A2Z Moving and Storage

We moved from Melbourne to Sydney. A2Z offered a very competitive price compared to other companies. The communication before the move with the office was excellent, quick and they were understanding.
The movers that showed up did not speak good english which make things difficult when it's written "DO NOT CRUSH" on boxes. They apparently did not understand and loaded these fragile boxes at the bottom. On the first load that went on the truck, 4 "FRAGILE" boxes fell.
Then they drove overnight to deliver the 2 houses they had the next day. Overall, the movers were very rushed which resulted in broken items. I would have preferred them to take an extra day, have a good night sleep before delivering our goods.
However we had 2m3 extras and they had no issue loading that which was good.
Overall, this service good have been better but the goods arrived on time and nothing major was broken.
