I chose AAA Moving Group for their professionalism on the telephone as well as in person when they came out to my home to give me a price. Although the price they gave me was higher than some of the other movers I was considering I just had a good feeling about them and I always go with what my gut tells me so to speak. I am very happy with the entire experience because my belongings arrived on time and without any damages. This was my fourth long distance move and literally the first time that everything arrived without a scratch. Thanks so much AAA Moving Group for the great job and I will be back to use your services in the future.

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! When this company contacted me, I spoke with Justin. He was friendly, helpful and accommodating. I asked him about the poor reviews on BBB and he stated that the BBB is a pay to play and they were not participating. He had me look on google and I found good reviews and because Justin was communicating with me sometimes at 9:00 pm because that was when I had a question I felt good about them. As soon as I made my $800 deposit, Justin was gone. I got an email welcoming me with 2 new points of contact in October. I did not hear from them again until about a week before my move. They called to tell me when the movers would be there and I asked when someone would contact me about my updated moving list so I could have an accurate quote. Andrew said about 3 days before my move someone would call. Well the night before my move I still did not get a call and I tried reaching someone. I got ahold of Maggie and she told me her boss Katie or Kristin (I can't remember her name but it began with a K) would call me that night. They stated that the person that usually handles this had a death in the family so they were short staffed but that Katie/Kristin (whatever) was a supervisor and would call me that night. I got no call and the movers arrived the next morning at 9. He was telling me I was going to pay a lot more because I had more than what was on the initial list. I kept calling AAA and finally reached someone who paged Katie/Kristen. She finally called when half of my things were loaded and was mad because they aren't supposed to load without a new quote. She asked to speak with him, they yelled back and forth and the mover gave me back my phone. She did nothing but piss him off. Now this company does not tell you the name of the moving company they will send. But if you google Moving Solutions Van Lines you will see that AAA uses them often, knowing that the company is awful and a nightmare to deal with. I believe they are the same company with different names. I will post my review of my ordeal with that company on their site, you can see the hell I went through there. Long story short, they were no help, I moved 11/28/20 and did not get my things until 1/17/20. Stay far away from this company if you want an stress free move.

This was the worst experience for me from the sales team to the customer service team. It began with a quote from Jeff. It sounded to good too be true. Turns out it was too good to be true. A couple weeks later I was contacted by another member of the sales team and I found that my initial quote was raised by close to 2000 dollars. I believed the increase was necessary and was told that if needed they would reduce the estimate due to the shipment estimate.

I began the process of getting rid of lots of personal belongings in order to reduce the cost of my shipment. I let the sales team know and provided pictures as well as made phone calls describing what I had gotten rid of. I sent email besides made phone calls. At this point the sales team began to avoid my calls. I was never given a refund. Also spoke to Sean in sales. Initially he said i should contact him and he would work on giving me a refund. When I reached out to him after my items had been delivered, he was unavailable to take my call and never returned my call.

Regarding the customer service team, they had multiple people answering my concerns and I found myself having to repeat over and over. It seemed there was not communication or good records kept between them of my conversations.

Regarding dispatch, I arrived in Boise from Colorado expecting my shipment on December 6th. It didn't arrive until a month later. I was without my personal belongs for over a month. Customer service blamed me and said I should have been overseeing my delivery.

This company is very disorganized and incompetent in every way imaginable. It was a complete nightmare for me.

When my things finally arrived, I found several belongings damaged. Including my grand piano.

One of the crew on the delivery truck broke the glass on my lamp right before my very own eyes.

To add to the nightmare, the mover dropped my piano on his hand and crushed his hand as well as damaged my piano. I had even hired professional piano movers to assist the trucking company and had told the trucking company not to unload my piano.

When I notified customer service of the accident they made light of the entire accident.

I highly recommend you use another company if you want to avoid additional stress in your move.

Move size: 1 Bedroom Home Service cost: $5046

These positive reviews are a LIE! I was called ON my MOVING DAY and told there was no truck for me despite giving them $1,000 for a deposit weeks prior to my move date (I did get my deposit back). I ended up having to leave ALL of my belongings in a friends garage 3,000 miles away from my new home because they could not find a "carrier" in my area. The amount of stress I have experienced because of this company is off the charts. DO NOT be fooled. Find anther company that is actually recognized by the BBB and won't lie to you in order to make a buck.

More than a month ago we booked movers to move us from California to Arizona. We interviewed several companies and my wife was assured that there would be no issues, it wouldn’t be canceled, etc. we were told our move date would be July 16 or 17 as a backup. It is currently the 15th. Our entire house is packed, even our kitchen. We were told by the moving company that they wouldn’t be here until next Wednesday. We are supposed to be out tomorrow, the new owners are going to be here Monday with their moving truck. My wife asks the moving company why they wouldn’t have checked all of this sooner and she was told “that’s not her job”.

My wife went around and around with your company telling them(AAA) that nothing bad better happen and that we were quoted a cheaper rate, well your salesperson went on and on about how we better be careful with some of these other companies, a lot of times they don’t follow through. We have called twice now, the broker tells us it’s not their fault and the trucking company said it’s not theirs.

What I know is I have a house full of stuff in boxes, no way to cook our food, or even eat it. The customer service from the trucking company is not great. We had to call them the day before our move was scheduled,at5pm, because nobody had reached out to us yet. We had a bad feeling when that happened that it wasn’t a good sign. I don’t know how this is going to end, but we will see.
