the same day. They packed up and loaded everything from our 5000 square foot 4 bedroom fully furnished home. They were steady working all day only stopping for lunch. No breaks , no smoking, no calls. They arrived at our new home a week later (On Time) and had everything unloaded in about half the time it took to load it and with only 2 men. We were very pleased with the service and would definitely use them on our next move. If we ever move again .

I contacted a few moving companies before I found Accurate Moving Services . The other companies didn't even bother responding to my inquiries. Salesman called me back promptly. He gave me a good rate with a discount for being flexible with pickup and dropoff dates. I also got a written estimate which outlined the flat rate very clearly. On the day of the move, he called me and gave me an update on what time the movers were expected to arrive. We had three movers - joni dan and francisco . They were all friendly and polite. Most importantly, they were very efficient and took great care of my expensive furniture. All furniture got completely wrapped, disassembled and reassembled. They also provided blanket free of charge. All in all, our move from jersey city nj to washington dc went really smoothly. Everything got delivered within 3 days of pickup by the same crew. I highly recommend Accurate Moving.

If anyone is as tired of moving and searching for that perfect company or at least wont scam us, we all go through that phase of going through all the calls and emails it gets nuts! I had put my information on a site and all of a sudden my cell phone and house phone were crazy with calls from movers nation wide. I realized that that was a bad move on my part. The good thing out it all is I found my mover; As I was deleting the numerous voice mails from my home machine I heard this voice representing Accurate Moving and I had to give them a call. What it was that caught my attention is how happy she sound to work for her company, everyone else was just sad. I gave them a call and it was smooth from their. she was my consultant was a amazing the way she sound on the voice mail is the way she was every time I called. Which is great to hear when you phone a company. We were talking for about 2 1/2 hours that's dedication, she went through every detail of the move even went ahead and check my address for delivery to make sure a trailer would be accessible, which I thought was great service looking to the future to make sure their would not be any extra charges for me. I really appreciate the work and time that was put into my 5 bedroom home, I hired Accurate Moving for full service, my home was just too much to handle alone and they blew me away I did not have to lift a finger! I am so happy for my decision and I am grateful for this company staying true to their word and work! Do not use this company! They are shady and a rip-off, I had thousands of dollars in damages and my estimate was $3500.00 and I ended up paying them $9000.00. They were a day late and then told me they did not have enough room in their truck for all of my items. I had to leave a lot behind. It was snowy/rain and they destroyed my carpeting when I left and I lost my security deposit because they trashed my rugs. They were unprofessional and very shady. I did not trust them at all. I made a huge mistake believing "David" who was my initial contact person. It's a scam! And I did not move any appliances!

We enlisted Accurate Moving Services to help us move across a few states. They were extremely sweet and helpful at the start, while they were making the sale. They quoted us an extremely INACCURATE and LOW price for our move. On the day of the move they charged us TWICE what they had quoted. When we contested this with the owner, the owner threatened to unload all of our possessions onto our lawn !! In the end, out of sheer frustration, we agreed to his price. On delivery, the movers arrived in a small truck (proving that they over estimated our move volume and over charged us).   We are purposely leaving details out because we actually feel threatened for our safety after our interaction with this company.   DO NOT trust these guys. They are clearly scam artists. This is only website where they have "good" reviews" Look on others. Look at their rating on better bussiness bureau website. These guys are truly terrible. Do not believe them for one moment !!

Kate Perez swore and guaranteed me that my boxes would be loaded onto the truck and not taken off until they arrived at my new location. As it turned out this was just a blatant lie to get my money. Accurate also charged me double what they quoted. When I learned that my boxes were going to be offloaded to a warehouse and then once again unloaded and put onto another truck, I called her. She started to give me some sales pitchy comebacks to change the subject and when I insisted she address my concern she replied with "Oh, well, I will have to call my manager and get back to you" and of course, she never did. All the fragile stickers I had put on boxes containing antiques were ignored and the boxes just loaded haphazardly. I have put in a claim but totally lost any kind of faith in Accurate movers. Don't buy the lies!!
